RFID Software for Java ME Devices

Anybody have tried RFID software for JME devices.. Can any one give some pointer to know on that...
I have only one link available: http://www.sun.com/software/solutions/rfid/ds/ds_rfid_javame.pdf

I am looking out for technical details how to develop JME devices as RF reader. It is said that RFID software for JME devices has components like Reader Adapter,Reader Management, ALE etc, But I could not find more information in the sun's website.
I would also like to know the memory requirement for CDC and CLDC devices.

  • New laptop can't find the driver software for my ipod. What should I do?

Previously I've used a family member's computer to sync their songs onto my iPod. We have very different tastes in music so I was excited to finally get my own songs on here. I now own my own laptop and have installed the most recent iTunes. However, whenever I plug the Ipod in it says "Windows needs to install driver software for your Unknown Device" I click locate and install driver software but it doesn't work and remains an Unknown Device and I can't sync songs. Should I have a CD or something for this? I have a 2nd gen. iPod nano so if I ever did get one it's long gone now...

  • Where to find the 3G software for Portege R500

I've just purchased an R500 with inbuilt 3G and applied the XP downgrade CD.
I've inserted a valid Telstra 3G sim card, but cannot find the software to make the modem connection.
The modem in Control Panel appears to be operating OK.
I tried installing the Telstra 3G software for their USB device but cannot control the port where it looks for the modem.
    Any clues please?

  • Why no Upload to Skydrive for Belle FP2 devices li...

    Hi
I noticed a version of Upload to Skydrive for other Symbian devices like 5800. Please put the software for Belle FP2 devices like 808 into Nokia Betalabs. Thank you and happy Easter.

I apologise for any confusion. There was supposed to be a Upload to Skydrive for Belle refresh which people had reportedly downloaded into their 808.
I never saw it and it somehow vanished... I see now that there is new Upload to Skydrive for Nokia 5800, etc in Nokia Betalabs. There is still no Upload to Skydrive for 808 for Belle FP2 phones at the moment and I was asking why?

  • Creating LabView application for VME-GPIB device

I am trying to learn how to create software for controlling GPIB devices attached to the VME-GPIB board. One application would be for a setup where Labview is the software used. Another is a real-time system developed with VxWorks.
It seems to me, that in order to be able to create such a LabView application I need detailed information on the VME-GPIB VME memory layout and definitions of all of its registers. Am I right assuming that? Suppose that I am right, where can I get such detail information on the VME properties of the VME-GPIB device?
I found such a document for the GPIB-1014 device, which seems to be a precursor to the VME-GPIB device.
Am I correct assuming that such manual would also be essential for writing VxWorks software as well?
    Thanks in advance,
    Zen

    Zen,
I have received your support email regarding this issue and currently working on getting you the needed information. I will contact you when it is ready.

  • What is the best synchronizing software for an Android mobile phone?

I have a Samsung GS4 and am having trouble synchronizing with a program called SyncMate that I DL'd. It works but sometimes too well--it downloads everything with no recognition of the duplications it's making. So I end up with 20 entries in my contact list for the same person, ultimately clogging my phone with excess data. Is there a better synchronization software or am I stuck with having to buy an iPhone to make things work?

Apple certainly does not produce any software for syncing Android devices. You may want to check with Google or Samsung.

  • Device control software with Java?

    Hi there,
i don't know if this is the correct forum for my answer, but I'll just give it a try.
I am confronted with the task of developing a fat-client-software for windows-based PCs, for receiving and handling data coming from complex, lab-like devices.
Is Java a good choice for such a task and what kind of architecture, framework, library would you recommend?
    Thanks in advance,
    Xenofon

But do you need to implement all of the communication, or do they provide client libraries that handles it for you? What languages do they in that case support?

  • Windows vista, Ipod shuffle 4th gen.  Computer cannot find device driver software for ipod.

After several hours trying the troubleshooting options provided by the apple support site, I have come to what I think is the issue here.  My girlfriend recently got an ipod shuffle and when plugging it into her computer the dialog pops up saying it is installing device driver software for the ipod.  Eventually it asks me to insert the CD that came with the ipod.  No CD came with the ipod, so I click the option that says "I do not have my cd".  Then it gives me the option of searching automatically or manually for the driver software.  The automatic way can't find it.  Doing it manually, with the help of the troubleshooting page, didn't work either.  google search can't seem to help me on this one.  Also, I tried plugging the ipod into my computer (not hers) and it worked fine, it was able to install the device driver software on its own.  Does anybody know the issue here?  My computer has windows 7, and hers has vista.  Hers is Serice Pack 1.  When I tried installing service pack 2 it wouldnt work.  I don't know if that is the issue though.  I have tried just about everything, I think the issue is finding the device driver software.  When I do a google search nothing comes up, so I have no idea what to do at this point.  Any help would be appreciated, thanks.

