SAINT, Load Package Problem
I am trying to load a package into Saint from my front end. My problem is that when I downloaded the package, the Download Manager created it as a .ZIP file instead of an .SAR file, this is the first time I have seen this happen. How do I convert the .ZIP file to an .SAR so that I can load it into SAINT?
Hi,
Okay just unzip the folder you will get the SAR files in it,
I think you are trying to add component through saint.
Then uncar the files and apply them.
Regards,
Vamshi.

I have created an SSIS package in BI dev studio which i can debug and run fine. I have saved the dtsx file to a production server which calls it using dtexec as part of a batch script (we are migrating from foxpro). I am getting the following error that i dont understand.
I dont know if this is relevant but i cant execute packages by double clicking them as DTexecui is not installed (not sure why as i have installed the client tools and integration server). Hardware is Dell poweredge 2850 dual xeon 2gb ram with win 2k sp4 and sql 2005 sp1.

Creative Zen loading music problem
"Creative Zen loading music problem?I just started using a creative zen (DVP-FL000, 6Gb) player and i'm having?a few issues copying music onto it.
I have loaded the latest firmware (.2.03e) onto it and formatted it so was clean when i started loading my music on.
I'm using winamp on winxp to copy my music to the player, but occasionally i get tracks that wont copy to the player. Winamp just shows 'unspecified error'. If a file fails to copy it will never copy, no matter how many times i try. Somtimes its a random track, sometimes an entire album.
So i also tried copying the tracks that wont copy using windows explorer, it appears to copy but the file never appears on the device. The same is also true when i try it on my Windows7 laptop with explorer, it will appear to be copying but then part way through it will report that the device has stopped responding.
It only seems to happen with windows media files, all my mp3s copy fine. The files that dont copy probably represent about 0% of my music but play fine on all my other players.
sorry for the long post, just really scratching my head with this one!
anyone have any ideas?solved
did a 'clean up' in the recovery menu, no problems transferring tracks since -
Error in loading package in the application
Hi all,
We are getting an error in loading packages in our application. We are using oc4j.
The following is the error message we got.
Not Found
The requested URL /credit/pls/cnhcalms/add_new_customer.handleAction was not found on this server.
Thanks in advance.Hi Rajat:
Thank you for the reply.
I had the xercers jars in jdk/jre/lib/endorsed directory.
If I remove these, the ejbql works. I do need these in there for a different reason. Is there any way I can have the xercers jars in jdk/jre/lib/endorsed directory and still the ejbql work on oc4j.
Thanks,
Sabu -

How to resolve AVCHD package problem in mountain lion
how to resolve AVCHD package problem in mountain lion
Thanks, David. I know this workaround. And one more with creating right-click Service. That's why I've used "uncomfortable" instead of "impossible". In my opinion, Apple should leave ability to choose OS's behavior, and I hoped somebody knew where to find it .

Same "loading themes" problem for me, with iDVD 7.2.
I tried deleting the preferences file and started again idvd, nothing.
The only thing i can do to have it work is use another account, as a matter of fact. But i'd rather use my account, so i'd like to reinstall idvd. but how can i do it?
thanks
stéphaneActually, iDVD used to work on the other account, because it was kind of blank (there was no video in it). I've just created a new imovie project, on this second account : now there are files in the "Videos" folder (sorry for my english, i'm not sure what's the word on a mac in english, but it french the folder is named "Séquences"), and iDVD freezes again. Even on the second account.
So, to sum up: *as soon as there is one file in the Video folder* (whether a imovie file or any other, like any .avi file), iDVD cant open and freezes...
dont you think that it could be worth reinstalling iDVD? but how? Or maybe there are other applications to make DVDs?

Cocoon2 weblogic (5.1 sp6) class loader security problem
Hello folks,
System:
Cocoon: v2.0
JDK: Java(TM) 2 Runtime Environment, Standard Edition (build 1.3.0-C),
Java HotSpot(TM) Client VM (build 1.3.0-C, mixed mode)
OS: NT4 SP5
Servlet: v2.2
AppServer: Weblogic 5.1 SP6
Symptoms:
I've updated our application from Cocoon 1.7.4 to Cocoon2. After I
figured out what libraries I need on the Weblogic's classpath, I managed
to envoke the MyServlet (MyServlet extends CocoonServlet). The technique
I am using is the one I used with the Cocoon v1.7.4: extend Cocoon
servlet and wrap the HttpServletRequest in MyRequest to provide the XML
content. I changed the line <map:generators default="request"> in
sitemap.xmap to specify the location of the source. Configuration files
seem to be read correctly and the file
<myWebAppContext>/WEB-INF/_tmp_war/org/apache/cocoon/www/sitemap_xmap.java
is generated (but there is no class file generated)!
I looked at the cocoon.log file and looks like a class loader security
problem: the \WEB-INF\_tmp_war gets locked! Is there any workaround this
problem? Any help is much appreciated!

Regards,
GeorgiHello folks,
Is there any workaround this
problem? Any help is much appreciated!
cocoon.log file generated:

RSRV issue ...
I created this load package to test like 15 cubes and now one of the cubes doesnt match the original criteria so I get a failure message.
I tried to edit the load package and I get a failure message because of that.
Is there some other place I can go to exit the package and remove that one cube so I can execute the package.
MikeDo you get an error message when you try to launch iTunes? If so, what does it say? (Precise text, please.)

