SAAJ attachment was sent but cant get

Hi, there:
I send a SAAJ message with a jpeg attachment from an application to a servlet in another server. The server gets the message and the image from the application. Then I want to send a reply (also with a jpeg file) back to the application. It seems the attachment is sent back to application, but when trying to get the attachment, there is no attachemnt. The code is as following:
Send the reply soap message in servlet:
       SOAPMessage reply = messageFactory.createMessage();
URL url = new URL(attachFile2);
DataHandler dataHandler = new DataHandler(url);
AttachmentPart att = reply.createAttachmentPart(dataHandler);
reply.addAttachmentPart(att);
OutputStream os = httpServletResponse.getOutputStream();
reply.writeTo(os) receive the soap message in appliaction
SOAPMessage response = connection.call(message, endpoint);
response.writeTo(System.out); after a successful call, the transport from application to servlet is done, The reply should have the new message with new attachemnt. this response.writeTo(System.out) shows the jpeg attachemnt is attached, but the following attcount =0, and attachments.hasNext() is false.
int attCount = response.countAttachments();
Iterator attachments = response.getAttachments();
boolean b = attachments.hasNext()
Appreciate if any one have some suggestions

Have you solved this problem?
I am having the same problem!
Even I am not able to access the SOAPMessage object at server side also.
Any help in this regards is greatly apprciated....
