Send Fault message from SAP XI

I have scenario: get async file from FTP. Starting BPM. From BPM I send message to SOAP service(sync). Where I recieve Fault Message. In BPM I have exception handler.
Could any body tell how send parced Fault message to FTP.
As I understand we need mapping somthing like "Fault message type" to "Inbound message type"

Hi Anton,
Its not possible to catch the data of fault message in BPM with the standard design.Since you can't make an abstract interface of the fault message.
The option available is to parse the XML in the fault message mapping and do a call using UDF's (RFC, SOAP, JDBC calls are supported).

Hi all,
This is a bit of a strange one but I have the situation where we send two idocs at the same time from a SAP ECC system to PI. The first idoc is processed but the second one just dissapears. Things I have checked:
SMQ1/SMQ2 on both systems - nothing there
Runtime workbench - the successful one is there but no failed messages
Sending two messages from another ECC system - we do get both messages - but this is a different interface (however the one with the problem is just a copy of the one which works)
Any ideas what this could be or what else I should be checking?

Thanks for your quick reply. I have checked idx5 and there is only one message/TID from the sending system.
The other ECC system is owned by a different department so I will ask them to run SM58 to see if anything is stuck in there as well

Propagate fault message from ABAP server proxy to XI

My scenario is asynch HTTP -> async ABAP server proxy.
I have searched a forum but I didn't find the ansver on my question:
Is it possible to propagate a fault message from SAP system to XI in case of asyncronous ABAP Proxy in order to see in SXMB_MONI of XI?
I see errors only on SAP side but this solution doesn't satisfied me I want to see all errors in one place.

I am doing webservice to proxy scenario, we want to send the message from front end to XI, front end is java application. can any one please guide me the steps need to done for front end to XI.
1) we wrote a webservice
2) i have created data type message type and message interface in IR
3) i have created sender soap adapter with interface name and namespace.
4) i have generated webservice in ID
but how can we send the message from front end to XI sender soap adapter.

How to post message from SAP to solution manager

Dear Friends,
We have configured solution manager service desk and the users were able to send messages so that we can view it in solman ITSM.
Now we want to bifurcate the messages from different people, hence we woule like to use of Problems in incident management of solman.
How a end user can create a message so that it comes and fall in problems folder of incident management,
Normally create support message from SAP will make the message to be visible in incidents of solman ITSM, but we want the message to fall in problems section of ITSM in solman.
Please help.

In 7.1 we do have dedicated services as Problem management, with the transaction type SMPR. you can create ZMPR and proceed similar to SMIN ( incident) in ITSM.

ErrorCode in fault message from Webservice

I have a sync scenario: R3 <> XI <> WS.
Sometime the request is wrong, then WS sends back fault message. All these fault messages are captured by system under cx_ai_system_fault exception, while I want to see the errorcode from the WS.
Is there any idea how to get this errorcode, or how to map the fault message (from WS) to any structure in R3?

I mapped it but it didn't work. Still returned cx_ai_system_fault exception. There is nothing in the custom exception structure.
Have you ever tried it successfully? Did you do mapping from fault message (WS) --> exception structure (R3)? What kind of mapping did you use? How do you define custom exception structure?

EDI IDOC OUTBOUND send Purchase Orders from sap to vendors

Hi Experts,
I am new to EDI IDOCS, but i got object on this. So my requirement is purchase orders are send to vendors from sap (OUTBOUND) through EDI-850 format. and also i have to add some more fields to standard idoc type ORDERS05, one more condition is if vendor type is not EDI, then the POs should send through fax, email, how can we solve this condition.
So plaese send some sample code on this object.

Hi ,
You can send the purchase order to the vendors using different outytpes configurations in NACE transaction .
If you define a particular output type where you need to give medium 6 and define partner functions within this you can also set condition which partner needs to recieve EDI output and which one FAX or email all this will be done by Functional expert.
For adding extra segments to your basic type ORDERS05 you need to extend the idoc you can do it via WE30 and WE31 .Link you message type to basic type and extension . Please follow below tcodes for further help . Create all the requested steps in the tcodes mentioned below.
we20:patner profile
we21:port
we30:idoc creation
we30:segment creation
we81:message type
we82:link message with idoc type.
we02:to status of idocs.
Now you need to write code for filling those extra segments you have added to you extension type. For that you need to check where your new segment is placed in Idoc structure . There will be a exit avaliable to attach your code to fill those segments .
Please go through previous SDN links to see more info.
One the settings are done in the NACE , issue output from PO transction and once your output is processed check your Idoc in WE02 to see if the segments are coming with the desired data.

Go to Settings/ Messaging/ Send & Receive on each device to set the contact points to be reached at, and to set the "from" address when you start a new message. It sounds like your iPhone might be sending messages out as one thing (e.g. an iCloud address) but set to not receive replies only to your phone number. Make sure you review settings on each device since you may, or may not, want to have them common.

If I have a codetable in database that has new or modified values I have to refresh the codetable in my J2EE application.
Most effective way would be send a message to initiate a table reload from J2EE app, but I don't know how to do this.

In this example, the messages are going to Oracle BAM.. your message could go to your J2EE application listening to its own topic/queue.
an alternative idea.
you could also just cache your lookup table with something like Oracle Coherence and than try to ensure that all changes to the lookup go through Coherence, so that you won't need to do notification from the db up to the application. the application and the lookup data management tool would be using the data grid for management of the lookup table data, and the data grid (coherence) would persist the lookup data changes back to the db.

You need to link your iPhone number to Messages - and Facetime if you use it. For Messages go to Settings>Messages>Send and Receive at>You can be reached by iMessage at. If your phone number is showing there, select it as your Contact address. If it doesn't appear in there, take a look at the end of this article for help.

HT4623 Unable to send text message from iphone 4 to a non-iphone.

I have just bought an Iphone 4 with ios 7.1.
And when i am trying to send text message from my phone to a non-iphone devices it just showing a green (text background & loading bar), but still after some time the message was not getting delivered.
As per the apple support. I have already put +91 for all my numbers even deleted & create new contacts.
But the problem is still there.
I have also tried to change the setting for iMessage (On/Off).
So, please suggest.
