RFS porcess is stopped

Dear All,
Till yesterday my physical dr was in sync and all of sudden this morning i have found 1000 archive gap between my primary and standby.
I have applied incremental backup ,i have also replaced old standby controlfile with latest one and tried to put the standby database in recovery mode , but the RFS process is not starting.
Following are the required details for the same ..

    Hi ,
We are seeing relatively frequent 30270 error messages - when check event logs often see them preceded by webi porcessing server stopped unexpectedly messages.
Have split the aps as per best practice and have 4 webi processing servers ( 2 on each node)
    Any thoughts?

    Hi Philip,
I can feel like few of the heavy webi reports in your environment causing webi processing server down.
    1) first we need to find which reports are causing the issue.
    2) Enable monitoring to know the failure status of WIPC by email
    3) Try to enable audit and capture the reports which are consuming more data and running when WIPS moved to stopped state
Then you will come to know the report with help of audit .
I have noticed the similar issue and noticed few reports which are retrieving more no of records and More no input cantrols in the report caused WIPS down.

  • Compontents within SWC are sudenly not showing

I have been working on a project for the past few days and recently ran into a strange and frusterating problem.  I have been creating assets in flash, buttons and the like, and exporting an swc to a folder in my flex builder actionscipt project.  I've done this before and it's always worked great.  At some point during the course of this project I renamed one of the movieclips in the flash file and though it showed up in the "code hints" as I typed, flex was not recognizing it (I was getting Type was not found or was not a complie-time constant: xyz ).
After checking that the swc folder link was still in tact, I tried making a whole new flash file and copy pasting all of my movieclips into the new project but alas, somewhere in the porcess, flex stopped recognizing everything in the swc.  Further more I can't get this particular flex project to recognize ANY swc file I put in there.  I tried making a whole new actionscript project in flex and that did work, but I still can't get the old files working.  I've just wasted the better part of an evening on this and I'm about to jump out the window.  Anyone ever have a prblem like this?  Any one know what might be wrong?  Is there a solution?
    Thanks,
    Joe

    Hi,
Thank you very much, but this dows not solve the problem I have. I am able to open the Preferences folder, so I do see .plist files, but not all of them! Only files beginning with letters from A to C are displayed, then the list simply ends. The files however do exist. When searching via Finder/Spotlight for a specific file, it is listed in the results and the path displayed shows Users/.../Library/Preferences.

    Guys,
I am calling Sub workflow from MAIN workflow.

The status is : In process. (it is a background task to trigger sub workflow)
If i process it manually with SWIA t-code , it is porcessing further.
But, it is not processing automatically.
    Please guide.......

    Design Description of MAIN WF.
    BO: ZBUSECM(original: ECM).
    1)WF get triggered by ECO(CC01).
2)ACTIVITY STEP to extract fields for both (Material & BOM ).
3)2 level FORK to trigger BOM & Material WF.
    4) CONDITION to check flags for both BOM & Material.

    6) MATERIAL :if yes, reset flag to space
    6a)BLOCK to trigger material WF.

    starting from 6b above.
1)WF get triggered by 6b event "INITIATE".
2)ACTIVITY STEP to send the material for editing to  MM COntroller agent.
    3) ACTIVITY STEP to send material for editing to fianance agent.
    4) ACTIVITY STEP to complete the  sub flow by triggering custom event "ZMANITRIGGERMATWFCOMPLETE" , which further calls the "COMPLETED" event by function module to hand over the control back to MAIN WF.
Now, the above mentioned step(4) is not handing over the control to main WF........
& also matnr is not being passed to sub flow now........

  • Using Develop module on NEF stops 'Edit in Photoshop' command from working.

    Started with LR5 CS6 CR8.1
Suddenly when a raw image has been porcessed by the Develop Module the (ctrl-E) 'open in Photoshop' command does not work for that image. It works for images that have not been 'developed'.
I have deleted LR preferences several times.
    I have upgraded to LR5.2RC and CR8.2RC.
As far as I remember this catalog was new as LR5.
    Any ideas please?

Creating a new catalogue and importing the images does not resolve the problem.
The problem is only occuring on a few images from a particular collection.
Creating a virtual copy also will not edit in photoshop.
Creating a virtual copy and reseting the develop settings will allow the ctrl-e command to work.
However, manually re-applying the develop settings once again stops the ctrl-e command working.

Change your iCloud ID password: http://support.apple.com/kb/HT5624.  After doing so, go to Settings>iCloud, tap Delete Account, then sign back in with the new password.

    Hi All,
I cant get to stop SharePoint foundation web app service. Its stuck on status stopping

    Hi,
It seems that the issue is in the timer job definition for executing this operation.
My suggestion is to start the service again and delete the job definition from the error and again try to stop it.
    This might be helpful:
    http://sharepoint.stackexchange.com/questions/22368/is-there-a-powershell-cmdlet-to-delete-a-timer-job
I had a lot of issues in the past when try to stop this instance after the Web apps are provisioned.
As general rule now If I have multi-server Farm topology that has servers that should not serve Web App requests I turn off the service prior to provisioning any Web Apps in the Farm.

    Ivan

  • IPhone mail app stopped pushing mail

I am having the same problem with all 3 of my mail accounts including my mac mail and gmail. I've tried all of the fixes, resetting the accounts, restarting the phone, etc..  but as of four days ago, it simply stopped pushing email in or out. It looks like it's trying with the spinning wheel at the bottom, but the wheel doesn't appear at the top of the screen so I know it's actually accessing the server. I can still access the Internet and such, so it's not a connection problem.
    Please advise.

Try locating and deleting these two preference/plist files:
    ~(yourUserName)/Library/Preferences/com.apple.mail.plist
    ~(yourUserName)/Library/Preferences/com.apple.LaunchServices.plist

  • When i login to my account and it takes me to the desktop, the error sound plays, then the rainbow wheel appears, and finder immediately stops responding

It started yesterday when i was listening to itunes when all of a sudden the music stopped playing and i had to hold down the power button to shut it down and reboot, and then, when i logged back in, the error sound played, and then finder opened up, but the window was grayed out like i had another app selected, bu i didn't, so i tried to open up itunes and the icon started bouncing and then it stopped midbounce and i had to reboot again because finder wasnt responding. now when i log in, the error sound plays, and finder immediately stops working and then i have to reboot again because i cant click anything and i cant properly relaunch finder. please help

Please read this whole message before doing anything.
This procedure is a diagnostic test. It’s unlikely to solve your problem. Don’t be disappointed when you find that nothing has changed after you complete it.
The purpose of the test is to determine whether the problem is caused by third-party software that loads automatically at startup or login, or by a peripheral device.
Disconnect all wired peripherals except those needed for the test, and remove all aftermarket expansion cards. Boot in safe mode and log in to the account with the problem. Note: If FileVault is enabled, or if a firmware password is set, or if the boot volume is a software RAID, you can’t do this. Ask for further instructions.
Safe mode is much slower to boot and run than normal, and some things won’t work at all, including Wi-Fi on certain iMacs. The next normal boot may also be somewhat slow.
The login screen appears even if you usually log in automatically. You must know your login password in order to log in. If you’ve forgotten the password, you will need to reset it before you begin. Test while in safe mode. Same problem? After testing, reboot as usual (i.e., not in safe mode) and verify that you still have the problem. Post the results of the test.
