SDE_ORA_CodeDimension_Flex_KFF_DFF_Load

Has anyone experienced this problem?
apps 7.9.6.2 off HRMS 12.1.1
Informatica 8.6.1 hotfix 11
dac patch 10052370
running the SDE_ORA_CodeDimension_Flex_JobFunction
SELECT 'CODE', 'DESCRIPTION', 'CODE_ID', 'CATEGORY' FROM DUAL UNION SELECT LOOKUP_CODE,MEANING , '1013241', 'JOB_FUNCTION' FROM HR_LOOKUPS where lookup_type = 'ZA_EE_FUNCTION_TYPE' and application_id = '800' order by to_number(LOOKUP_CODE)
Oracle Fatal Error
Database driver error...
ORA-01785: ORDER BY item must be the number of a SELECT-list expression
Seems like the SQ FND LOOKUP VALUES has SELECT 'CODE', 'DESCRIPTION', 'CODE_ID', 'CATEGORY' FROM DUAL $$FLEX_VALUE_SET_CODE
and if i alias 'CODE' as LOOKUP_CODE the sql works.
Looks a bit buggy to me, if anyone has any input I am listening..
An Update to this post..
Oracle Support thinks this may be due a patch required on the Target DB, will update it if succesfull

Update to this post, in case anyone is facing it:
Oracle logged a bug BUG 11779796 for this problem.
Work around was:
Change mapping SDE_ORA_Flx_Value_Set_SqlTmpLoad to remove the order by at the end of the sql statement, save and validate mapping
Check out session task
validate and save
Run ETL > task completes
