Rolling 30 Day Calculation Based on the Weekend Date

Hi Guys,
I am trying to calculate a sum of rolling 30 day based on the weekend date. The table I am going to query has a date column that only has weekend date(Saturdays only). Based on that I have to calculate the formula for rolling 30 days. I am using the formula to RelativeDate formula to do this calculation.
ToDate(FormatDate(RelativeDate(CurrentDate();-DayNumberOfWeek(CurrentDate() - this formula is to get the last Sat of the week.(Previous Week)
=RelativeDate([Previous_Week];-30) This is to get the rolling 30 days based of the last Saturday of the week.
Here is where I face the problem and would need your suggestion -
when I do a sum using the previous date and rolling 30 day I am getting an error
=sum([Acc]) Where [Week Ending] Between([Previous_Week];[Rolling 30 Days])
Error- Missing or bad operand in Where expression.
Is there any other formula I could use?

Hi,
You are missing paranthesis () in your formula. Try using
=sum([Acc]) Where ( [Week Ending] Between([Previous_Week];[Rolling 30 Days]) )

Interest calculation based on Net Due Date

Hi guys: I want the interest calculation based on net due date and not document date or posting date.
I tried to check the box "ALWAYS CALCULATE INT FROM NET DUE DATE in prepare item interest calculation step, but system gives me message
"Do not select "Calc.intrst from net due date" for this int.calc.type
Message no. F7128"
Here are my questions:
1- how can i make the system to calculate interest only after the item is due for payment - right now its calculating anyday after the document date
2- Is this the correct place in configuration to do this? (ALWAYS CALCULATE INT FROM NET DUE DATE )
3- Also in T code FINT, how can i run interest posting for only one item rather than all that show up in test run? I tried selecting/highlighting only one but it posts all.

HI,
The system always calculates the interest from the document date of the invoice,
as of my knowledge there is no setting for the interest calculation from the net due date, so
what u need to do is when u are running the open item interest run u specify the period of only the date
from the net due date to required date as of u.
if u want to calculate the interest to paticular invoice and having two invoices
then u can run as per the document date and other thing is u can block the invoice for dunnig.

Dear Gurus,
When an Employee is hired, I have created Monitoring of Task through Dynamic Action for the Task Type : Probation form.
For eg. The EE is hired on the 1st Jan so the Date of Task should be 31st March and the Reminder date should be 28th February which is dynamically stored in Monitoring of Task
What would be the best way to send reminder mail to that employee's manager based on the reminder date and every subsequent 10 days ?

I transported KM content through ICE offline transfer. all the files are copied. but the problem is all are copied with the todays date as modified date.
but I need to sort these based on the creation date.

Enter the format that you have defined in the configuration of the property in the Additional Metadata parameter. Use the syntax customFormat=<pattern>.

Problem about implementation of a controller in main_vi based on the test data of sub_vi

Hi Group:
I am developing a measurement and control system based on the PCI-6040E and SCXI1001,1102, and 1160.
But now, I have a question ,which is how to implement a controller in main_vi based on the test data of sub_vi.
my program is consist of main_vi and several sub_vi, the main_vi is used for controlling and give the operation signal to hardware system (relay). and sub_vi is used for sampling data.
for example: the sub_vi collects data from the hardware and the control algorithm and output is implemented in the main_vi, so the question is how to transfer the test data from the sub_vi to main_vi synchronously.
I try to set the output connecter, but the data just return when sub_vi is closed.
anybody have good idea about it.

I'm making the assumption that you are not using LabVIEW Real-Time. If you are, you should use RT FIFOs. Otherwise, follow MikeS81's advice.
I would go a step further and say that most likely it would be a better design to remove the loop (while loop?) from the subVI and instead place the subVI within a while loop in your top-level VI. This way on each execution of your subVI it will quickly return your data. Then you can also perform all the queue and dequeue operations in the two seperate while loops in your top-level VI. This organization will be easier to read, document, and understand.

What folder structure?
If you're referring to how Aperture stores the originals in a managed library then the answer is you can't change it.
If having the originals stored in a specific file structure is important to you you will need to switch to a referenced original setup.

Would it be fair to expect that importing images would also create folders based on the international date std???

