Buenas noches:
Conecto el Ipad 4 a mi PC con Windows 7 64 bits y se abre el iTunes para comenzar a actualizar datos, libros música, etc. Todo iba perfectamente. Cargo unos libros formato .epub y todo bien. Hago clic en la pestaña PDF para cargar unos archivos que debo tener en el Ipad y unos libros que me interesan en ese formato. Cuando selecciono esos archivos PDF para agregarlos a la biblioteca me da el siguiente error.

Error de ejecución
Traducido porque no sé nada de inglés dice mas o menso esto:

Desinstalo iTunes (6bits) y lo bajo de nuevo desde la página de Apple. Lo instalo de nuevo, pero sigue dándome el mismo error.

Go to Control Panel > Add or Remove Programs (Win XP) or Programs and Features (Later)
Remove all of these items in the following order:
iTunes
Apple Software Update
Apple Mobile Device Support
Bonjour
Apple Application Support
Reboot, download iTunes, then reinstall, either using an account with administrative rights, or by right-clicking the downloaded installer and selecting Run as Administrator.

iTunes crashes when doing a power search. I get a Microsoft Visual C Runtime Library Error message: Program C:\Program Files (x86)\iTunes\iTunes.exe R6025. Pure virtual functional call. If I select ok, Windows 7 pops up with iTunes has stopped working and then it shuts iTunes down. Anyone else every have this issue. Any ideas on a fix?

The steps in the second box are a guide to removing everything related to iTunes and then rebuilding it which is often a good starting point unless the symptoms indicate a more specific approach. Review the other boxes and the list of support documents further down page in case one of them applies.
Your library should be unaffected by these steps but there is backup and recovery advice elsewhere in the user tip.

I just tried to install the iTunes update 11.4.1 and keep getting error messages. I have never had this issue before over many years of using iTunes and getting updates to the software. I have removed the iTunes from my computer and reinstalled it but keep getting the errors. That one's consistent with disk/file damage. The first thing I'd try with that is running a disk check (chkdsk) over your C drive.

Windows 7 instructions in the following document: How to use CHKDSK (Check Disk)
Select both Automatically fix file system errors and Scan for and attempt recovery of bad sectors, or use chkdsk /r (depending on which way you decide to go about doing this). You'll almost certainly have to schedule the chkdsk to run on startup. The scan should take quite a while ... if it quits after a few minutes or seconds, something's interfering with the scan.
Does the chkdsk find/repair any damage? If so, can you get an install to go through properly afterwards? -
