Scenegraph size and speed of the application

Hello all,
I have seen that my application becomes slower (responding to events)as the size of scenegraph increases. I am binding my components width and height to scene width and height.
Say, for example when the width and height is 800 x 500 it is faster and components like ListView respond quickly to MouseClicked or KeyTyped events smoothly. As I maximize the application I see there is some lag for the same behaviour.
Is it one of the best practices to keep scenegraph smaller? I noticed demo apps on JavaFX website are also smaller ?

Given all the DLLs (on Windows) found in the JavaFX SDK, one could think JavaFX makes the best of graphics acceleration, but possibly it still relies a lot on Java2D which is slow (although can be backed by a hardware pipeline, no?), at least comparatively to hardware acceleration.
Now, the glitches we see in the sample code referenced above might come from garbage collection pauses, a common problem in Java...
Anyway, I hope the Prism toolkit which is largely based on graphics card and not relying on Java2D will allow better performances.

SD card is not a disk....flash memory...#confused or misreading something.
I wouldn't use an SD card any larger than 64 GB. I am not even sure if these are made.

Just upgraded to Win 8.1: PSE 11 now will not let me change the paper size and type in the print properties.

are you backing up files, or doing a Time machine backup, either way, the Time machine will STOP when finished and show "last backup at XXXXXX" meaning its done...... OR if when transferring files, it will show a progress bar on your desktop and vanish when files are copied.
Open up the Hitachi drive (your G drive is made by Hitachi, and the best made by the way).....and see if the files are there.
a MORE VISUAL way is to open the hard drive file, and drag and drop files INTO the Gdrive and you can see them visually be copied there as you do it.
To see your HD on your desktop GOTO FINDER......PREFERENCES....then GENERAL TAB.........check the box marked HARD DRIVES.........then your Gdrive will appear on your desktop........open it from there, and DRAG and drop files from anywhere INTO the Gdrive....... easy visual way to see the files being copied into the Gdrive.

If you use extensions like Adblock Plus or NoScript or Flashblock that can block content then make sure that such extensions aren't blocking content. 
You can see the installed Firefox extensions in "Tools > Add-ons > Extensions".
Start Firefox in [[Safe Mode]] to check if one of your add-ons is causing your problem (switch to the DEFAULT theme: Tools > Add-ons > Themes).

I understand. The Swiss Apple website offers a choice of French or German and you can download a French version of the Swiss iTunes to your computer, but I do not know how you can change the language of the app on your phone. You can of course choose apps and download them to your computer, then sync them to your phone. http://www.apple.com/chfr/itunes/

Change the size and style of the menu

How can I change the size and font on the automatically created menu in iWeb?
I cannot select it like other text on the site..

The words under pictures on the photo pages are also part of the template. What you see is the default.
But you can change this. You can change the font, font size and font color. Just hightlight it by dragging the cursor over it and select font to change the font and size. And you can use the color wheel to change the color
Good luck!
Edit: if you choose a large font you may have to adjust the space between the pictures. This can be done in the inspector. Just play with it to see what works.

Recording of temperature, power and speed at the time of confirmation

My client requires to record the temperature,power and speed of the equipment while doing the phase wise confirmation. I'm planning to put inspection characteristics for the operations. I'm not going to use PI sheet.
Is this inspection characteristics assignment to record the parameters is correct?
Any other option to do this apart from PI sheet.

It will be better to capature those parametres as Inspection Characterstic before confirmation posting .
However , if you want to capture as activity through certail formula key and activity price , then you can identify them as Satndard Values as like Labour , Machine and Setup .
Go-to : OP7B "Parameters Overview"
Define your requirements Eg. For Power u2013 say ZELECT like that
(Short Key work/Keyword u2013 Electricity, Dimension " Energy", Std. Value Unit u2013 KWH)
Then Go-to : OP19 " Standard Value Key Formula : Overview "
Select SAP1 u2013 Normal Production and Copy as (F6) and Create new Activity Type Say eg. ZELE
Then Assign this new Parameter ZELECT and save (handle the transport request)
For Formula Definition :
Go-to : OP54 "Formula Definition"
Select SAP002 u2013 Prod.: Machine Time and Copy as (F6) and Create ur new Formula Say Eg. ZELECT
And replace SAP_02 with your Parameter u2013 ZELECT
Then itu2019ll look some thing like "ZELECT * SAP_09 / SAP_08 / SAP_11"
Assign The Standard Value Key " ZELE" to your Work Center-Basic Data Screen
Now Go-to Costing Tab Page assign your formula to your Predefined Activity Type for Power.
(Otherwise u2013 First Create Secondary Cost Element (T.Code KA06), Assign this Sec. Cost Element to your new Activity Type, then KP26 " Change Activity / Price Planning"
Assign Activity Type in Work Center Costing Tab & Assign Your Formula)
You can assign max. 6 Standard Values to your WC, I.e If you want to capture Power & Fuel Consumption for an Operation you can have both parameters set as per above procedure

Try trash the com.apple.iPhoto.plist file from the HD/Users/ Your Name / library / preferences folder.
(On 10.7: Hold the option (or alt) key while clicking on the Go menu in Finder to access the User Library)
(Remember you'll need to reset your User options afterwards. These include minor settings like the window colour and so on. Note: If you've moved your library you'll need to point iPhoto at it again.)
What's the plist file?
For new users: Every application on your Mac has an accompanying plist file. It records certain User choices. For instance, in your favourite Word Processor it remembers your choice of Default Font, on your Web Browser is remembers things like your choice of Home Page. It even recalls what windows you had open last if your app allows you to pick up from where you left off last. The iPhoto plist file remembers things like the location of the Library, your choice of background colour, whether you are running a Referenced or Managed Library, what preferences you have for autosplitting events and so on. Trashing the plist file forces the app to generate a new one on the next launch, and this restores things to the Factory Defaults. Hence, if you've changed any of these things you'll need to reset them. If you haven't, then no bother. Trashing the plist file is Mac troubleshooting 101.

Created File by giving 48 Inches (Hieght) * 240 inches (width) in Illustrator after Complete design, i just tried Export it to .Tif Format but error Occurred "the combination of artwork size and resolution exceeds the maximum that can be rasterized".
Answer: Save the file as EPS format and open in Photoshop do no alter anything finally save as .Tif Format

Okay, mine now works here is what I did.
plug in the iPhone, iPad etc
in iTunes select the phone or iPad
Under Summary uncheck "Sync with this....."
Under "Music" uncheck the "Sync Music"
Let it remove all the songs, dont worry it will come back no problems.
Once that is all done all the music on the phone or ipad should be gone.
Now check them both back on and everything should copy back onto it.
Working now !!!!!
