Hello Experts,
I get an error message: *Schedule to-date 25.03.2005 after from-date 01.11.2005.*
while clicking on Billing period push button in installation.
B'cos of this i can't see the Bill order, billing doc rate type data is not diplayed.
To see the Schedule to-date & from-date I used t.code EL31also i cant view the MR order and Bill order.

first of all, the system might be correct ...
Okok, here is what to do: check with ES32 at first the meter reading unit of your installation. After that use the meter reading unit and use transaction E40A to display the schedule records and check the date. If this is NOT correct, use E40B to change the dates to correct dates. If this is not possible due to existing meter reading orders/readings/billing orders use EL31 to display all for the MRU and if possible reverse those (via EL37). If there is no issue with the MRU, perform the check with E40A also for the portion. If this all does not help - I am afraid you will just have to open an OSS message.

this formula is looking for D1, D1 is neuron index that will be searched for the smallest value.and the result are D1=2 ,D2=5, D3=17 from calculating with formula .it means the smallest value is 2, "2" from weight [2 2] in file attached.
and then it will be in other formula
it mean [2 2] + 0.5 ( [1 1]-[2 2] ) = [1.5 1.5]
and the weight will be [1.5 2 2 ] in matrix
1.5 3 5
I would appreciate any input/help on solving this

Moving your records from internal table into the database table depends upon various scenarios :-
1. If you use INSERT statement.
INSERT <database_table> FROM TABLE <internal_table>.
But in this case, you need to make sure that you don't have any duplicate entries in your internal table that violates data entry into database table, else you will get a dump.
INSERT <database_table> FROM TABLE <internal_table> ACCEPTING DUPLICATE KEYS.
In this case, you are forcefully inserting duplicate records into your database table which may lead to data redundancy in your database table.
2. If you use UPDATE statement.
UPDATE <database_table> FROM TABLE <internal_table>.
This will update the existing records in your database table from the internal table.
3. If you use MODIFY statement.
MODIFY <database_table> FROM TABLE <internal_table>.
This statement works both in combination of INSERT & UPDATE statements.
Existing records (in database table) will be eventually updated/modified and new records (not in database table currently) will be successfully inserted into the database table.

Filing date of judgement is different from date listed on credit report.

So first, let me say that my judgement is due to fall off in April of next year. If it weren't for reading so many success stories and having many of my own (including an early deletion of the last paid collection account on Experian just yesterday) I might be willing to leave well enough alone. The problem is, the paid judgement is the last bad item on my report. I just called the circuit court where my judgement was filed because the dates seemed off. I have copies of the money orders that I sent to pay the judgement and all of them were AFTER the judgement file date listed on my credit reports. According to the clerk, my judgement was actually filed on January 12, 2009 not April 16, 2009. My question is, aren't civil judgements supposed to fall of 7 years from the filing date or is this the case of the 7 years 180 days I've heard about? Did my payments somehow reage the judgement? If the date is indeed wrong, what is my next course of action? If the judgement rightfully is due to fall of January of 2016 I am within the 6 month range for requesting good will early deletion from at least two of the CRA's, correct? I'd really like to buy a house next year at the best rate possible and my Fico scores are EX 709, TU 719, and EQ 721. I’m hoping this removal will help me get the best rate possible. Thanks for the docketing info! I'll start the ball rolling on that Monday. Regardless, if I can get the dates changed or no,t it's good to know that I have a possiblity of getting early exclusion on judgements as well. From what I read on this forum you can get a judgement vacated if he was improperly served. You can request the service info from the court where the Judgement was placed. I, like Rebuilding, didn't show up for my court date because I assumed that being in contact and negotaiting payment was all I needed to do and judgement would be thrown out the window. Yeah I know, stupid. Wow, if my judgement falling off netted me 66 points I would keel over. It's my last baddie and the only bad thing on all three reports so my fingers are crossed. Experian is an interesting one. In my case, they seem to hang on to anything and everything. The other CA's dropped most of my stuff a few months early without me even having to request it. The only thing I had left was the judgement and one collection on Experian. I called them mid june to ask for early deletion of the collection( 2 months ealy) because I heard they would remove it 3 months early. They turned me down, but I was very polite and thanked them for their time when they told me to call back April 1. I called them July 1 and after being transfered once my collection was removd. The phone call took less than 5 minutes. It was due to fall of August 16 of this year. The number I called was 1-800-360-7580. Note this account was not my oldest account and it was shown as being in collections so I wasn't in danger of having my Aaofa taking a hit. Oh, one last thing. I don't think it's odd that one report had collections info that another doesn't. They not only differ in how long they keep stuff( my point about Experian having a collection nobody else had) I also think it depends on who the collector reports the info to I'll update if I get my judgement updated and EE. Otherwise Kaylavaand I will have our judgement removal day party April 16th of next year!

Master Data: 2 records with different FROM-TO dates

Hi,
I am extracting the master data from R/3. In R/3 the master data record is created with valid FROM: 01/01/1900 and valid TO: 12/31/9999. But when I extract the data into BW it is coming as 2 records one with 01/01/1000-12/31/1899 range and the other with 01/01/1900-12/31/9999.
What settings/steps I need to change to get only one record for now and of course in future any change to the records will comes as different valid date range.
When I schedule the info package, the update tab consist of Fixed time interval start date: 10/20/2005; end date: 12/31/9999.
Time being to avoid this in the transfer rule of FROM date info object selected constant option with date 01/01/1900 as in R/3????

