Roberto Carlos

Why is it that most of the Roberto Carlos songs are in spanish even though he has an extensive library of Brazilian songs?

Feel free to check other online music download stores.
The Roberto Carlos listings at the Amazon.com MP3 store seem to have several Portuguese titles, e.g. "Debaixo Dos Caracóis Dos Seus Cabelos" and "O Baile Da Fazenda."

If you're asking, "how do I store an object's state in a database?", then the answers are:
    1) do it by hand using JDBC
    2) use an object-relational mapping tool, like Hibernate.

  • Java. do you know how to write it... :)

Each play will play in one position ,striker, midfielder, defender or goalkeeper. Each position has a different way of calculating performance rating.
Striker: number of goals scored/number of shots.
Midfielder: number of accurate passes/total passes.
Defender: number of successful tackles/total tackles.
Goalkeeper : number of saves / number of goals conceded.
This first class to write will be called player, this will be inherited by four subclasses: Striker, midfielder, Defender, and Goalkeeper. Think carefully about what details all player will have. (read the file format below). There will be several method in this class including calcuateForm. Think carefully about what sort of method this should be.
Then derive the four subclass. Each with its won method calculating the rating.
Write a class called Team, this class will read in the details from the summary file, construct players and store them in a suitable collection. Then it will read in the details of the last match. Each time it reads in a player you will need to:
1 Calculate their rating for the match.
2Find that player in the collection
Decide whether he is improving or deteriorating and hence whether he will play the next match (Storing that information somehow)
    3. Write the necessary information to the screen.
    4. Recalculate his over rating.
When the match file has been processed this class will write the new information to the summary-1.txt file. (in a real scenario it will overwrite the summary. txt file but write a new one the assist with my marking). The next job is to select the team for the next math. Iterate through the collection and find the player who player the last match. For each player. If they are to play then write them to the screen as stated above. If the are to be dropped then interate through the collection finding the best player for that position to replace him.
    File format
    The players summary file
The first line for each player will be the players name.
The next line will be the position.
The next two line will be the details specific to each player(tackles, goals etc)
The next line will be that players current over rating.
    The last match file.
The first line will be players name.
The next two lines will be the details specific to each player

If I were you I would not use inheritance to model striker / midfielder / defender / goalkeeper. I would just have one class called "Player", and then use a strategy to model the player's current role. That way you can easily switch the role a particular player has. If Roberto Carlos gets injured in the middle of the game, say, then David Beckham can switch from midfielder to defender :-)

    Debes hacerlo con Acrobat:
Cómo digitalizar a PDF y aplicar OCR:

  • Safari too slow to load a page, need help

Hi mi name is roberto carlos and i really need help please. Since a time ago my SAFARI has become too slow that i can see the difference. I don't know what to do with it. Please somebody help me, how do i fix it.
    Thanks.

Hi Roberto and welcome to the forums!
    Try this:
The following usually works on both Tiger and Leopard:
(First, if yours is an Intel Mac, check that Safari is not running in Rosetta, which is enough to slow it to a crawl.)
Many, including me, have had success with adding DNS codes to their Network Settings, with good results in terms of speed-up:
Open System Preferences/Network. Double click on your connection type, or select it in the drop-down menu. Click on TCP/IP and in the box marked 'DNS Servers' enter the following two numbers:
    208.67.222.222
    208.67.220.220
Click on Apply Now and close the window.
    Restart Safari, and repair permissions.
If that didn't do it, then try this as well:
Empty Safari's cache (from the Safari menu), then close Safari.
Go to Home/Library/Safari and delete the following files:
    form values
    download.plist
Then go to Home/Library/Preferences and delete
    com.apple.Safari.plist
    Repair permissions (in Disk Utility).
Start up Safari again, and things should have improved.
Less likely, but possible, is that the slowness is caused by a Trojan such as the one called 'DNSChanger' or 'OSZ.RSPlug', which can alter the DNS settings of your network connection. This particular Trojan can be inadvertently installed if you have come across certain Quicktime movies where got a window stating that you have to download and install a particular codec in order to see the video.
If you have agreed to that installation, your system can be infected and your DNS settings altered, which results in your system using the wrong DNS servers, which can slow web surfing to a crawl.
This can be fixed by downloading and running a freeware utility called DNSChanger Removal Tool which you can download from here:
    http://www.versiontracker.com/dyn/moreinfo/macosx/33696
Once you have run that utility you have to re-boot your Mac, then reset Safari, and re-enter your DNS settings in System Preferences/Network.