Well its surprising to know that! But even  have an ipod shuffle 3rd gen n dint face any problem like that. FYI no cd comes with the ipod jus take ur ipod to an apple exoert n he will solve ur problem .

  • I just ran a software update for Java and MacBook Pro SMC, now my Mini Display Port to HDMI TV is not working. The TV is flickering. The Mac Display is fine.

I was just watching / streaming TV off Safari on my actual TV.
I'm using a Mini-Display Port to HDMI cable for the connection to the external display.
Software update popped-up and said there was an update for Java and for SMC.
I ran the update and upon the computer restarting, my external display (my TV) is no longer working. It is now flickering.
It won't work in Mirroring or set up as an extended display.
I've reset SMC / PRAM / Safe Mode / Even restored from a Time Machine backup (From before the updates were done).
    What could it be?!

I keep saying this over and over, in the hope that people who do a search will find it.  Apple cannot possibly test for or be reponsible for the bazillion combinations of adapter, cables, and TV's out there.  The only monitors that are 100% guaranteed to work with the MacBook Pro are the Cinema Displays and Thunderbolt Displays, because, they're made by Apple.  They're expensive, but they work perfectly.
My guess is that you bought a cheap MDP to HDMI cable, or have a defective one.  From my reading of these boards over the past few months, cheap cables have a high failure rate.  And the regular priced ones have only a slightly less of one.  Try a new one.  Make sure you do not damage the Thunderbolt port.

  • 10.3 OS Upgrade error. An error has occurred while downloading software for your device. Please verify your internet connection or try again later

HELP ! HELP ! HELP ! "An error has occurred while downloading software for your device. Please verify your internet connection or try again later, if the problem persists." appears while attempting to upgrade or install BlackBerry Device Software. upgrading my Z10 OS to 10.3 on both (link & web). but facing same problem again and again. plz help. internet speed is 1mbps and working fine.

I suggest you try the very clean and very forceful AutoLoader method:
    http://supportforums.blackberry.com/t5/BlackBerry-10-OS-Device-Software/Upgrading-OS10-devices-using...
Beware that it is completely destructive...the device will be "like new"...no data, no apps, no accounts, etc. Be sure you take a full backup first, as well as make full manual documentation of all apps, accounts, configurations, etc. Sometimes a restore reintroduces the very corruption one is trying to eliminate, and manual reconfiguration is necessary.
You can also use this to fall back to a prior OS if you desire...you can install any OS level for which you can find an AutoLoader. (Hint...search over on the CB site!)
Good luck and let us know!

  • Software needed for the USB device, "USB Interface Controller TEST2.0"

My mother recently acquired a digital camera. She acquired it from a second-hand store, which did not include an interface cable or software. The manual (and the USB port on the camera) indicates that a male-male USB cable is necessary for photos to be copied to the hard drive.
I was not successful in locating such a cable at any local electronics store (I assume such a cable is now out-of-date). I purchased one from a seller on eBay. The brand is "e circuit electronics".
Upon powering up the camera with the cable connected to it and the computer, the following message appeared:
"Software needed for the USB device "USB Interface Controller TEST2.0" is not available. Would you like to look for the software on the Internet?"
I clicked "Yes". After an approximate two-minute wait, another message appeared stating:
"Software Update is not able to connect to the Internet. Please check your configuration and try again."
I deleted, "Software Update Preferences" in the Preferences folder inside the System Folder, without solving the problem. How do I solve the issue of allowing Software Update to connect to the Internet?

Thank you for your continued assistance, BDAqua. Unfortunately, the driver you linked to does not seem to be compatible with the camera. It is a driver for the V20 model, whereas my model would correspond to be a V2755, as referenced from a list of other Vivicam models when during a search at the Open Drivers web site.
From the system requirement about the card reader you gave me, it will not work, as this system is running 9.1. I am hesistant to upgrade this computer to 9.2, as I have experienced system unstability with that version, with even the 9.2.2 update applied.
In the mean time, I have e-mailed Vivitar regarding this issue, but have as of yet received a reply.
I am not certain as to other specifics to give you, in order to solve the Software Update problem. Please elaborate.
Yes eww, the computer in question is able to fully connect to the Internet for all that I need. I am fully aware of the difference between a computer connecting to the Internet, and a computer connecting to a digital camera. I have 15 years of Macintosh experience.
