SD Pricing condition tables.

Hi,
I have 3 SD pricing condition tables in ECC that starts with name Axxx. I need to extract the data from these 3 tables thru a generic extractor. Anybody has an idea on how to get the delta from these tables? Any help would be highly appreciated.

Hi,
Generic delta can be obtained based of the key field you give in generic delta tab.
Note make sure that you need to create a view by joining the relevent tables which contains 3 pricing conditions.
based on that you can give the key field name for delta etraction. the system will automatically gets the delta.

Hi Friends
I have a requirement to create a Pricing condition table with Customized field starts with 'Z' and
Field length should be more than 80.
After creating New Customized Field, system is not allowing to create Pricing Condition table and giving error 'Too Many fields selected (larger than 100 bytes)'.
Could you please advice how to over come this error and Maximum field to create Pricing condition table .

Hi there,
Table & table attributes are defined by the ABAPers. Not by finctional consultants.
You need to have an access key to define new tables & access sequence.
Check with your ABAPer. He will be able to help you with that.

SAP Pricing Condition Tables

Hello All,
Kindly look at this situation and recommend a possible Solution.
There is a SAP Standard Table XXX with combination Sales Org/ Dist Chan/Division/ Material and the description as Sales Org/ Dist Chan/Division/Material.. With Validity Period Checked and Release Status Unchecked.
I want to have a Pricing Condition Table as Sales Org/ Dist Channel/Division/ Material but with description Division/material. with Validity Periods Checked and Release Status Unchecked. When i try to do this i am getting a message " This table combination Already exiits", and i am unable to create further. Is there a way to create the Said table without this error.
Kindly Suggest a possible Solution. Your help will be highly appreciated.

Hi Sai,
the message you are getting is not an error but just a warning message indicating the same combination of fields with which you are trying to create a table is already existing. And the descriptions of the fields are copied as it is as per their field names when you create a condition table.
Practically, the condition records that you can store against the available condition table and the one you are trying to create if at all with a new description is absolutely same. so there is no reason why you should create a condition table with the same combination again. However pl clarify if i could answer your query.

Pricing condition table and condition type question

hi guys,
We can use same condition table in pricing for multiple condition types.I am wondering how system knows which condition records should be applicable for which condition type in the same table.
I know the structure KOMV has those details,but thats used during the run time.
Do we have database table which preserve this relation /link ? Please help.
I also would like to know the tables / fields /structures which can be used at run time for defining requirements in pricing procedures.

Hi,
Condition types are assigned with access sequences.
These are the determining sequences in order to select which condition table is to be selected for that particular scenario.
Generally the access sequences are tested to the condition records on their priority basis.
pricing procedure
condition type
access sequence
condition table
selection records.

Get KNUMV from sales order i.e. VBAK
Then from KONV table, put the condition type in KSCHL and then KNUMV that was fetch from VBAk
Put KPOSN ie the item no from sales order i.e. VBAP
get the price from field KBETR

1) From sale order header table VBAK fetch the condition number KNUMV for a particular sale order VBELN.
2) From conditions table KONV fetch the conditions for condition number KNUMV with item number POSNR as 000000.
This way you can fetch the header conditions. Our ABAPers normally do a loop on the line items and total up the values to arrive at the header condition value. If you use this way then you need to pass another field condition origin KHERK with value D while fetching data from KONV.

I did initial download for objects "DNL_CUST_CND" , "DNL_CUST_PRC".
how can i transfer the condition table.

Hi,
You have to create the new Adapter Object in R3AC5 for the newly created conditional table 627.
Take the standard adapter like DNL_COND_A011.
create the new Z adapter like ZDNL_COND_A627.
In the table/structure tab replace the A011 by A627 and do remaining settings as it is.
now u can carry out the inital download.
i think this will solve your problem.

Vendor field not updated in CRM pricing condition table

We have maintained condition table with Material and Vendor fields in ECC and table is active
After replicating this table from ECC to CRM, vendor field not updated in table and it is inactive.
There is any mapping settings required to update vendor field in CRM table from ECC.
Please help me out to solve this issue

hi, the data field of vendor is a standard one or custimizing one?
I remeber there is a data mapping setting in CRM, for condition field. If you want to mapping a ERP standard field to a CRM custmizing one, you need to setting your rule in it. Maybe you can find it in SM30 view.

