Security Access Violation while using AudioClip

'Sounds[6]= Applet.newAudioClip(new URL("file:audio/itemsprout.wav"));'
When I try and run the applet on a browser, I get a access violation error. I'm pretty sure it's the URL part, but how do I bypass it? Or go around it?
Thanks in advance,
Adrian Kwok

Argh.. But it doesn't convert mid files.. >_<its not supprted with Applet.AudioClip either so don't worry 'bout d'at -
though if you wish to venture into the javax.sound.sampled API (never used it - but I do know its there) midi is supported

  • 'SNMP Security access violation' from Leopard

    Hi all,
We're noticing on Leopard (not Tiger) that when a user tries to add a printer and lets the "Default" printer type browse the network, our switches log the following error +"SNMP Security access violation from <IP adress>+".
This is going to be a security problem for us when we implement a new system that uses SNMP.
This didn't occur in Tiger, and even happens if we disable Boujour and SNMP on the Leopard clients.
Can anyone please advise what is happening and how I might be able to stop these SNMP traps being sent when browsing for a printer??
    Thanks in advance.

  • Access Violation while initialising WEBUTIL on Ora9iDS

    Hello,
as part of an urgent evaluation I installed WEBUTIL as described in the documentation, did the additional steps described in the readme and added WEBUTIL as described to an existing form. Now the form raises an access violation error while executing trigger WHEN-CUSTOM-ITEM-EVENT on item WEBUTIL.WEBUTIL_FILETRANSFER_FUNCTIONS exactly when calling procedure WEBUTIL_CORE.CustomEventHandler while registering the beans.
Did anybody experience the like? Any guess what's going wrong or what could help?
The crash is documented in the log as follows:

    I run Ora9iDS on a Windows2000 system.
Thanks to anybody who tries to help.

    Hello, Grant,
the crash occurs before I try to do anything vital. There is some init stuff in the form (initialising items, global variables etc.), query execution for initial displaying of database entries and a sychronize statement. After that the triggers in the WEBUTIL section fire, as I understand to initialise the beans (registering). As part of this registering the crash occurs - before I call any of the WEBUTIL functionality from my own code.

  • Forms6i rel2 Access Violation while connecting

    I just installed Forms6i rel2 (6.0.8.11.3) on XP, but I can't connect to the database (9.2.0.1.0 on W2000): Access Violation in ORA805.DLL.
Since the install, Toad can't connect either (same error).
My sql*plus and Designer (9i), installed in another Oracle Home, still work.
Changing the primary Oracle Home to either one doesn't help.
Any ideas about what could be the cause of the problem?
Btw: upgrading to Forms 9i is no solution, because I need to create client/server forms.
    Theo

There's a bug on oracle 9i, Database character set AL32UTF8. Probably this is the problem. I've reinstall the database (9.2.0.1.0 on Linux), with standard character set(in my case 'WE8ISO8859P1'), and not AL32UTF8, and i finally can connect with Forms6i rel2, pffuuiii.
    To know if your are in this case, check your database character set, with the sql command;
    select * from nls_database_parameters where parameter='NLS_CHARACTERSET';
    regards, E.D.
    P.S:
    Oracle say:
The fix will be included in a future patchset to Forms 9i.
There will be no fix for Forms 6i.

Does anyone have a clue what is the cause of this error? For the first time I thought that there is a problem with the 64 bit environment, but if this would be the case the applets should not be working as administrator too. As non priviledged user the error occures on ANY java applet so I think there must be a general problem.
    Regards,
    Sebastian

I decided that even if I found the update, another could easily break it. I instead downloaded and installed the Early Access JRE ( 1.6.0_10-ea ) located at https://jdk6.dev.java.net/6uNea.html. It resolved the problem, and all other applications have tested okay with it. I figured I am at risk either way, so I might as well move forward knowing it will become more stable, than step back and create security holes in the OS.