    How do I do this?

you can use this to check if the String contains a space, i don't know if this is what you are looking for~~~HAHA~~~~
    String name="roberto carlos";
int indexOfSpace=name.indexOf(" "); // it return -1 if no space is found in the String
    if(indexOfSpace!=-1)
    System.out.println("The String doesn't contain a space");
    else
    System.out.println("The String contains a space");

  • Carlo Scala rider Q2: problems with iPhone 3G under IPhone OS 3.O ?

    Hi,
My Carlo scala rider Q2 Headset was working fine with my iPhone 3G, until this latter was upgraded to iPhone 3.0 OS.
Since that day, the microphone of my headset is no more active and I've check it was the same with a brand-new Carlo Scala Rider headset. Is it a problem of compatibility with the new bluetooth stereo version of iPhone 3.0 software .
    Thank you for any help.
    Vincent, Paris, France

    Hi,
As all of you, i'm disappointed with the the iphone / scala combination, but let me make this clear - iphone is the "guilty" part not scala:
The Good: phone is pairing and working "ok", no voice dialing is possible
The Bad: no music or gps instructions can be heard in the headphones
However, everything was working fine with pre 3.0 versions of the iphone software
Yesterday, while on the phone with somebody, I've selected the ipod icon then hit play and ... what do you know, i was able to hear the song loud and clear in my headset, together with the guy i was talking to (he didn't hear the music, only me). Unfortunately the music stopped as soon as the call stopped. I was able to recreate the situation several times.
So what this proves is that, even with the 3.x version installed (A2DP), regardless of iphone generation (3G or 3gs), the headset can receive the bt music stream from the phone, but the phone is not sending it to the headset (only while a call is on)
Can somebody do something about this, it looks as a simple programming glitch or something?

In continuation with the previous topic......
    <b>Sorry,for not getting your words</b>?
That particular field(ZZxxx) is <b>not available in the datasource</b>,But its been <b>available in the Transfer structure</b>?
    Now what should I do?
    Many Thanks

    Roberto
according to your statements understood like this,pl comment is it <b>correct or wrong</b>?
    In <b>Datasource/Transfer Structure</b> Tab
First,<b>Datasource is from R/3 side</b>,On right hand side
here v have fields coming from source system(r/3)
Second,<b>Transfer Structure</b> on left hand side
here v have Infobjects from BW
    In <b>Transfer Rules</b> tab
In left hand side v have <b>communication structure</b> and in right hand side v have <b>Transfer Structure</b> from BW side.
First mapping will be done between Datasource and Transfer Structure(done automatically)
    Second,(In Transfer Rules Tab)<b>Transfer structure</b> and <b>communication structure</b> will be mapped,here its called as <b>Transfer rules</b>
Is it this way,pl let me know exactly what's happening in this scenario?

  • How is the sigma calculated in monte carlo analysis?

    Hi All,
I wonder how the Sigma is calculated in Monte Carlo Analysis.
I read the User Guide, it said the Sigma is related to Resistence value.
But seems the process of calculating the Sigma in User Guide is not correct...
Would anyone be able to provide some more details on the Sigma caculation?
I attached the Monte Carlo Analysis' result.
After some days' research, I can not figure out the caculation process...
    Any help would be appreciated.
    Thanks,
    Gavin.

    Hi,
Please take a look at the attached spreadsheet. This calculation is based on the sample RLC Circuit which is located in the Samples Folder >> Analysis >> Monte Carlo Analysis.
In essense the Sigma value is based on the Output Y Value and it shows what the peak value is on a specified distance from the calculated sigma of the entire data.
    Hope this helps.

