Runtime repository error

Hi,
I have new database. In which i have to update the runtime repository parameters. Actually this database is the clone of existing database.
In the table WB_RT_STORE_PARAMETERS, i have updated the parameter value and parameter name for new database.
Parameter Name: Parameter Value
Schema ID_OWN_DM
host gsunk886h.stex.com
Port 1521
Password password-1
In the old database, the password is an encrypted one and it will be like something like ??$$||&?
But now, actual password is displaying. So when i try to deploy the mapping i am getting the following error.
Create Failed Create RPE-01003: An infrastructure condition prevented the request from completing.
- ORA-28232: invalid input length for obfuscation toolkit
ORA-06512: at "SYS.DBMS_OBFUSCATION_TOOLKIT_FFI", line 40
ORA-06512: at "SYS.DBMS_OBFUSCATION_TOOLKIT", line 153
ORA-06512: at "ID_OWN_PSRT.WB_RT_SERVICE_CONTROL", line 254
Kindly help,
Sasi

    I am getting the error
boldError while interpreting the runtime repsitory
While I am in the transaction BSP_WD_CMPWB its giving this particular error.
and while I am going to the WEB UI its throwing the error
An exception has occured during program processing.
I have followed the thread and deleted all the BSP aplliaction and the realted classes but still i am getting the same error..
Please Suggestb at the earliest, I am really in trouble related to it
    Thanks,
    Mayank

    Hi Mayank
I had already delete my enhancement set using SM34 -> BSPWDVC_CMP_EXT as mentioned. However, I didn't find any Z classes created using SE80 -> BSP application.
I had wanted to enhance component BT130I_OPPT -> ItemDetails view but somehow the standard repository got deleted and now I hit this 'Error when interpreting the runtime repository' message whenever I tried to enhance the view.
In addition, the customised fields I created using EEWB, which used to appear under context node BTADMINI, is no longer there.
Are you able to help? I can send u screen shots if necessary.
    Thank you very much!

  • Error while loading the runtime repository via HTTP

    Hi Experts,
I am trying to delete an enhancement and when I enter the component name and the enhancement set in BSP_WD_CMPWB. I get the following error when right click the enhanced view and select delete : Error while loading the runtime repository via HTTP. How do I delete this enhancement?
    Regards
    Abdullah Ismail.

if for some reason the runtime repository is not coherent, you get an error each time you try to read it (and this is the case when you open a component using the transaction BSP_WD_CMPWB)
this is because the XML file is interpreted by a CALL TRANSFORMATION statement, and any incorrect node will raise an uncaught exception
    solution:
enhanced view is contained into BSP application you have created the first time you enhanced the component
go to SE80 and enter the BSP application where your objects are stored (the name you provided the first time)
there you can modify directly the objects, including the runtime repository which is stored under node "Pages with flow Logic"
once the correction is done, you can access again your component through transaction BSP_WD_CMPWB (and delete it properly if this is what you want to do)

  • "Error when interpreting the runtime repository"  BSP Component workbench

    Hello,
I have enhance the Component BP_HEAD_SEARCH under some enhancement set in my development system. After transporting all my changes to Quality system, when checking the same development in BSP_WD_CMPWB it is showing an error -- "Error when interpreting the runtime repository" for the same component and enhancement set.
I have copied the repository.xml file from the development and again transported it to Quality system, even then the same error is coming.
Could anyone please suggest how to remove it Quality system, the error is not coming in Development system.
    Regards,
    Shobhit Srivastava

    Hi Pankaj,
    Try as above said
find the enhancement Z_* bsp application ,compare it with SAP bsp application.
    if the XML file lost,
add the xml file toZ_* BSP application..
If it doesnt work leave it as it is.It will not affect your system. In our system also there is a  same error .
    Have a nice time!!!!!!!!!

Is necesary to make somenthing  with IUICOBJ component before to create the enhancement for IUICOBJD.
Could you tell me the steps to solve this??
    Thanks in advance.
    Best regards.

Hello Ismail, thanks for you help, I have tried to make this and the repository is the same code.

  • Error in BSP runtime repository: "Not possible to lock runtime repository"

    Hi,
When I tried to change runtime repository of a component BT120H_CPL, in BSP component workbench, I am getting the following error: (The component is already enhanced one only).
Not possible to lock runtime repository
    Message no. BSP_WD_TOOLS216
    Diagnosis
You can only lock and edit runtime repositories that are saved statically in a BSP page. This means that the page may not contain dynamic elements, such as ABAP source code or page includes. Dynamic BSP pages must be loaded via HTTP and cannot be locked or edited.
It is also not possible to lock or edit runtime repositories that are only referenced as a URL or that are in the MIME repository.
    System Response
Lock not possible. You remain in display mode.
Could you please help me out for the same.
    Thanks,
    Sandeep

    Hi Sandeep,
There is another way of commenting the code as below:
    <!--  commented code -->
This wouldn't cause any scripting comment. Generally we use <% %> type of comments if we want to comment more than 1 line at a time. But for repository we have to use code as I mentioned above for each line seperately.
I hope that resolves your query
    Thanks,
    Rohit

  • Message error "Define an assignment set in the runtime repository"