  • Specifying Access Parameters while using oracle_datapump

    Hi All,
I am trying to create an external table using type " Oracle Datapump" (10g R2 database version). I am trying to specify certain access parameters so that the exported data file has specific delimiters in it. But it is giving me errors. Can someone help me please??
    The code is:
    DROP TABLE xx_write CASCADE CONSTRAINTS;
    CREATE TABLE xx_WRITE
    ORGANIZATION EXTERNAL
    ( TYPE oracle_datapump
    DEFAULT DIRECTORY TMPDIR
    ACCESS PARAMETERS
    (RECORDS DELIMITED BY NEWLINE
    BADFILE TMPDIR:'xx.bad'
         LOGFILE TMPDIR:'xx.log'
    FIELDS TERMINATED BY '~'
    OPTIONALLY ENCLOSED BY "'"
    MISSING FIELD VALUES ARE NULL
    LOCATION (TMPDIR:'xx.txt')
    AS
    SELECT ATTRIBUTE1 ,
    ATTRIBUTE2 ,
    ATTRIBUTE3 ,
    ATTRIBUTE4 ,
    ATTRIBUTE5 ,
    ATTRIBUTE6
    FROM xx_insert;
The errors I get are as below:
    ERROR at line 1:
ORA-29913: error in executing ODCIEXTTABLEOPEN callout
    ORA-29400: data cartridge error
KUP-00554: error encountered while parsing access parameters
KUP-01005: syntax error: found "identifier": expecting one of: "logfile,

KUP-01008: the bad identifier was: RECORDS
    KUP-01007: at line 1 column 1
    ORA-06512: at "SYS.ORACLE_DATAPUMP", line 19
    Thanks

    Hi,
I really appreciate your response. I am completely new to this feature in 10g, and am trying to see, if I can use this to suit what I have as a requirement.
I have reviewed the links provided, and I see only examples of "oracle loader" and details of the same.
My intent was to try to write the data from a table into a flat file using an external table approach, with specific delimiters.
I tried to do it, and see that the resulting data file is "xml" formatted. My question, is "Is it possible to export the same data into a data file (say tabb limited) with specific delimiters as we would do in the Oracle loader.
Hence I was trying to specify the "access parameters" in the same script. But I am getting the errors I mentioned.
    I tried the below:
    SQL> ed
    Wrote file afiedt.buf
    CREATE TABLE xx_WRITE
    ATTRIBUTE1 VARCHAR2(250 BYTE),
    ATTRIBUTE2 VARCHAR2(250 BYTE),
    ATTRIBUTE3 VARCHAR2(250 BYTE),
    ATTRIBUTE4 VARCHAR2(250 BYTE),
    ATTRIBUTE5 VARCHAR2(250 BYTE),
    ATTRIBUTE6 VARCHAR2(250 BYTE)
    ORGANIZATION EXTERNAL
    ( TYPE oracle_datapump
    DEFAULT DIRECTORY TMPDIR
    ACCESS PARAMETERS
    (RECORDS DELIMITED BY NEWLINE
    FIELDS TERMINATED BY '~'
    OPTIONALLY ENCLOSED BY "'"
    MISSING FIELD VALUES ARE NULL
    LOCATION (TMPDIR:'xx.txt')
    Table created.
But when I try to select from the table, it gives me error...
    ERROR at line 1:
ORA-29913: error in executing ODCIEXTTABLEOPEN callout
    ORA-29400: data cartridge error
KUP-00554: error encountered while parsing access parameters
KUP-01005: syntax error: found "identifier": expecting one of: "logfile,
    nologfile, version" etc..
KUP-01008: the bad identifier was: RECORDS
    KUP-01007: at line 1 column 1
    ORA-06512: at "SYS.ORACLE_DATAPUMP", line 19
So, it is my understanding that we can't export the data into a flat file of our requirement using "datapump", Is that correct? Can someone please confirm... ?
I know, I could use UTL_FILE.. But I would like to confirm "oracle datapump" limitations before I decided,
    Thank You.

Uncaught Exception: [Exception... "Access to XPConnect service denied" code:"1011" nsresult:"0x805303f3 (N5_ERROR_DOM_XPCONNECT_ACCESS_DENIED" location:"...some url..."]
Does any one has any idea?
Is it because of portal permisssion? or network security? or an application bug?

    Hi,
Is this a standard portal application?
Not all of the Portal features work so good in firefox.

  • Gertting error msg 'no access authorization'  while using FM FTP_CONNECT

    HI All,

Please let me know do we need to maintain the IP address of the FTP server in sap ?