  • V1, V2, V3 Update: 2 questions: Getting clarification on Roberto's Blog

    Hi,
In a blog by Roberto, /people/sap.user72/blog/2004/12/16/logistic-cockpit-delta-mechanism--episode-one-v3-update-the-145serializer146, I have 2 questions on two QUOTES from this article:
    1. On quote A:
Now, from point #3, it states that if successfully processed by V2; So if it has successfully been processed by V2, why would you then want to process it again with V3?
Or, is it suggesting that V2 updates the tables in R3 automatically, but stays in those tables utill V3 is scheduled in LBWE?
    2. On quote B:
Also, in LBWE, I found the options Direct Delta, Queued Delta, Unserialized V3 update. From the article, there was no mention of Direct Delta, Queued Delta. When are they used instead of the V3?
Can you help me understand what Quote B was all about? I got lost.
Can you help me follow how the delivery status example in this quote is implemented regarding the ODS?
(LBWE talks about Unserialized but Roberto spoke about Serialized was that  a mistake?)
    QUOTE A
"Normally in R/3 there are three types of update available:
    1.Synchronous update (V1 update)
Statistics update is carried out at the same time (synchronous) as the document update (in the application tables).
    2. Asynchronous update (V2 update)
Document update and the statistics update take place in different tasks.
So, V1 and V2 updates donu2019t require any scheduling activity.
    3. Collective update (V3 update)
As for the previous point (V2), document update is managed in a separate moment from the statistics update one, but, unlike the V2 update, the V3 collective update must be scheduled as a job (via LBWE).
Remember that the V3 update only processes the update data that is successfully processed with the V2 update. "
    Quote B
"..But since updating in ODS objects is permitted in the logistics extraction for almost all DataSources, we have to consider any effects that can derive from the u2018overwriteu2019 update mode (specific of the ODS object).
For example, the consistent storage of a status field (e.g. delivery status) in ODS objects can only be ensured only with a right (serialized) delta sequence: if the record with u2018open deliveryu2019 status (created as first record in R/3) arrives later than the record with u2018closed deliveryu2019 one (created as second one in R/3), we would have a false representation of the reality.
Since the normal existing update methods actually does not recognize the serialized processing of update data, the Serialized V3 Update function was created (also thanks to subsequent several corrections in SAP Basis) in order to be able to serialize step A..."

    Hi Amanda,
Would appreciate if you could update the article link in the thread as this will help others.

  • Multisim expression error in Monte Carlo Analysis

I used Multisim’s (ver 10) Monte Carlo Analysis I tried using an expression as the output variable
    V(2)-V(5)
and got the message that the output vectors didn’t exist. When I use them individually it worked fine. I tried using the Copy Variable to Expression and Copy Function to Expression method, I tried the double click method, and the just type it in method with the same results each time.
Am I doing something wrong or is it broken?

    Mr Analog,
You are doing everything correctly, that feature is having problems but it is already addressed for our next summer update. Once your software gets updated in summer you will be able to enter expressions.

  • Roberto or other guys please help with the terminology!

Hi Roberto, when you say In addition to V1 and V2 update, synchronous and asynchronous update from the application documents, you have to perform the V3 update (to download your records from delta queue to extraction queue) that you can schedule , I am a little confused.
Let me be clear about the terminlogy. Are V1/synchronous/ Direct delta update the same. Are V2/asynchronous/queued delata the same. Can V3 be of 2 types? serialised and unserialised.
    Thanks in advance.

    hey Roberto,
Great! I really appreciate you sending me the Doc. How can I repay your help? Anyhow i will allott full points to you.
one more help, actually I have been trying to access the SAP help online. but the URL's ending with frameset.htm or index.htm are not openeing up. For example,
    http://help.sap.com/saphelp_nw04/helpdata/en/91/270f38b165400fe10000009b38f8cf/frameset.htm
    http://help.sap.com/saphelp_nw04/helpdata/en/bb/bdd69f856a67418962d74bfd7bd8af/frameset.htm
Is ther any thing that i need to set in my explorer settings?
