Selection screen - see 1 hit in result list

Hi all,
I have this problem:
I want that selection programs like IW28 or IE05 show me result list EVEN if only 1 record is found.
Default is that if one record is found, system takes me directly into detail (notification or equi) instead of showing it in result list.
What are possible solutions?
Using SAP GUI 6.40, ERP 4.6C.

my problem is when i change the option in the list box, the particular modify group ie, the screen is getting changed only after i press enter, So please suggest me how i can change the screen without pressing enter.

without using VRM_SET_VALUES...you just create one data element by going se11....create one domain for it...now give the values in the "value range" tab....and at the time of declaration just write ..
PARAMETERS var1 TYPE <your created data element>
                    AS LISTBOX VISIBLE LENGTH 20
                    USER-COMMAND onli
                    DEFAULT <one value>.
You will get the same effect as list box....and make it mandatory..

i have a selection screen on which there are two list boxes of which one should accept matnr, as soon as matnr is selected the werks in the other list box should be displayed for that matnr....

Add new fields to selection screen for standard billing dule list in CRM

Hi ,
I have one issue with standard program ,tcode is /BEA/IPMI01.
SUB: Adding few new fields like IP to selection screen AND few fields to output list.
As this is a standard program (tcode: /bea/ipmi01) , i searched for BADI,EXITS but couldn't .
Can any one help me how to handle this with out cloning the standard one.
I got some information but succeed.
in SPRO.

/CRMB/OBJECT/DL/REPORT/SELECTION GROPS/DLA/SELECTION FEIDLS.
we can find selecton at this place but i couldnot find how to add new fieds.
Note: i found whatever we do , it willl reflect once we regenerated the program.

You may be able to create an append structure to the standard output structure/table. Go to SE11, open the structure and click on append structure.

1) I have a screen where the user send in information in
   X fields.
2) The content is shown as an ALV list.
3) Table will be updated.
4) Return to first screen where screen-output has been
   set to zero.
5) <b>HOW DO I CLEAR THE REAL CONTENT OF THEESE FIELDS?
   WHERE CAN I SEE THE CONTENT?</b> When I debug they are ' '.

Dynamic text in selection screen

Hi all,
I have one requirement in selection screen. I have a parameter and one pushbutton in selection screen .
To the right side of the parameter, i need to display the text based on some manipulation in a internal in the program.
If I click on the pushbutton in selection screen , manipulations will be done in the program in a internal table. if the result is ok i need to display the text in the right side of the parameter otherwise no need to display.
How can I achieve this.

So when pressed on button, that code will do some process and the result will be displayed.

With the events for the field and input help, no data is transported between the selection screen and the ABAP program. As with general screens, suitable function modules must be used for these. The parameters and selection criteria changed for the input help are transported to the selection screen.

Selection Screen skipped in RSRT/BEX

We have upgraded our systems to BI7. In the upgrade checkouts - we are facing this issue -
While running a query through RSRT or BEX, the selection screen is skipped and the results in an error saying.. 'Variables contain invalid..' However it runs fine through Web.
Am I missing something? Your inputs will be highly appreciated.

Same Problem was faced by me. It was faced after i installed Internet Explorer 7.0
And as soon i uninstalled it and reverted back to old version of IE it started working fine. Selection screen started appearing

put a break point at IF sscrfields-ucomm = 'FETCH'. and check whether at selection screen event is triggered or not. and check the ucomm value .

FBL3N selection screen Problem

Hi can anyone help me pls .
After displaying my Report list i am swith over from my list to Predefined Tr FBL3N(by at line selection) so after that my data will display in default layout.
so by change layout option i added Trading Partner field to my list and after by Filter Criteria i filtered By Trading Partner so after that it is displaying some selection screen for Trading Partner and displayes that corresponding Trading Partner data only.
so my requirement is how we can pass that Trading Partner field for that selection screen while i swithes from my list to FBL3N.

I have developed an ALV report . The users will create many layouts and save it. The requirement is that:
In the selection screen , they need to get the list of saved layouts and select one from that so that they need not have to select layout after running the report.
That means .. they want to select the layout before running the report.

I have a problem. In my riport I have a selection screen (1000), a main screen (2000), and a screen (400) this is called inside a loop, to fill some datas when you hit the print button.

So my question is, that the above logic, when I running the program first time It's working good, at the START-OF-SELECTION, but when I trying to runnig from the SELECTION-SCREEN "second time", from the   START-OF-SELECTION it's jumping to the CALL SELECTION-SCREEN '1000'. How can I avoid this. I want that from the START-OF-SELECTION, never go to the CALL SELECTION-SCREEN '1000'.

Yeah, I was thinking the same, that the problem is with that loop.
But I don't know, how can I solved in a different way, because when we hit the print button, we getting all the items from a table, and we starting looping on them. In the loop we passing the values to a GT_ITEM table, later this table is connected with an excell, so it will be printed out in an excell form.
So I have to call this screen so many times, how many items we have. Sometimes just 1, sometimes 4, 6, 9, and so on.
For this items I have to add 2 more fields, wich are uploaded by the user. ( The other fields are coming from the table)
So if I going out from the loop after the CALL SCREEN 400, I think the next item wont be get the values. Or maybe any of them, because this is before the APPEND GT_ITEM. So this methode wont be called, no data would be in the table, nothing will be printed.
