Its depends up on the Business User (End User) requirement , some of the standard queries will match the Business User requirement , if those standard reports will not match then we will go for Customization of Queries.

VL06O Outbound Deliveries report Not Displaying Reversals

Hi Experts,
Can somebody help me to advise if its a standard behavior of SAP or a design flaw , that in Tcode Vl06O reversed deliveries are not being displayed in the report.
If a delivery is reversed in a subsequent month to the original delivery, the delivery disappears from report
For Example, say we created Order & delivered last Nov , checking the report then it would be correct
But when the same delivery is reversal in the following Month , instead of a negative despatch being displayed in Nov, the report actually deletes the Delivery When we check again the Nov report.
Please advise.

As I understand your problem is that SAP doesn't display the reversed delivery in VL06O.
I tested:
1. Delivery created and GI posted in 12/2008
2. GI reversed in 01/2009 (VL09)
3. VL06O > "List Outbound Deliveries" > I can see the delivery, no prolem.
VL06O delivery report is not the same as MB51 goods movement report. It doesn't report goods movement it is a report about deliveries. It doesn't matter what has happened to the delivery, it will display the delivery only in one line (once) - even though GI has been posted hundred times and reversed hundred times.
Or is your problem that SAP doesn't display the delivery in this report at all? My experience is not that, the mentioned delivery was in the report.
If the delivery is not in your report, please check:
1. Filter criteria in VL06O > "List OD" report
2. Please also check in VL03N whether the delivery exists at all (maybe someone deleted it - in this case no wonder if you don't get it in the report)

No deliveries report

I need to design a SD report where I need track customers to whom no deliveries where made in a particular time frame.
Can I create a restricted key figure based on the delivery completed flag? Any suggestions.

Yes..it seems possible..may be you can put a global filter in the report so that the report shows only undelivered documents...then put the customer in the rows of the report and create a structure in the column and put the time variable...may be calmonth...there...this will give you all the customers for that period for which there are no deliveries...
But this all depends upon if you have such indicator in the cube...if it is there then you can create an RKF as well and use it in the same way as I told above.
Both the solution should work.

How to Sales Reports in CRM system

Dear all,
we have CRM and ECC system which are up and running.
and also we have BW server connected to both systems. We want to see some reports like quotations report, sales orders report, deliveries report,etc... which are exclusively available in ECC system.
Could any one of you explain me how to activate BW Infocubes and how to see Sd reports in CRM system with the help of BW system.

Adding field in the standard report

Hi ,
i have added the one field in the standard transaction VL06 , in the outboud deliveries report according to the Note 605460. I have to add the field in LIPOV structure.
after adding that field(include structure), in output i am not getting that added field.
please help me .

Hi Ajay,
I have the same problem. I have added the field in the field catalog and the field in the final internal table also.
But sometimes its displayed and sometime not.
Looking forward for some help here.

Can OBIEE deliver reports to email addresses of non-OBIEE users?

We are considering using OBIEE, but one of our requirements is to be able to schedule and deliver basic reports (Excel or PDF perhaps) via email to a relatively large number of recipients.
When I say "relatively large number" - what I mean is: more recipients than we want to buy licenses for. These recipients would not need or be allowed access to anything other than the scheduled report that we send to them on a weekly or monthly basis, so it makes no sense for us to buy licenses for them.
But from what I can find so far, OBIEE only delivers reports to licensed users.
Is there in fact some way to schedule and email reports to any (non-user) email address from within OBIEE?
Or would I need a separate third party solution to accomplish this? (Any suggestions would be appreciated!)

If you store the ppl in a table (basically any datasource you attack with the rpd), you create a request pulling up all the targeted user, then in the "Recipients" tab of the iBot, you can choose
"Determine recipients from conditional request"
Then you specify the "Column Containing Recipients".

Customer fields in Delivery Monitor

We we would like to add our own customer fields to the delivery monitor (VL06), specifically to the selection screen of the List Outbound Deliveries report. Is there any way of doing this without copying and modifying the standard report?.

Refer to the SAP note 128150, your customer fields will need to be added to the structure LIPOV, along with enhancing V50Q0001.

Yellow status to green.