Which is the number you have given for your table?
The best way is to search for the table which is having most of these fields and copy that table to a new table. When you create table give a table number after 900 and copy from another table. After this you can add/delete the fields and generate the table.

Changing the pricing condition table

Hi Gurus,
As there is a shortage free tables I want to change the existing condtion table and to add new field to fulfill the requirement.Currently we have the table sales area/PH1-PH6 and I need to change it to sales area/PH1-PH6/material group2.While i am trying to change in V/04 system is not allowing and its showing the following messages "Carry out repairs in non-original system only if they are urgen" andt "function code not allowed". Please let me know how to change the existing condition table.

Vilidity Dates different between KONH and A004 Pricing Conditions Tables

During the price increase project we loaded new prices for each material via a load program that imitates VK11. That created a new condition record for each material with new validity dates, the previous one expired and the new condition record for a particular material is now current with an updated pricing. A004 (pool table) displays the right dates as well as VK13, all prices get calculated properly during the sales order, but the transparent database table KONH (condition record header, which I thought would have the same dates as A004) displays incorrect dates and has both records overlap and valid.
Where does A004 pool its dates from and why are they not the same as KONH? I just have some reports that pull from KONH which are now not valid and since A004 is a pool table I can't see it outside of SAP environment, SQL for example.

A004 is table for the condition records (sort of a master) but KONH is a table for the conditions of the particular documents. Do you understand the difference?
If there were already some documents created before the pricing change, they are not going to pick up the new condition records. You will need to update pricing on all those documents (Update button in Conditions screen, there also might be some mass transaction or report).
When a document is created, the system looks for the condition records for certain date. Whatever is valid at that time will be stored on the document. The same is true for any other functionality that is based on the condition records, e.g. output. If you update condition records (e.g. VK12), this change never has any retroactive effect on the existing records.

Error while creating a pricing condition record.

I am trying to use the Material Group 1 (MVGR1) field from the field catalog to create a pricing condition table(9 series). I was able to create the table with MVGR1 as one of the columns but when I try to maintain condition records in the table, System gives me the following error. I have maintained certain values in the config for material group1. there is neither F4 values for the field Material group nor I can type in config values of MVGR1 in that field. I am getting this error. Any help on how to get past this issue will be highly appreciated.

Procedure
Check the entry and make the necessary corrections. Note any relationships between the individual fields. Entries in other fields may also be incorrect.
Example: There are two fields for maintaining the country and region. These fields are linked. The country chosen would be permitted if it were by itself. So would the region. But the region may not be in the the country chosen. In this case, an error message is issued. The country should then be corrected, not the region!

Return item (RETPO) as a key field in condition table

Hi,
I would like to know how we can utilize return item indicator as one of the key fields in the PO pricing condition table.
[Requirement]
Condition record
Use Retrun item as a key
e.g.) Table A999: POrg | Vendor | Return item | condition rate
#1: 1000 | M123456789 |blank | 3%
PO pricing
If the PO item is NOT marked as return, #1 should be applied to that item.
If the PO item is marked as return, no condition record should be determined.
[Question]
Though I've configured as above, return item indicator seems to be ignored.
When I tick the initial indicator in access sequence, the condition rate is always applied to the PO item for both with and without return item indicator.
When I tick-off the initial indicator in access sequence, the condition rate is not applied to the PO item for both with and without return item indicator.
Why does it happen?
Is it possible to apply the condition record only to the PO without return item?
I'd like to know how to make it effective in the condition table, RETPO=blank.
As long as searched, I couldn't find any similar question.

I believe I'm right to creating the condition table.
But I think something wrrong in access sequence...
Though I do as your instruction, creating the condition record in MEK1 only for blank one, the record is applied to those with X when creating PO.
If you have another clue on my question, it would be much appreciated.

LSMW Pricing Condition changes

Hi,
I need to create a LSMW to change pricing condiitons in condition type PR00 for access sequence table 006 (Price List Type/Currency/Material). I did the following:
1. Defined Object attributes Standard/Batch Direct Input 0070 (Condition record) Program Name RV14BTCI and Program type B (Batch). Method is 000.
2. Where do I define that the new records have to go into this table 006? Will it be in the source structures? Source fields? Can anyone explain me step by step how this will work? And what will be the subsequent steps? The documentation I have on LSMW isn't much help unfortunately and is very generic. I need specific solution/steps to this pricing condition table. Any guidance on it?