I installed kdenlive and mlt from community and have a problem with the configuration. A dev on the kdenlive IRC channel said I should ask the mlt devs who in turn said it must be a SDL packaging problem. So I'm here now with this bit:
#kdenlive
[19:38] <dust__> need some help getting this program started
[19:43] <dust__> says it can't find melt or SDL profiles and module
[19:43] <dust__> but when I run it as root everythings OK
[19:46] <xzhayon> distro?
[19:47] <dust__> Arch. I installed both mlt and kdenlive from community repos
[19:49] <xzhayon> run melt -query consumers 2>&1 | grep sdl
[19:49] <xzhayon> and show me the results
[19:49] <dust__> - sdl_image
[19:51] <dust__> when I run that as su I get this
[19:51] <dust__> - sdl - sdl_audio - sdl_preview - sdl_still
[19:53] <xzhayon> as su?
[19:53] <xzhayon> but that's the output of query consumers
[19:56] <dust__> just that Im getting different output as su than user
[19:57] <xzhayon> what's the output of melt -query consumers 2>&1 | grep sdl not run as su?
[19:57] <dust__> - sdl_image
[19:58] <xzhayon> that's definitely wrong
[19:58] <xzhayon> try reinstalling mlt
[19:58] <dust__> did that at least twice
[19:59] <dust__> 0.5.10
[19:59] <dust__> kdenlive 0.7.8
[20:01] <xzhayon> may i see the pkgbuild for this package?
[20:03] <dust__> http://repos.archlinux.org/wsvn/community/mlt/repos/community-x86_64/PKGBUILD
[20:12] <xzhayon> im' sorry but i have no clue on what's happening
[20:15] <dust__> please tell me what the output above means briefly
[20:17] <xzhayon> well, that shows the producers and consumers available to melt
[20:17] <xzhayon> but that's not the expected output
[20:17] <xzhayon> what you see with "su"
[20:18] <xzhayon> i what should appear when run as normal user
[20:18] <xzhayon> while what you see when run as normal user
[20:18] <xzhayon> is what you should see when querying producers, not consumers
[20:18] <xzhayon> try asking on [email protected]
mlt-devel replied as follows:
Perhaps ask the SDL packager; I doubt the MLT packager will be of much
help. This appears to be some permission issue with SDL and its access
to things. Maybe you need to add your account to some groups. Does
ffplay at the command line work? It too uses SDL. If that does not
work either, then perhaps 'strace melt -query consumers'. strace is a
very verbose output, but it might show what it is failing to access.
any thoughts?allan@mugen ~
> melt -query consumers 2>&1 | grep sdl
- sdl
- sdl_audio
- sdl_preview
- sdl_still
Maybe try creating a new user and see if it works for them. -

SPAM/SAINT - OCS package does not match current software component vector
Hello Experts,
This could happen on any type of system I suspect, but it is on my Solution Manager (7.01 on Eh1). I downloaded a support stack (27)and was checking the components requirements. I use the Directory box in SPAM, and I go into New Support Packages. I highlight the support package for ST 400 then click on the Queue button. It comes back with this message: OCS package SAPKITL437 does not match the current software component vector.
I click continue and the requirements window comes up. It shows that I have currently loaded the wrong BI_Content. It says: Non-permitted release of add-on BI_CONT installed. The release information is BI_CONT,706.
If I go back to the main window to look at the current package level, I see that BI_CONT component release (loaded) is 704 - sp 8.
I must have gotten very creative when loading that back in 2008. MOPZ was used, but it was before the support stack restrictions were in place on my system.
I can't get around this issue, because even trying to load the Basis support package I get this message.
If anyone has had the problem and knows what to do I would appreciate some help. Notes searching has not found anything. So far my Customer message has not been helpfull, but it is not SAP support .
PatHi Patricia,
Please, check prerequisites for SAPKITL437 in SPAM.
It seems like you need to install/update some components in SAINT before.
From official note: https://service.sap.com/sap/support/notes/1274287
"Requirements with component ST400 for SP27

Support Package problem in Solution Manager 7 / NW 700
Hi ,
Once again I need your help. The scenario is :
I want to upgrade the SAP_BASIS from SP11 to SP16 but it is stopped at ADD-ONS_CONFLICT_ phase. Then I note down the CRT required for the SP and uncar it to /usr/sap/trans/EPS/in and uploaded via SPAM but again the SAP_BASIS stuck at same step.
Next Resetted SPAM queue --> again uncar SAP_BASIS and ST 400 --> uploaded --> tried to define the queue --> Error message "No Valid Queue for SAP Basis rel 700"
I also tried to apply ST 400 from SAINT --> start --> continue/back/load ( in this screen no add on to be applied found but all the addon SP is successfully uploaded) --> if i press continue --> error message "no add on package found"
Please guide me.

Dynamically loading a class that is part of a larger loaded package
I am dynamically loading a class that is part of a large package, much of which is loaded at startup. The code directly references protected variables in the parts of the package that is loaded by the default class loader. Attempting to access these protected variables gives an access error when the class is dynamically loaded that doesnt occur when the class is loaded at startup.
Is there a way to make this work?To answer my own question -- no
A reference from http://access1.sun.com/techarticles/DR-article.html says:
The use of Dynamic Class Reloading can introduce problems when classes that are being dynamically reloaded make calls to non-public methods of helper classes that are in the same package. Such calls are likely to cause a java.lang.IllegalAccesserror to be thrown. This is because a class that is dynamically reloaded is loaded by a different classloader than the one used to load the helper classes. Classes that appear to be in the same package are effectively in different packages when loaded by different classloaders. If class com.myapp.MyServlet is loaded by one classloader and an instance of it tries to call a non-public method of an instance of class com.myapp.Helper loaded by a different classloader, the call will fail because the two classes are in different packages.
So not being able to access non-private variables in this scenario is the way it works.

I had the older version of iTunes and it worked perfectly fine with my mini iPod - I saw no reason to upgrade since things were going well. However, I recently received the new iPod shuffle and iTunes told me I had to upload the newest version to use