  • File access problem while using BULK INSERT

I'm creating a script to automatically convert a large mess of data.  Here's a test query I was using to bring a file into the database:
    INSERT [ImportTestTable]
    SELECT a.*
    FROM
    OPENROWSET(
    BULK 'D:\TestFile.csv',
    FORMATFILE = 'D:\TestStyle.fmt',
    FIRSTROW = 2
    ) AS a;
    SELECT * FROM ImportTestTable
I've used queries like this on other networks and machines before, but when I run that query on the particular machine I'm working with now, I get the following error:
    Msg 4861, Level 16, State 1, Line 13
Cannot bulk load because the file "D:\TestFile.csv" could not be opened. Operating system error code 21
    (The device is not ready.).
Here's some relevant facts I can think of that might help:
I am running the query from SQL Server Management Studio on a remote machine running Windows 7 Ultimate.  I am connected to this server using SQL authentication.  I believe we are on the same domain / network.  I am not the DBA.  I do
have the permission "Administer Bulk Operations" explicitly granted to me by the DBA.  The user I am currently logged in as in windows is capable of opening, editing, and saving the file in windows explorer.  The format file is a NON-XML
    format file.
Any pointers as to where to look for more detailed information would be greatly appreciated!

I know this is a little old by now, but this is what I used just this week:
    bulk insert [dbo].[Test_Table]
    from 'C:\Documents and Settings\rshuell\Desktop\Test_File.txt'
    WITH (
    FIELDTERMINATOR=',',
    ROWTERMINATOR = '\n',
    KEEPNULLS,
    FIRSTROW=2
    That worked fine for me.
Of course, we Naomi stated, the file has to be ON THE SERVER.  Or, if you're using an FTP site, for instance, the path would have to point to the FTP site.
Knowledge is the only thing that I can give you, and still retain, and we are both better off for it.

  • Server JVM(1.4.2_11-b06 mixed mode) crashed suddenly by an Access violation

We are running a Servlet/JSP application on Tomcat5 (Windows service) and
    WindowsNT4 Workstation(SP6a).
JVM has crashed suddenly by an Access Violation while it was in its idle state,
    and it happened only once.
(No access log was left in Apache's access log at the time of the crach, so it
doesn't seem any Http access has triggered the crash.)
We are having a trouble finding causes and solution to this problem.
Could anyone please help us solve this problem? Thank you in advance.
Attatched below are our environment status, Dr.Watson log and JVM's last
GC log. (When JVM crashed, hs_err_pid<pid>.log was not generated.)
    [Apache's access log]
#JVM crashed at 11:45:22.501, while there's no Http access according to Apache's

    user4815182 ,
You should start a new thread. The thread you added to was posted in 2007.
Also, what I would recommend is that you go to http://java.sun.com/webapps/bugreport/crash.jsp and follow the steps there, adding flags etc, to help identify or even solve the issue you are seeing.
The initial post indicated that they are using 1.4.2, which is super old. Bugs are fixed in releases that have higher numbers. I recommend that you run, or at least try, to run with the latest 1.7 release. The downloads can be found here: http://www.oracle.com/technetwork/java/javase/downloads/index.html
If you you are convinced that you need 1.4.2, or there are other issues seen with 1.7, a more recent 1.4.2 release can be found in the archive. Please note that security vulnerabilities are fixed with each release. As 1.4.2 has reached the End of Public Releases, there has not been a new public release in a long time. Current 1.4.2 releases with vulnerabilities fixes can be obtained through a support contract http://www.oracle.com/us/technologies/java/standard-edition/support/overview/index.html.
That said, you can still access the Download Archive: http://www.oracle.com/technetwork/java/archive-139210.html .

    Hello,
We are having an issue running Diadem 8.1 on a new HP XW 9400 with Windows XP SP2. 3 errors have been occuring with frequent crashes, they are:
    1) "1Exception EAccessViolation in module ntdll.dll at 000111DE. Access violation at address 7C9111DE in module 'ntdll.dll". Read address 37363430.
    2) The instruction at "0x7c9111de" referenced memory at "0x352e302d". The memory could not be "read".
     3) ---Error---   DIAdem
Error in Autosequence - processing in line: 74 (IARV_VAR_GET)
Runtime Error while executing command "Iarv2Txt$ := FR(T9,L1)"
    Error type: ACCESS VIOLATION
    Error address: 000101DE
    Module name:ntdll.dll
We are using the same scripts and version 8.1 on a variety of Dell desktop computers (W2K and XP SP2) without any issue, looking for suggestions as this affects no other software on the HP XW 9400 other than DIAdem. Appreciate any suggestions.

