RFFOEDI1 how to generate a single spool request for payment advices

Hello,
We are using RFFOEDI1 to create payment idocs to send to the bank and also create payment advices. We have multiple payment methods that we using during a single payment run. When we run F110, the system creates the payment advices as a separate spool request for each payment method in the payment run. The users would like to see all the payment advices in a single spool request, regardless of the payment method. Does anyone know if SAP is capable of this?

As per my knowledge for creating new spool id you will have to set
output_options-tdnewid = 'X'.
and then using
job_output_info-spoolids
create a pdf using
call function 'CONVERT_OTFSPOOLJOB_2_PDF'

Creating single spool request for printing all shop floor papers

Hello PP Gurus,
We are printing shop floor papers at the time of releasing production order using txn CO02. It creates individual spool request for printing different shop floor papers in the same orders . eg Pick list, goods receipt list etc.
Is it possible to do the cofiguration setting to create only one spool request for all the different SF papers belong to same order.? If yes, please let me know the steps for customising this.

In transaction OPK8, in forms uncheck the 'New List' check box for the List.

How to assign smartform to print program for payment advice

Hi!
There is already a print program and a smartform for payment advice. This was working before as I was told. But when I checked table TNAPR, there is no entry in the table with the program name and neither for the smartform. How can I use them together again? This is used in tcode F110 so I could not use NACE.
Any advise? Thanks!

Configuration to assign Program and Form names for F110 is done in FBZP Transaction.
Please Check under Paying company codes tab and Pmnt Methods in company Code tab where Smart form and other text modules are assigned.
Under Pmnt methods in a country Print program is assigned.

1º Journal Line Type
Merge Matching Lines = No
Transfer to GL = Summary
for all lines type of Event Class: Payments
2º Accounting Setup Manager
Update Accounting Options for Applications Payables
General Ledger Journal Entry Summarization = Summarize by GL Period
Redid the Lot Payment with two notes from two different suppliers to verify XLA_AE_LINES not summarized lines CASH accounting class code.
Is it not possible to summarize the lines of CASH?

How to find Print Preview in APP for payment advice.

My requirement is when Iam running APP , the print program is RPFI_RFFOAVIS_FPAYM and the standard form is F110_IN_AVIS . I could not view the Script output after running vendor payment.
Where should we be able to view the printpreview for this . My requirement is to modify the form based on client requirements..But i could not view the preview...
please reply..

Hi,
Open the form F110_IN_AVIS in form painter(SE71).
GOTO>Utility>Printing Test
Select Print Preview Button or press F8 key.
This will display the preveiw of form.

How many number of pages can be included in a single spool request

How many maximum number of pages can be included in a single spool request. can we increase or decrease these max no of pages per spool in SAP.Please advise.

Hi Sam,
The spool is ultimately a file created in the database. So it can handle a large number of pages.
By defaut it shows only first ten pages.. This can be changed from the settings in SP01.
GOTO> DISPLAY REQUESTS> SETTINGS

Go to SP01.

Need to generate a single spool for multiple customers in Smart forms

Hi Experts,
My Smartform should print multiple customer's data and should generate a single spool,wherein the multiple customers have different languages.When I run the loop with the FM calling the language in a control parameter,I can understand that it can hold only one value i.e. one language.Please help me find any other way to solve this?

Hi,
You can still call the smartform once per customer (and keep the different language) and assign them to one spool.
The first smartform you call set the print parameters (structure OUTPUT_OPTIONS).
When you call the second smartfrom clear that OUTPUT_OPTIONS field TDNEWID, so the smartform is added to the same spool request.

There isn't any correspondence. I seem to recall that Amazon added that feature to the Kindle app but I haven't checked lately.

Account statement printing - single spool requests

Dear SAP experts,
We would like to use print program RFKORD10 for correspondence type SAP06 (account statements for customers) to print account statements for a range of customers, so in mass processing. I see that the standard behaviour of the program is to put the output in 1 spool request.
Is there any possibility to create a single spool request per account statement / customer? This would be helpful when converting spool requests to a PDF file, in order to send the statements by email.

I tried that option at first place only. It results in multiple Print Popups. I want to avoid this. For all spool print requests, I want to show ONLY ONE Print Popup.

I am using f.27 to create a monthly customer statement. But i need differnet spool request for different costomers. so that i can mail the reports for costomers differently. now single spool request is generating.

thanks for reply. Yup we can do that if there are many costumers. then it will be a hectic job to retrieve for all of them and sending mail. so is ther any possible way to generate spool in a breakup way..

1.     One of my client wants the Spool request to be stored for 365 days
So please let me know how can I store Spool request for 365 days?
2.     By default how many days Spool Request is stored?
3.     Any Spool related Parameter to hold the spool request for days?

go into SM37 and cancel scheduling of SAP_REORG_SPOOL
then, you can schedule program RSPO1041,
check option at the bottom, you can specify usernames (creator).
click on the arrow on the right, click on exclude single value and put your username
adapt other parameters in this screen accordingly. call it SAP_REORG_SPOOL
shchedule the same program and put parameters for 365 days four your special username only. call it SAP_REORG_SPOOL_SPC
Result: you have 2 scheduled jobs:
1. job that delete every old spool except for your special user
2. job that delete 365 days old spool for your special users.

The user which send the smartform to the spool (probably wf-batch) needs an output device. You can maintain this in SU01.
