Saving images from html email.

Hi.
Please help.
I can't save images from html email. I can save attachments, but how save images with in html?
I can't find it.

I can send if I use:
// Create your new message part
BodyPart messageBodyPart = new MimeBodyPart();
String htmlText = "<H1>Hello</H1>" +
"<img src=\"cid:memememe\">";
messageBodyPart.setContent(htmlText, "text/html");
// Create a related multi-part to combine the parts
MimeMultipart multipart = new MimeMultipart("related");
multipart.addBodyPart(messageBodyPart);
// Create part for the image
messageBodyPart = new MimeBodyPart();
// Fetch the image and associate to part
DataSource fds = new FileDataSource(file);
messageBodyPart.setDataHandler(new DataHandler(fds));
messageBodyPart.setHeader("Content-ID","<memememe>");
// Add part to multi-part
multipart.addBodyPart(messageBodyPart);
but if I try to read message (html and image inside it) sended from Outlook? i can't find images.
messageBodyPart.getHeader("Content-ID");
returned null.

    Hi,
    have a look at this thread

    However there's no way to avoid that people grab photos from your website. Nevertheless there are ways for making it a little more difficult.

    Try:
    - Reset the iOS device. Nothing will be lost
    Reset iOS device: Hold down the On/Off button and the Home button at the same time for at
    least ten seconds, until the Apple logo appears.
    - Go to Settings>Safari and Clear History, Cookies and Data
    - Try a different browser like Chrome

  • I saved images from an imessage.  now when I open Imessage, the pictures will not go away. When I press "done" the pictures remain. Cannot send a message

    I saved images from an imessage.  Now when I open Imessage, the pictures are displayed on the screen.  When I click on "done" the images do not go away.
    Therefore, I cannot send a message.

    Quit the app completely and try again. Go to the home screen first by tapping the home button. Double tap the home button and the task bar will appear with all of your recent/open apps displayed at the bottom. Tap and hold down on any app icon until it begins to wiggle. Tap the minus sign in the upper left corner of the app that you want to close. Tap the home button or anywhere above the task bar.
    Or try this.
    Reboot the iPad by holding down on the sleep and home buttons at the same time for about 10-15 seconds until the Apple Logo appears - ignore the red slider - let go of the buttons.

  • Saving images from email

    I am working for someone and I have an image to save from his email act. (.mac), it will save in any format I choose but it saves only as a quick time ap. and will not let me open in photoshop, any clues? I can not drag and drop into photoshop. When I drag onto desktop, it only shows the HTML code help please!

    I have an image to save from his email act. (.mac),
    it will save in any format I choose but it saves only
    as a quick time ap.
    I wasn't aware it is possible to save an attachment included with a Mail.app message in any format but I guess you can change the file name and/or extension for the file when using Save As via the received message but I'm not sure why you would want or need to do so.
    Is this in reference to the OS X Mail application and if so, which OS X and Mail.app version are you running?

  • Saving an image from an email

    Hey i had one question, when i get email with a picture in it and I download the image is that image saved to my pre or is it just saved to the email? And if it is saved to the pre how can i view it outside of the email
    Post relates to: Pre p100eww (Sprint)

    If the image is an attachment, you should be able to tap on the attachment and you'll see a button that says "Save to Photos" which will do that.
    http://kb.palm.com/wps/portal/kb/na/pre/p100eww/sprint/solutions/article/43841_en.html#N05E2BEA8.05D...
    If the image is embedded in an HTML email (it's not an attachment), which is what I think you're asking about, I don't think you can save it.
    But! A clever person on PreCentral figured out a workaround - use your two fingers to zoom way in to the picture, then take a screenshot.
    How do you take a screenshot?
    Hold down Orange + Sym + P at the same time. You won't get any visual confirmation that a screenshot has happened, but when you open the Photos app, it will appear under a new category called "screenshots."
    (cite: http://forums.precentral.net/general-webos-chat/189360-how-hell-do-i-save-pictures-email.html)
    OR, you can just open up the email on your desktop computer, save the image as a file on your desktop, and then email the image as an attachment to yourself, open the email on your Pre, tap the attachment, and get that "Save to Photos" button mentioned earlier.

  • Album keeps saving images from emails, such as corporate logos and empty images

    For some odd reason my Sony Xperia Z2 adds images to my Album which I have not taken nor asked to save myself. These include images attached to emails - typcially corporate logos, but also seems to add blank images (which show as a logo of what looks like a mountain image used on cameras to show "landscape"). I therefore regularly have to go in and delete all these extra images which load up quite quickly....somewhat annoying.
    Is there a setting I have missed somewhere?

    I am facing same issue in my Xperia Z . All my fb stickers and walkman album art just shows up after somedays.. and then i have to individualy delete around 700-800 photos  creates too much trouble.
    Did clearing cache helped?
    What to do about it?

    You could copy the images link from the pages code and link it to your html email:
    http://cdn.shopify.com/s/files/1/0150/7840/products/download_277fab2f-4e46-44b1-a4b4-34fd1 7e5a2dd_large.jpeg?v=140603487…
    BUT
    I would just upload the images to YOUR server in a folder and link the images in the html email to those.

  • Photoshop auto saving images from internet?

    I've just received an image through an email which when I opened it automatically opened in my Photoshop album (only starter edition 3.0), however when I clicked to view the next image I saw an image I had randomly viewed on the bbc site half an hour earlier. The further on I clicked, the more images came up from working on the internet today. Can Adobe automatically save images you view but have not copied to any files? It seems quite strange and surely it will take me ages to find my actual photos in the future. Does anyone know what this is and how to turn it off?! Many thanks

    Sounds like you have Watched folders switched on [Edit/Prefs] and it is pointing to the folder structure that includes IE's cache folder.