    Christian,
I will answer your questions in the text below. Thanks for your help.
    Hi swillh,
I also would like to help you.
Unfortunately, The reported access violation in the central Windows ntdll.dll is very unspecific.
May be the following questions will help you to provide me more info.
    1. You mentioned that the aut's and - I think - also the accessed text file reside on a server.
Is there a stable network connection?
The server can sometimes be a little slow but the connection is good. This computer is using the same connection that the prior computer utilized without issue.
Are the files accessed by multiple clients simultaneously?
It is possible that more than one computer can be accessing the same file, but again, this has never been an issue. We are reading the files only, not writing to them.
The processing routines we are running have used for over 5 years without any issues until adding this computer.
Is the text file read by one client while another client is writing the same file?
    No, files are "read only"
    2. Have you already tested opening the file with the FileOpen command before calling FR?
    Yes
Do you see any chance to convert the aut to a vbs file? This gives you more alternatives in accessing text files.
    3. What do you mean with "processing ATD's with 30 or more channels of data"? Where is the relation between ATD files and data channels?
Processing Crash Dummy data with file sets low in channel count (15 channels) result in successful processing without any crashes or access errors.  When processing dummies with more than 20 channels we sometimes encounter these issues. The higher channel count may be the only common factor I can find in these faults.

    Hi All,
    Iam new to SAP FIORI.
Iam getting the below error while accessing the data using odata service.
"Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 404 (Not found)"
"No 'Access-Control-Allow-Origin' header is present on the requested resource. Origin "
i have tried all the solutions like changing the url pattern "proxy/htttp".
and disabled - security in chrome (Chrome is Updated version).
i tried with IE still got the same problem.
And installed all the required software in eclipse

let me know if any one have idea.
    Thanks in advance.

Sorry mate, but YOU have to know what you want here.
I gave you an easy to follow set of steps.
As you don't seam to mind the outcome, just might just use them...
    > I wanted to know weathe i can use the  loadercli for thie export import or not? if yes then is there any new steps to do before i do the export import?
    We had this discussion before...
    >
    > For that the easiest option would be just to drop the tables of SAPR3 and run the import again.
    >
    > For ease of use you could also just do:
    > - logon as superdba
    > - drop user SAPR3
    > - create user SAPR3 password SOMEPW not exclusive dba
    >
    > After these steps you can easily pump the data into the database again.
    >
    > So here in th above given steps , i am creating a new SAPR3 user and why it is not exclusive dba ?
    >  i already have that user SAPR3 can i use the same.
Yes, you do have the SAPR3 user.
But you don't seem to like to read documentation or learn about how the tools work or anything like that.
Therefore I gave you s simple way to reach your goal.
Of course it's possible to reuse the user.
But then you would have to deal with already existing tables, already existing data etc.
You don't seem to be able to do that. So, the easy steps might be better suited for your needs.

    Lars

  • ARM approval error after upgrading to SP14: Database error while using the secure store.

    Dear GRC experts,
After upgrading GRC 10 to SP14, assigning manual passwords during the approval of a request, the approval process is failing.
Here is the scenario; your advice will be appreciated.
Task: Manually assign passwords to multiple systems contained in the request
Where: On the access request, go to “User System Details” tab
Issue: After approving/submitting the request, the error “Database error while using the secure store” is generated
Logs: Nothing on transactions SLG1 or ST22; however ST11 shows the error attached below:
This is the failed approval of the request:
Other scenarios executed as a workaround, and passed the password assignment this time:
The approval will work if only one password is assigned to any of the given systems. The rest of the systems get an auto-generated
    password.
ARM also accepts multiple passwords when the requestor assigns passwords on the “User System Details” prior submitting a
request. The GRC admin can approve once reached for system approval.
AS FYI, “Confirm Password” is only required when creating the request but not on any other stage.
    System information:
      -Netweaver 7
      -GRCFND_A SP14
      -GRCPINW SP13
    Regards,
    Gustavo

SAP just delivered a note to fix this issue. The number is 2022294.

    Hi Swaroop,
It would be helpful to better understand what your code really does. The information that you called DIAdem from your enviroenment is not yet sufficient to understand what the problem might be.
