Segment space advisor recommendation not working

my database is 10.2.0.3
on solaris
I have table space size of 120Gb .i ran a segment space advisor throiugh grid control on that tablespace and it gave me the following recommendation

i implemented the recommendation assuming i might gain 2.8 GB of space in this tablespace and after implementing the tablespace size remains the same

i beleive the segment hasn't been shrinked.the space used has remained the same.dont know why.

I get this error every morning in alert log

I have checked all the possible tablespaces that might have been dropped and still referneced by segment space advisor using following queries :
1) Select distinct tablespace_name from dba_auto_segadv_ctl;
Select tablespace_name from dba_tablespaces;
2) Select segment_name from dba_auto_segadv_ctl minus select segment_name from dba_segments;
I get no such tablespace names. Please help me to know the reason to get this error and how to resolve it ?

When Firefox is open the zoom function (option/command/space bar) does not work in Adobe programs (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator)

When Firefox is open the zoom function (option/command/space bar) does not work in Adobe programs (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator). This happens only when Firefox is open and when I close it the zoom functions work fine again without having to restart the applications.
This is intermittent but happens quite frequently each day if Firefox is active.

When I use
firefox.exe -chrome about:permissions
I get a usable window, but zoom doesn't work as you noted.
How about using an intermediate page and window.open() for the target page? You can (mostly) restrict the chrome of windows opened that way, but it will leave behind the intermediate window...

Space-bar-is-not-working

I-just-took-the-bottom-three-rows-off-my-dirty-keyboard,-washed-the-keys-in-soap y-water,-and-cleaned-the-blank-rows-where-the-keys-were,-using-a-cotton-swab-and -soapy-water.-I-rinsed-the-keys-off-and-replaced-them.-All-of-the-keys-work-beau tifully-now,-except-the-space-bar.-It-does-not-work-at-all.-It-feels-all-right-t o-the-touch,-with-the-spring-motion-working-fine.-I-tried-restarting-my-computer ,-and-unplugging-and-replugging-the-keyboard-from-its-USB-port,-with-no-success. -I-also-switched-the-bar-around,-but-that-was-clearly-the-incorrect-position-for -the-bar.-I-also-took-the-bar-out-and-tried-poking-down-the-hole-with-a-pen-tip, -but-that-did-not-make-the-cursor-move-either.

I have an A1048 here w/ the spacebar off and it's identical to the A1044.
I have tried poking at the silicone activator with the end of a pen and with the end of a letter opener,
So if you feel that silicone dome go all the way down and bottom out and nothing happens then indeed some water must have gotten in there.
I thought I was being careful when cleaning the base board with a soapy cotton swab,

This was a beer spill as I remember. So see the part I call the "overlay mask" it's thin plastic over another thin plastic sheet that has those conductive traces painted on it. Liquid instantly wicks between the two sheets and takes forever to dry out.
It is possible to take the entire keyboard apart and repair the damaged trace w/ rear window heater paint but it's a massive pain. Every one of those keys has a tiny silicone dome underneath it and when you take it apart they go flying everywhere. I'm still finding them on the floor of my shop.
It might just dry out and start working after a few days. Otherwise new/ used keyboard.

Wireless keyboard n key is putting a space and my space bar does not work

My wireless key board keys are not working ... my n key adds a space my space bar is = and my delete is arrow left... no clear pattern to the incorrect key strokes. I have gone into language and text and keyboard and it does not help. I also rebooted and removed batteries

m, n, and space are only one bit apart in the code they generate. It sounds like it might be a hardware problem in the keyboard.

In Grid Control I created a Segment Advisor Task at the tablespace level and got the
recommendations to rebuild th indexes
Now When I select few objects to reorganise and try to implement..it waits for indefinite time period
and doesnt respond.Not sure whats the problem.

Spaces keyboard shortcut not working as expected

Hello,
I enabled the Control-# shortcut to switch directly to a space but it doesn't seem to be working correctly. The only space I can switch directly to is 1. If I press Control-2, 3, or 4, it will not switch. The only alternative is to press Control-1 and then 2,3, or 4 to switch spaces. I tried using the Option and Command keys as the shortcut key, but they both behave the same way. Does anyone know what the issue here is? Thanks for your help!

I'm a bit confused. My expectation was that if I pressed Control-4, Space 4 would pop up. On the same note, if I pressed Control-right arrow, I would move to whatever space was to the right of the current viewed space. Am I mistaken?
Interestingly, Control-arrow doesn't work either until I hit Control-1 to bring up the Spaces overlay.

Space bar zoom not working in Develop module

According to Lightroom help (using F1 button) it is possible to use the space bar to zoom in and out of an image, and as I recall this was possible in both Library and Develop modules in the Beta 4.1 version.
In v. 1.0 it only works in Library module. In Develop module the 'Z' character is the only way to do it (this also works in Library module). It annoys me, and I think it's a bug.
Also according to Lightroom help it is possible to press [Ctrl+ +/-] to select between zoom levels. I can only make [Ctrl+ -] work (zoom out)
Does anyone have these problems?
BTW, I use Windows XP Pro with service pack 2.

I still think it's a bit strange that space bar can be used in the Library module and not in the Develop module. Especially because space bar is unused in Develop module.
Ok, I can live with the 'Z' key for zooming, it just seems a bit strange changing it.
Otherwise I'm very happy with Lightroom. It fit my needs very well.

Space bar is not working correctly

Especially when I tap at the extreme left or right. Space does not always happen. No nothing has been spilled on the keyboard. Any ideas? Anybody have similar problem?

Order Recommendations not working until run MRP Wizard?

Hi,
I have created a scenario using the MRP wizard. However, I find that after a new sales order is created, the items do not appear in the "order recommendations" until I re-run the mrp wizard through the scenario that I had already saved.
Is this normal?
Also, in order recommendations screen to create the purchase orders, it shows me all the items with a "create" tick box next to them. Each day we order hundreds of products and the issue for us here is
1. The items are not grouped by supplier
2. There is no select all box
Is it possible to get the items grouped? Ideally would be Supplier which would drill down to the items.

Mark/Space and Curve not Working

I am 1 month into my Curve. I purchased Mark/space for its "seamless Sync" with MAC. I have spent hours on this and am still not having any luck. I was able to successfully Sync devices initially, however these devices no longer sync successfully. A very long error shows up on my Macbook, and I have sent in a tech support ticket. I would appreciate any assistance from experienced users. I am running Leopard Version 10.5.6.

Segment wise splitting is not working- moving to dump

Hi Friends,
When posting to cash payments. I have activated New GL concept(Doc splitting segment wise).
The following systax error occured in the program SAPLFAGL_segment "Field "COPABBSEG_GLX" is unknown. it is neither in one of the specifile.
Doc splitting prpfot center wise working, same way configured as Segment wise splitting.
