From the Safari menu bar, select
Safari ▹ Preferences... ▹ Extensions
Turn all extensions OFF and test. If the problem is resolved, turn extensions back ON and then disable them one or a few at a time until you find the culprit.

Any quick fix with my problem? I have a new Macbook Pro but could not download my creative cloud products/apps for the reason as stated above. Please help!You should be able to install the Creative Cloud application from https://creative.adobe.com/products/creative-cloud when signed in with your Adobe ID. This new application will handle downloading and installing CC or CS6 applications.

when i try to download the software onto my mac, i receive a message saying that safari cannot open the specified address as OS X does not recognise the internet address starting with "aam". Please please can someone shed some light on this, its driving me MAD!!!
Try and download the Desktop Application First before trying to install any other Adobe Product. The link for AAM is Safari looking for Desktop Application in your machine.

Im trying to install creative cloud but then I get a link starting with aam: which can't be opened by safari, so I was looking for solutions and installed ApplicationManager8.0 but it still doesn't work. if I go to adobe to try download cc again i get the same link. I use a Macbook Pro with OS X 10.9.5

Additional things to try.
Try this first. Turn Off your iPad. Then turn Off (disconnect power cord for 30 seconds or longer) the wireless router & then back On. Now boot your iPad. Hopefully it will see the WiFi.
Go to Settings>Wi-Fi and turn Off. Then while at Settings>Wi-Fi, turn back On and chose a Network.
Change the channel on your wireless router (Auto or Channel 6 is best). Instructions at http://macintoshhowto.com/advanced/how-to-get-a-good-range-on-your-wireless-netw ork.html
Another thing to try - Go into your router security settings and change from WEP to WPA with AES.

Note - When troubleshooting wifi connection problems, don't hold your iPad by hand. There have been a few reports that holding the iPad by hand, seems to attenuate the wifi signal.

Safari keeps giving and error message. " Safari can't open the web page( insert web page here) , because it can't establish a secure connetion to the server.
It only seams to have a problem with https sites.
Any help would be appreciatedThe "s" in "https" indicates the site is a secure server--usually a site that will require a password. Connections to secure servers can be blocked by parental controls. Are you using any parental controls, either through OSX's settings (in System Preferences) or third party parental control software (such as Netnanny)? If so, check the settings to make sure they will allow the connection.

(1) Bypass Firefox's Cache
Use Ctrl+Shift+r to reload the page fresh from the server.

On the Network mini-tab > Cached Web Content : "Clear Now")
(2) Remove the site's cookies using either of these. Save any pending work first.
While viewing a page on the site:

* Alt+t (open the classic Tools menu) > Page Info > Security > "View Cookies"

When logging on to certain websites I get a tab come up saying Safari can't open it Because the certificate is not valid, why has this just started happening, and how do I correct it?
Either someone has installed a client side cert into Safari or the site in question has let their SSL cert expire. (not your fault). You could try using Firefox or Chrome instead.

This is on an iPad, correct? Are you sure you have a network connection? Is your iPad Wifi or Wifi & 3G? I know these might seem like dumb questions, but we've got to narrow it down to get a solution. If you're absolutely positive you have an active network connection we can move on to other things.
