Screen Modifications for Travel Privileges (0017) screen

Hi all,
I am trying to change the screen modifications for Travel Privileges with module pool MP001700. The problem is I can't find the module pool through the IMG>Personnel Management>Personnel Administration>Customization User Interfaces>Change Screen Modifications. If not here, where/how can I do this?

Thanks for the replies but I was looking to do screen modifications preferably by non ABAP methods. I have found the solution where you need to create the module pool manually and the fields selections will appear.

This is simple from ABAP without LDB. But with LDB can we achieve?????????????

you can use the following logic for the additional selection validation. I have done by using PNP LDB. Ex : I have done for one of the field in IT0377.

I dont get the default value as 200.. if the screen-input = 0... so how should handle this problem
Another problem is if i fill the FNAME AND LNAME fields, WITHOUT PRESSING THE EXECUTE BUTTON i should get the value filled in the FINAL field
Can this be handled in the At-SELECTIOn Screen output

Hi,
Check feature MASSN via PE03: Determining the Fast Entry Dialog Module.
And check the return value in table TDCT, you will find the screen and program call by PB40 Initial Entry of Applicant Data.
And you can create your own dialog module to adjust the initial screen or change the exist one.

same fields will be inactive while promotion

Creation of alternative screen in screen modifications

Hi,
I have a problem in screen modifications.
I want to make PERSG(employee subgroup) field as editable in IT0001 (currently it is grey field).
For that I want to go through screen modifications for IT0001 using table T588M.
There how do I create new alterantive screen.

I think you are using Tcode PA30 to change the ESG.
You need to use Tcode PA41 to do changes, No need of doing any screen modifications

How can I modify the UI for the crystalreportviewer prompt screen ?

Hi, I am using Crystal Report XI with JRC.I have come across a couple of issues. My report accepts 2 parameters from the user. One is a date field and the other is the 'Period'. I have succesfully modified the crystalreportviewer javascript so that the calender returns the date in the required format i.e. mm-dd-yyyy. But in this case the date parameter is not accepted though no error is displayed on the console. I have tried rechanging the format into Date(yyyy,mm,dd) before the prompt form is submitted but even this didnot help. What can I do to overcome this problem? From the looks of it, the default parameter prompt screen isn't really fitting your requirements. You have a number of requests for modification.In your case I think the best thing to do would be to create your own parameter prompt screen. You can use the SDK to create a page that works for all reports by inspecting the reports parameters before you set the values.This would allow you the flexibility of easily meeting your customers requirements.Point 1 - I'm not sure.Point 2 - There isn't much access to change the prompt screen.Point 3 - I'm not sure why you would want to change the formatting of the Date when you are already using a calendar object to get it. It sounds like you might have a small mistake in the way you edited the javascript.I really think you are probably better off creating your own prompt screen. Selection screen modification based on various buttons in selection screen

I have 1 query related with Selection screen modification.
In my Report Program,I have created GUI Status for my selection screen
Now 2 buttons in application toolbar are coming on selection sceen.
For this i used,'At selection screen output' event.
And there are 2 blocks on selection screen.
If user press button1 then block2 should not display.
and if user press button2 then block1 should not display.
but the problem is i m not getting reqd result and also while doing debugging its not showing me sy-ucomm value.
Any pointers on this.

One solution is to enhance infotype and add some Z field,but i would like to use the existing structure field.
Please let me know proper way for this.

Hide "Administratior" in IT 0001 through screen modification

Hi Gurus,
I have requirement where client wast us to hide Administrator section which have three administrators field from IT 0001. Please help me to understand that is it possible through screen modification.

FIrst go to the IT001 screen... go to SYSTEMS -
STATUS and get the program name and screen number
then on
Go to SPRO..
Personnel Management > Personnel Administration > Customizing User Interface > Change Screen Modification >
Select the program name and screen number which you got from IT0001
then click on magnification screen and select the Hide radio button for ADMINISTRATOR field.

This is the selection screen code where for sales document i have assiged Modif id GP5 for Item Modif id GP6. so when i check radio button p_sh ( header ) then sales document ( p_vbeln) shoudl be active for input .
if i check p_si (item) then both saleds document (p_vbeln) and p_posnr both have different group names i.e GP5 & GP6 should be active. i.e screen-inpu = 1.

How to display the selection screen fields for selected checkboxes

Hi all,
         I have 7 checkboxes, for each check box we have some seletion screen fields.if i select first check box,i want to display first slection screen fields only.
and if we select more than one check box how to display the selection screen fields for selected check boxes,please help me this