Dear Gurus,

Summary
Symptom
If an open Advanced Planning and Optimization (APO) planning request is not posted after a long time, then its data will never be available for reporting as the threshold of 50,000 data records ( required to close the request) will never be achieved.
This correction delivers report RSSM_CLOSE_PERIODIC_APOREQUEST, which periodically closes the open planning requests if they have not been updated after X number of hours.
You can enter the period for X number of hours when you start the report.
Periodically schedule this report every hour.

Joing of EKKO, EKPO, EKET and EKBE

Hi Gurus,
We want to achieve two reports with the same query. the first report is the requirement to compare the persons who created the PO and the person who received the PO (migo material doc) were same or not? To achieve this we joined tables EKKO, EKBE and EKPO in the order same order. The report started giving out only those results where EKKO - ERNAM was equal to EKBE - ERNAM. This is fine. But now we have a new requirement to create a late PO deliveries report. The users want the actual dates when the receipts were received (mat doc receipts). Because ME2N, ME2M and ME2L only give whether they are late or not but they dont give by how many days they are late. anyways to achive the late deliveries report, i joined EKET table to the as the fourth table to the already existing previous three tables. But beucase of the EKKO -ERNAM = EKBE - ERNAM criteria we are getting the resutls onyly when they match. What needs to be doen so that the both the reports can be achived from this same infoset.

Hi,
If the qns is just how to de-link the join, then select the join in table join view & click on delete join. But if the qns is then how to link these 2 tables, just link them based on document number. Then you will have to add few lines of abap.
But as i said it would be very simple to achieve this in a Z report than a infoset query, as it is more flexible. You will have to build in a OR condition, which says display the record if the name of creator & the person who posted the GR is same OR display the record if it meets your other criteria.
So i would strongly suggest go for a Z report & discuss with your abaper.

First of all we cant convert using either one document to another document. Instead of that we have to create both documents in different time. You can understand by reading the following definitions:
Technical Specification:
Here we will mention all the BW objects (info objects, data sources, info sources and info providers). Then we are going to say the data flow and behaviour of the data load (either delta or full) also we can tell the duration of the cube activation or creation. Pure BW technical things are available in this document. This is not for End users document.
Functional Specification:
Here we will describe the business requirements. That means here we are going to say which are all business we are implementing like SD, MM and FI etc., then we are going to tell the KPI and deliverable reports detail to the users. This document is going to mingle with both Function Consultants and Business Users. This document is applicable for end users also.
2. any toughest scenario in implementation proj?
That is depending on the implementing procedure. For example you are going to implement the project with full of customizing objects even data source also then that will be tough compare with activate the business content.
If your implementation is based on only activation of the business content, then there will not be taking more risks. Only thing we have to take care of the enhancements. For this you have lot of best practices are there.

Updating Datasource in CR Server

Hi, my organization delivers reports in two ways. We use CR Server and our ERP has a built in report viewer where users can run reports on demand. These two systems use two different connections types to the same database.
We are upgrading to a new version of our ERP and with that comes a new database. My question is twofold.
In terms of the reports on CR Server is there a way to update the datasource on all of the reports without having to update them individually? I have tried using the Schedule Manager but my test report fails to run after changing the datasource.
Second, Is it possible to update the datasource of reports sitting in a folder (not in CR Server) in bulk without having to open each one up and updating it manually?

Try with below steps.
!) Go to the Crystal Reports Job Server >> Destination >> Host.
2) Use the IP address instead of SMTP server name and click on Save & Close button.
3) Repeat the same steps (1-2) for Destination Job Server.
4) Restart the Crystal Reports Job Server and Destination Job Server.

Credit Mgt error

There is difference in the amount of FBL5N and that of FD33 for few customers.
I executed the program RVKRED07 but there is no change in the status.
I executed prog RFDKLI20 and the details in FD33 got updated. Kindly let me know if running prog RFDKLI20 would create any inconsistencies in the data or is it safe to execute it in production

Hi,
RFDKLI20 (T-code F.28) is recreating all credit relevant items (FI / SD) for a given customer / credit control area. It does not create incosistencies but it may be oversized.
Check SAPNET note 666587 which delivers report Z_CREDIT_VALUE_COMPARE. Zhsi can be used for a daily/weekly check regarding credit values and if there are some mismatches use RVKRED77 report to recreate the credit-info for the given customers.