I am very fond of the light and easy to use PhotoShop Elements.
I am situated in Denmark and would expect an image import to allow the creation of folders based on the international date standard (yyyy mm dd).
This "feature" would allow image folders to be created as follows:
2014 05 06 (6. May 2014)
2014 05 07 (7. May 2014) and so forth
When using the US date format folders are created 2014 06 05 and 2014 07 05 which doesn't make sense if folders should be viewed in a logical order.
It seems that the international date standard has been removed from PhotoShop Elements some where arround version 9-10 and it does create some rather annoying problems for me.
Am I really the the only one to experience this problem?
Since I cant figure out how to setup the organizer by using preferences, then how can I have the folders created automatically in the "normal" numeric/date order ?

Yes, you are quite right. PSE 12 is the thing.
I checked the import settings under preferences, but still the same problem with the date format.
But I did find though, that the APD Dialog Advanced allows me to actually automatically create the folders as wanted.
So for now it seems to be solved, only not through PSE Preferences, but via the APD Dialog.

please refer teh document already how to write FM based extration on generic extractors.
and here the logic to find the latest records values:-
-> get the data in an internal table
->Sort the internal table data based from date descending
-> Using READ statement , we can read the first record of the table which is nothign but your latest record.

Calculations based on the values in the cube

Hi Guys,
I need to create a report where I need to calculate a value based on the data available in the cube and not just the data that is the output of the report.
Is it possible for me to use the data in the table /BIC/<datatarget>00 and perform the calculation using ABAP? If so, how can I display the calculated value on the report and where do I write the code?

But the problem in doing that is, it would still display the age for the corresponding employee in the age column. That should be displayed either.
All I need is display is the following format
Department    Averageage
Dept1           40
Dept2           50
Overall         45
The present format when I set the employee to "No Display" is

*_____ means a blank row

Freight Calculation based on the net value of the Line item

Hi SAP Gurus,
I have one requirement for Freight calculation(Sales order is created through an IDOC) :
In the idoc,we will receive a freight dollar amount - which will be the total amount of freight.(example 100)
We will also receive sales dollar for each line item ,which is then passed to the pricing procedure, for a total amount of sales for that Sales order.
(examples below, for a total of 1500)
The 100 is to be posted to a freight G/L account.
The 100 is further divided by each profit center of the materials on the Sales order.
The freight is split out amongst the profit center , based on the net value of the line item.
Freight value to be allocated = Line item value/total value of the sales order * Freight amount.
Total of the sales order =1500
     Line item value     Freight value calculation     Profit center
Material A:      800          800/1500*100 = 53     Profit center A
Material B:     500          500/1500*100 = 33     Profit center B
Material C:      200          200/1500*100 = 13     Profit center C
Please let me know how to achieve this functionality in pricing procedure or what changes i need to make in Freight condition type.

Finding the Weekend dates if its starting day of the week

I have this requirement where if the sysdate is monday i need to get the Data from Friday until Sunday i.e. sysdate -3 to sysdate -1
Otherwise i need to get the previous day data. How can we acheieve that for below query based on created date??

Changing calculations based on the department

If i have a report that calculates the late times of the employees , and i want for a particular department to make different calculations for the late time , which is making the late time after 2:30 pm instead of 4:30 for the other departments,
whats the best and easiest way to do that ? ,
do i have to group my report by departments or can i just do that based on the employee's data ( department_code )..

I would create a new column in the DEPARTMENTS-table which contains the "basis" for for latetime-calculation and then do the calculation inside the database in a view. Then, let your report just select the data from that view.

Of course, you are right.
Standard step sum up results and at the top grid we see result without grid level. But standard program make loop at the SU and when i organize SU then i make an association sub-SU as filial grid company(per voltage level). At the variant we can manage SU and their sub-SU into settlement procedure.
I have question, may be you implement "Grid usage Rate" into project? What is main goal this functionality? I can't see any link between installation and grid rate(.

Promised Date Calculation based on Need by Date and Transit Time

I have created PO with NBD as D25 (Day 25) and approved it. This means that i need the goods to be at my premisis by D25.
Now the requirement is
Promised date in my PO should be calculated to D25 - Transit Time. So that supplier will be notified D25-Transit time.
Or Is there any workaround to overcome this.

Where you are capturing your lead time. You can do it in item master.
Once it is there, write a personalization to calculate the promised date and update the field.