I have assigned one-to-one from R/3 to BW.
In R/3 I have FROM and TO date and assigned these two fields to Transfer structure FROM and TO info objects.
I have maintained Transfer rule only after getting two records into BW for every one entry in R/3. In the rule I just assigned constant date to avoid 2 records for every entry from r/3. So nothing to do with the routine.
I want to see one record in BW for every entry coming from R/3. At present in the BW master data sitting as 2 records.
Example:
one record in R/3 with:
FROM date: 01/01/1900; TO date: 12/31/9999.
Inserted 2 records into BW with:
FROM date: 01/01/1000; TO date: 12/31/1899.
FROM date: 01/01/1900; TO date: 12/31/9999.

Dear Experts,
we are using the following scnario,
1. Once the user creates the sales order, automatically system creates PO in the background.
we have created Bapi program for creation of Background PO in SD User Exit.
The following issue occurs in Prd, DS1, QS1 server, We have done Technical upgradation project, Now when we creates sales order automatically po created with error message of Material availablity date can not be after the delivery date. even sales order no also not updated in the PO.
QAS server (without technical upgrade) i refered the same input parameter and used the same and create the sales order system generates PO automatically without error message.
Does any one can through lights on this issue,

The dates are determined due to shipping and transportation scheduling settings. So check whether the shipping and transportation scheduling is being performed as per the cofiguration settings after Technical upgrade. Since the MAD date should not be after Delivery date but it seems that the dates are not determined properly.
Also check the Transit time, Loading time, Pick/Pack time and Lead time are retained as same as before the technical upgrade. Use the QAS server settings to validate the settings in other servers.

Can we use 0INFOPROV as a selection in Load from Data Stream

Hi,
We have implemented BW-SEM BPS and BCS (SEM-BW - 602 and BI 7 ) in our company.
We have two BPS cubes for Cost Center and Revenue Planning and we have Actuals Data staging cube, we use 0SEM_BCS_10 to load actuals.
We created a MultiProvider on BPS cubes and Staging cube as a Source Data Basis for BCS.
Issue:
When loading plan data or Actuals data into BCS (0BCS_C11) cube using Load from Data Stream method, we have performance issue, We automated load process in a Process Chain. Some times it take about 20 hrs for only Plan data load for 3 group currencies and then elimination tasks.
What I noticed is, (for example/) when loading Plan data, system is also reading Actuals Cube which is not required, there is no selection available in Mapping or selection tab where I can restrict data load from a particular cube.
I tried to add 0INFOPROV into databasis but then it doen't show up as selection option in the data collection tasks.
Is there a way where I can restrict data load into BCS using this load option and able to restrict on cube I will be reading data from ?
I know that there is a filter Badi available, but not sure how it works.

We do have other characteristics like Value Type (10 = Actual and 20 = Plan) and Version (100 = USD Actual and 200 = USD Plan), but when I am loading data into BCS using Load from Data Stream method, the request goes to all the underlying cubes, which in my case are Planning cubes and Actual Cube, but I don't want request to goto Actual Cube when I am running only Plan load. I think its causing some performance issue.
For this reason I am thinking if I can use 0INFOPROV as we use in Bex queries to filter the InfoProvider so that the data load performance will improve.
I was able to to bring in 0INFOPROV into DataBasis by adding 0INFOPROV in the characteristics folder used by the Data Basis.
I am able to see this InfoObject Data Stream Fileds tab. I checked marked it to use it in the selection and regenerated the databasis.
I was expecting that now this field would be available for selection in data collection method, but its not.
So If its confirmed that there is no way we can use 0INFOPROV as a selection then I would suggest my client for a redesign of the DataBasis it self.

Extract Month & Year From Date

Hi All,
I have a key figure quantity and i want the data on date,for the month and for the year.
i create the variables for the date,for the month(ie from date to date) and for the year(ie, from date to date) seperatly that means i have three input variables which may sometimes create confusion.
My problem is that I want to enter only date and the variable itself calculate the month and year from the date so that it returns the data as desired above.
for eg. : Now i to enter date : 3/14/2009
          enter MTD (FROM/TO) : 3/01/2009 - 3/14/2009
          enter YTD (FROM/TO) : 4/01/2008 - 3/14/2009
I want to enter only date : 3/14/2009
and the variable itself extract the month and year till date.
and also the same variable calculates number of days so that need not to take the formula variable of date difference to calculate the average qty.

Why do I get the numbers in square brackets e.g. f[0].p1[0].Name[0], when I collate data using the 'Create spreadsheet from data files' command. I only want to export object names as column titles in Excel. This driving me mad!

Generally when a asset/equipment is purchased that is the valid from date and when commissioning done and it becomes operational then that date is start up date. So logically start up date should not before valid from date, it could be same.
Can you elaborate why you want start up date before valid from date ?

The only other place to change a password for the computer login is in Users & Groups preferences. But I don't really know enough here to fix your problem. You can try fixing the keychain:

Setting button property after selecting data from list

I am not able to set the button property after selecting data from list.
I would like to say that
* If a user select an item from list, then user is only allowed to update or delete the data. The update and delete button should be enabled and save button should be disabled.
* If the users types data manually, then user is allowed only to save this as new entry. The update or delete button at this time should be disabled and only save button should be enabled.
I want to say that
In both case, value will be there
In one case, value will be from list and that is available for update or delete
in another case, value will be typed from keyboard that is available for save(new entry).
I do not want to use separate form for update/delete/save new record. I want to use single form for all these operations.
I am using Form 6i and oracle 8

Schedule Record after Billing Date

Hi
I found a problem when I was trying to bill an unmetered customer.
We created scheduled record till 31.03.2012. Then we created the billing order for 31.03.2012.
But when tried to bill the document, I got an error stating " No Scheduled record exists from 01.04.2012.
Can anyone explain if somebody is billing till 31.03.2012, why scheduled records are needed from 01.04.2012 onwards.
