Hello satish
Step 1:
Create Framework Id( assign hidden & visible components)
Step 2: Create CIC profile
Step 3: create Org unit and assign person
Step 4: Assign CIC profile to Org. unit (or) person
Path : Easy access screen
          Logistics>Customer service>Customer Interaction center>Adminstration>CIC structure>Org.Structure(Change,T.code-PPOMW)>select Org. unit
In this screen on the top i.e menu bar find Go To
Go To>detail Object>Enchanced object description
Now u r in Maintain object page(T code-PP01)
Now in the Active tab page select CIC profile
Now in menu bar Edit>create infotype
Again u r in new page(T code-PP01)
Enter the CIC profile Id which u have created in customizing
Run T code- CIC0
I hope u r able to see the screen now

  • How to run a program in background and how to check the output

I have to run my program as background job... it has a selection screen...... and i need to check the output after its complete.

    hi,
u need to create one program for this.
    tables:btcevtjob.
    parameters:job(32).
    data:count like btcevtjob-jobcount.
call the function modules JOB_OPEN,JOB_SUBMIT AND JOB_CLOSE
and pass the parameters in those function modules.
    once u execute this program,
go with sm37->provide jobname->select the option scheduled
    ->execute
selct the entry->go with release option.
    under releasae select immediate option
    save
    select the job name again
    go with release
    status is in finished stage
    now go with spool option
    give spool no
    go for display
    o/p displayed.
before this,go for se38->provide the name of program which u want to run in back ground->seelct variants->change->provide variant name->go for create->provide input value->go with attributes->provide description->save
this variant name u have to give in the job_submit fm.
    or
    se38->program->execute->in back ground
    Reward points if useful,
    Thanks,

Can anyone tell me what is this output? And Am i deplyoing in the right way?

    Hi,
You might want to check the JCDK user guide (cJDK_Users_Guide_bin_do.pdf) for details of using an emulated card environment. It outlines how to use the simulators provided with the JCDK. This should tell you how the deploy process works and will give you some insight into what this script is doing.

Based on the component information provided by you, I can conclude that your system is ECC 6.0 EHP4.
EHP4 is derived from your component SAP_APPL 604.
In addition to this your EHP4 system has NW stack on NW 7.0 EHP1.
Hence your system is ECC 6.0 EHP4 with NW 7.0 EHP1.
    Hope this answers your query.

  • How we can check the output in script

    hi friends,
iam raju. new to sap.plz any one reply to my question.
    Thanks,
    raju

    Hi Sreenivasulu,
You can check the output of script in two ways.
    1. Directly executing your print program u can see the output of SAP Script.
    2. IF you are using any standard scripts you then need to use t-code to see the output.
Ex: if you are copied standard SAP Script (purchase order ) <b>MEDRUCK</b> this is the standard purchase order script.
Copy this into your Zmedruck edit it as per ur requirement then you have to assaig this script to standard print program of purchase order using <b>NACE</b> transaction. There you can see the chages you have done in the script.

  • How to check the ALV output for the background job

    Hi Guru,
We are having a cutomized report which will display the result like a ALV report.
We configured it as an background job, after the completion of the background job, it will send the result to the SPOOL, and we can use SP02 to check the output,
But it is not easy for user to directly check the result easily, is there an method we can save it as an spreadsheet and send the output to a specific location or mailbox and then user can check it easily
    thanks,

In SM37 ,select the Job > Spool > Select Spool No > Display Contents > Here it will show you the Output of the Report. Now select Ctrl +Shift + F12 , it will ask you to save the Spread sheet in specified location.

  • How to check the previous loaded SAP GUI patch number

    Hi
now I am installing patch#24 SAP GUI ,now where to check the previous added patches, where I need to check, please mail the path

    Yes, Rolf is right.
For every patch run there is a sapsetup<n>.log.
Look at the file timestamp for the sequence.
But what you see is a very indirect clue what you have installed.
You see a very verbose installation protocol which is obviously targeted to developers of SAPGUI to troubleshoot installation issues...
What they forgot to trace is the name of the patch file...
The clues for the versions involved are texts like
File version of source file is: 6405.5.24.1016
File version of target file is: 6405.5.23.1016
In this case I have updated 6.40 GUI Patch 23 to Patch 24

    Hello Guru's
I want to know how to check the Customizing setting in Different system i.e (Sandbox,Development,Quality,Production)
I mean to say that i was to check all the 4 system are in same line in all the aspects or sink with each orther
    Thanks in advance
    With Regards
    Sreeram

    hi
to synchronise all the clients in the CRM,u need to structure ur transport request, that is whenever a request has been made, the same has been transported to all the clients or not
Go to T-Code -SE09 and copy all released transport request from each client from Sandbox,Development,Quality,Production and match all request manually.
this is just a way other may be to see manually all the settings in all the clients
    best regards

  • CIN: How to check the material document posted without excise invoice

    Hi Guru,
Please advise how to check the material document posted without excise invoice.
I have tried tcode J1I7 but it seems start to collect the excise invoice first and then material document.
But my case is to find the material document WITHOUT excise invoice for internal tracking purpose.
At the moment we start from tcode MB51 to get the list of material document and check in J_1IEXCHDR / J_1IEXCDTL
    Best regards,
    Pakorn

    Hi,
Try creating a Query in Tcode SQVI by combining tables MKPF and J_1IEXCHDR/J_1IEXCDTL for your requirement.
Check these threads how to create Query.
