SAP NetWeaver AS ABAP 7.02 SP6 32-bit - Developer Edition

Hi,
I'm using SAP NetWeaver AS ABAP 7.02 SP6 32-bit - Developer Edition on which I have installed the License Key (using http://www.sap.com/minisap page). On this system I'm trying to install the BI Content 7.04, but I have some problems because I still get "no valid maintenance certificate found for system".
Is it possible to install the package on the SAP NetWeaver AS ABAP 7.02 SP6 32-bit ? What do I have to do to install this package?
I have installed the maintenance license (using SLICENSE). The is from http://www.sap.com/minisap page. After installing the new license, the status it is a green square which indicate that the licenses it is OK.
After installing the maintenance licenses do I need to do something ?

I dont know about the developer version which sap has shared but after the application of maintainence certificate you need to install that add on using saint.Thanks.

    I have tried several times to install "SAP NetWeaver AS ABAP 7.02 SP6 32-bit Trial".
    But i always get an error during install.
    I get this error:
    An error occurred while processing option SAP NetWeaver 7.0 including Enhancement Package 2 > SAP Application Server ABAP > MaxDB > Central System > Central System
    ( Last error reported by the step :Program 'Migration Monitor' exits with error code 2. For details see log file(s) import_monitor.java.log, import_monitor.log.
    My System specs are:
    Windows XP Professional SP3
    2GB RAM
    JRE 1.5.0_22 or JRE 1.4.2 (i have tried both)
    Maybe there is a problem with the correct file size of "Part 2 file" on the [download location|http://www.sdn.sap.com/irj/sdn/index?rid=/webcontent/uuid/f03b3428-91e5-2d10-5fae-9afaad060b0c]
    The file size of "part 2 file" should be:
    "SAP NetWeaver AS ABAP 7.02 SP6 32-bit Trial Version Part 2 (1.838.392.707 bytes)".
    But my file size is always only "1.837.289.009 bytes".
    I have tried to download the file with 3 different browsers on two different computers.
    Please help

    Hi Heiko ,
    Hope you are doing good.
    Ideally you have to install this and then add the HCM related packages ontop of the ABAP netweaver server.
    Best option would be use the right CDs from SMP if it is accessible to you.

    When I downloaded the "SAP NetWeaver Application Server ABAP 7.02 SP6 64-bit Developer Version" I only got the Trial Version, so I have a license (from sap.com/minisap) that will expire. Where can I get the Developer Version license?

    The trial version is for you to test and evaluate the software. It will expire after 120 (30+90) days. I donu2019t think you can get a permanent license.

    Hello Colleagues,
    the installation of SAP Developer Version under Download SAP NetWeaver Main Releases\SAP NetWeaver Application Server ABAP 7.02 SP6 64-bit Developer Edition doesn't work.
    Different to the requirements I tried to installed on VM Player and with Windows Server 2003.
    Only when ABAP Imort reached package 34 (successfully imported) the installation process stopped without any error.
    Like frozen.
    Please does anybody now the problem? Or is the Installation on Windows 2003 general not possible or at VM Player?

    It is possible.
    Check VMware options, especially allocated operative memory size.
    If there is not enough memory, VMware begins to use swap and productivity becomes very low. As a result, program freezes.

    I am using mac . i have noticed that in SDN we can download SAP Netweaver application server ABAP 7.02 SP6 32 Bit trail version.
    But all the details specified out there is only for windows os.Do we have options for mac here ??

    Since there does not exist any ABAP-Server Version for Mac (never has and most likely never will be) - only 64bit operating systems for suited for large server (WinXP-32 is one exception for Development purposes)
    The only option for you is some sort of virtual machine.

    I have just installed the SAP NetWeaver 2004s ABAP Edition on my PC and I want to setup some new clients to simulate an ALE model.

    I have already tried PASS and pass because I know it is case -sensitive now but it did not work.

    Hi all
    I've read your entrys.
    Saw that the solution is missing.
    It can be found in the manuals:
    1. Download the "Registry Clean Tool for SAP NetWeaver 2004s ABAP" and use it.
    2. Download the latest Version of "SAP NetWeaver 2004s ABAP" and un-rar it.
    3. Install the "Microsoft Loopback Adapter" an activate it.
    4. Retry to install.
    Summary:
    So the error 200 was caused for the first time from trying an installation without a Loopback Adapter, and after that from trying to re-install without cleaning the registry.
    Now its working fine.

    I dont have an Export DVD of Netweaver 7.00 EHP3. I just downloaded the application from SDN and I got this files (IMAGE) after descompressed.
    I started the installation from beginning. This is not an upgrade of system. Its my first time that I install this application.

    As per the download notes, for mobile 7.1 -
    "Note: SAP NetWeaver AS ABAP 7.1 is NOT part of the download package, but is integral part of the product shipment SAP NetWeaver Mobile 7.1. In order to synchronize applications that you have developed with SAP NetWeaver Mobile 7.1 Trial Version, you absolutely need to install SAP NetWeaver AS ABAP 7.1 also. Without such installation, applications you have developed with the Trial Version will only be able to run standalone on NW Mobile Client, but without data synchronization.
    Does the CE version contain AS ABAP 7.1? Link to the specific download pl.

    There's no SAP NetWeaver AS ABAP 7.1 trial version available on SDN. The CE trial version only contains the Java AS.