    Hello Experts,
I'm creating a new component and when I'll assign the view created to be displayed in the screen the follow message appears "Define an assignment set in the runtime repository".
    Best regards,
    Caíque Escaler

    Hi,
I am sure that when you Click on your view in component workbench, this message must be flashing up.
Correct me if i am wrong.
Now first thing is its not an error but an info message.
There is nothing wrong in your developments. It just the fact that just creating a view does not mean we can use it. To use it, you must assign it to either a Window or a View Set or an Overview page in Runtime repository and thats why system tell you that you must do the view assignment.
Go to the runtime repositoy and assign the view. Now whether it to be assigned to a viewset, overviewpage or window, depends upon your requirement. If your view is Assignement Block, you will attach it to an overviewpage . If its a separate edit/display view then you may attach it in existing viewset or Main Window.
You can also create an empty window and attach your view to it..Ultimately view assignment completely depends upon what you want the view to be used as.
    Hope it solves your problem.
    Regards,
    Suchita

    Thanks for advance....

This is a bug 3043523, affecting non-English repository installs. It's documented and fixed in 9.2.0.4 patchset. For a customer I would say patch to 9.2.0.4 before attempting to create the runtime repository. But I figured you don't have access to the patches, since they are distributed through Oracle Support's site metalink.oracle.com, where only Oracle customers can login to. So would it be an option for you to install the English language repository?

  • Runtime Repository

    Hi All,
I have created a BSP application and copied views ServICondLines, ServIPartner, ServIText, ServSLA from CRM_IC. I have created one new view ServILnkObj and I have given Hyper link connection to this new view from the copied ones. And it is appearing on IC web.
I have created a Runtime repository BSP application and copied the CRM_IC.xml and here is the code
    <%@page language="abap"%><?xml version="1.0"?>

When I am trying to execute tcode CRM_IC I am getting the following error. Please help me in solving the problem and highly appreciated your help.

    According to metalink:
    "Cause:
The cause of the problem is the existence of public synonyms pointing to the java tables.
    CREATE$JAVA$LOB$TABLE and/or JAVA$CLASS$MD5$TABLE
The presence of the Public synonyms prevents the Runtime Assistant from creating new tables. This can be verified from sqlplus, connected as the sys user:
    SQL> select owner,synonym_name, table_name, table_owner
    2 from dba_synonyms
    3* where synonym_name like '%JAVA%TABLE';
    Solution
To implement the solution, please execute the following steps as a sys user from sql*plus. If required, change the synonym names to match the names returned in the select statement:
    . DROP PUBLIC SYNONYM CREATE$JAVA$LOB$TABLE;
    2. DROP PUBLIC SYNONYM JAVA$CLASS$MD5$TABLE;
Once complete, start the Runntime Assistant and perform the installation. When the Assistant completes, verify the log file does not contain errors or exceptions."
    Hope it works!

  • View YLOY102H_MSH/YSolCONconfMA is not defined in the runtime repository

    Hi Gurus,
We have enhanced one LOY102H_MSH component and added various custome view in it.
After 3-4 months there is a requirement in which I need to add on custom view in the same component.
i added on custom view YSolCONconfMA  and at the time of creation I have added two context node (Membership and MAGenAtt). I have tired without context node as well but same error message is coming as mentioned below.
Problem : 1 When I am double clicking and try to open the new created view it giving message "View              YLOY102H_MSH/YSolCONconfMA is not defined in the runtime repository that was loaded"
                   2. these two context nodes are not coming with the new created view.
Any budy have have any idea.....
    Best Regards,
    Durga

    Hi Durga,
You can cross check the created view in the YLOY102H_MSH. Check whether the context nodes are there
    under the view.
In the used component, check in the repository if you have this interface view availabel under the
    component usages.

    Leon

  • I need the Design Repository name in my Runtime repository query??????

    Hi,
I want to execute a query on Runtime repository user.
I need to know: Design Repository User (own of mapping execution error) , Mapping Name and Error Message.
With this query I have the Mapping Name and Error Message. BUT HOW CAN I OBTAIN THE Design Repository name OF MAPPING EXECUTION ERROR???????????????
    SELECT
    mr.map_name map_name, err.UPDATED_BY,err.UPDATED_ON, err.RUN_ERROR_MESSAGE, err.TARGET_NAME,RUN_ERROR_ID, err.STEP_ID, err.MAP_RUN_ID,
    err.MAP_STEP, err.CURSOR_ROWKEY, err.RUN_ERROR_NUMBER,
    err.TARGET_COLUMN,
    err.STATEMENT, err.CREATED_ON, err.CREATED_BY
    FROM ALL_RT_AUDIT_MAP_RUN_ERRORS err,
    all_rt_audit_map_runs mr
    WHERE mr.map_run_id = err.map_run_id
    Thanks in advance!

    Hi
When you run a mapping from the OWB Client with the Deployment Manager frist you have to login into a runtime repository with an access user. So you don't run the mapping with a designer user, you run it with a runtime user through an access user.
You can find the deployment (runtima access) user in the ALL_RT_AUDIT_DEPLOYMENTS.CREATED_by/UPDATED_by fileds.
