Send filr attachment in email, send filr attachment in email

Dear,
i want ask, i need send email via iphone 5S IOS 7, and i need send email with attachment, and i need attachment some file, but i not looking menu for this,
could you help?
Thanks

iCal attachments are a little different.  You can construct and send a link within the body of an email that will then generate an iCal appointment for an outlook calendar.
However, the one caveat to this is that you MUST be using a SharePoint Calendar.  The trick doesn't work with a normal list that has a calendar view set up for it.  You'll need to use the link generated in the "Export Event" button and then append
an item ID onto the end of it.
This link can then be added to the body of an email.
A more verbal description of how to achieve this can be seen here

  • Email attachment name in sender mail adapter to the receiver file adapter

    HI ,
    Ths is regarding email to file scenario. I am trying to create file (in rceiver file adapter) with the same name as the email attachment that i read from mail sender adapter. I want ro use adapter module for this. I could find from blogs that there is module - GetAttachmentName - available that i can use for this in sender mail adapter.
    Can you please let me know what whetehr i neeed to mention any module key and parameters for this.
    I assume , i need to do following steps :Please confirm.
    1. i can use this module - after payload swap module and before standard mail adapter module in sender mail adapter
    2. select ASMA option in advanced tab in sender mail adapter
    3. In receiver file adapter select ASMA option in advanced tab in sender mail adapter
    4. Also select file name option in ASMA in sender mail adapter
    Thanks,
    Vamsi

    Hi Vamsi,
    your scenario is also described here: Re: sender mail adapter - attachment name
    If you use the Module getAttachmentName, which is described here,
    http://wiki.sdn.sap.com/wiki/display/XI/AdapterModulePI7.0GetAttachmentName
    your scenario should work as you described it.
    You just need to make sure that the Attachment Name that you read in the first place, is mapped to the Filename Attribute of the
    Fileadapter (http://sap.com/xi/XI/System/File/FileName).

    Daniel

  • Sender mail adapter - filter emails by attachment?

    Dear experts,
    I have a sender mail adapter that picks an XSL (EXCEL) attachment from an incoming email and converts it (with a custom adapter module) to XML.
    But now how can I make the adapter only process emails with XLS - attachments? In that Inbox I also have emails with HTML-attachments for example. And now my adapter also wants to process those messages.
    In my adapter module that makes XLS to XML I see an exception in RWB but the message still gets through to SXMB_MONI where it gets stuck with a red flag.
    Can I somehow tell the adapter to only process emails with XLS attachments?
    Or can I stop the processing in the adapter module that converts XLS to XML?
    Thank you for any input or ideas on this!
    Best regards,
    Peter
    PS: I am using this code to convert XLS to XML:

    Hello ChizzT,
    Thank you for your idea. I went with this one and it worked.

  • When sending email PO in a PDF attachment, the attachment can not be openen

    Hi all,
    We are trying to send an email with the PO in PDF format.  We got the email but the attachment can not be opened.
    Error reads: Adobe could not open test.pdf because  it is either  not a supported file type  or because  the file has been damaged (for example , it was send as a email attachemnet and was not  correctly decoded).
    Could any body bring some light?   We know that everything in SCOT is fine because we can email the PO through configuration to the vendor without problem. It is just these extra copies that do not work.

    Dear Monica,
      You need to configure the system with respect to functional point of view and need to write the following code in print program. i have done this and solution is as follows.
    <b>  Reward me for this solution.</b>
    Process 11 (MM)     Sending RFQs and POs to vendors directly from the system instead of sending thru Courier or Fax
    Existing Process (AS-IS)     Presently system is not supporting this requirement
    Business Requirements     RFQ’s to be linked with vendor master with e-mail to send enquiries directly through system instead of courier/fax. Vice versa P.O’s.  Specifications, drawings should also go to vendor along with mail.
    To-Be
    Configuration Settings:
    1) Spro – Materials management – Purchasing – Messages – Output control – Message types – Define message types for RFQ/ PO
    •     Created ZEK1,ZMI and ZEK2 for RFQs
    •     Created ZIK,ZOC,ZOK,ZOM,ZSI, ZSK2 and ZSM for Pos
    •     The above New output types Included with existing Print Forms and Programs but modified with External send(5) medium, and added company’s letter head thru ABAP developments (details provided below)
    •     The above new output types also maintained for Fine- tuned control (thru same navigation) for New(1) and Change(2) operations
          2) Spro – Materials management – Purchasing – Messages – Output control – Message   determination schemas – Define message schema for RFQ/ PO
    •     Maintained the new output types in the control data
    3)     Maintain Condition records for the New out put types (copied same document types from the existing old output types)
    Easy access – Logistics – Materials management – Purchasing – Master data – Messages – MN01 (for RFQs)/ MN04 (for Pos)
    4)     Maintain Email id of Vendor in Vendor master.
    Developments (ABAP):
    1)  Copied the existing print programs and forms of the corresponding out types.
    2) Addition of header window in each corresponding form (HEADER window). Uploaded the HEADER3 graphics in the header window.
    INCLUDE HEADER3 OBJECT GRAPHICS ID BCOL LANGUAGE EN

    I am not aware of a way except for photos that allows you to select multiple files in an email. I even checked settings in the Adobe Reader app, and it does not show that ability.

    This package I'm attaching allows to send Hebrew Language email + attaching files to it.
    This package is based on demo_mail package (combined here but you can search at google for more example information if needed).
    My Package is supplied as is , for any specific information regarding it , please contact me directly at : [email protected] or POST here.
    * Please also note , that this package allow file to be attach via URL (meaning you will have to define a link to this file, if you would like to implement a link to a local file , e.g : c:\temp\myfile , you will have to customize the package your self with database directories option etc ...)
    First I will attach an example of how to use it :
    ==================================
    begin

  • Issue to send email (using sp_send_dbmail) with an attachement located in other server within the same network

    I have two servers. One is for databases (DB) with the mail server configured and the other is for SSIS without mail server. Both servers are in the same network. On the SSIS server the SSIS package exports data from the DB server table
    to xls file. The file is saved in SSIS server. When I created a task to send the email (using sp_send_dbmail) to attach that file, I got the error message:
    Error: Executing the query "EXECUTE [msdb].[dbo].[sp_send_dbmail]
     @profile_na..." failed with the following error: "Attachment file H:\test.xls is invalid.".
    Any help will be appreciated. Thanks.
    A Fan of SSIS, SSRS and SSAS

    Where are you running this?
    If its in the other server (DB) you need to use UNC path to the SSIS server folder where file resides
    Also the executing account should have access to the folder as well as the file. So If you're running this from a job make sure you either provider folder and file access to sql agent job service account or create a separate proxy account with the required
    permissions and configure the job to use the account

    Hi Deepika,
    recently i struggled on this and i achieved success by doing as below
    remember to keep packlist as RAW type like below:

    do like this
    CALL FUNCTION 'SO_SOLITAB_TO_SOLIXTAB'

    ip_solitab = t_attachment[]
    IMPORTING
    EP_SOLIXTAB = xtext[].
    CALL FUNCTION 'SO_NEW_DOCUMENT_ATT_SEND_API1'

  • CRM ONLINE 2013: On Approval Of Quotation, Run Report, Generate PDF and Send an Email With PDF as attachment

    Hi,
    I am using CRM ONLINE 2013.
    How to automate below process?
    1. On Approval Of Quotation, Run Report.
    2. Generate PDF.
    3. Send an Email With PDF as attachment.
    As i have gone through many forums for this topic, but creating a plugin code for generating Report PDF is not possible in CRM ONLINE.
    So, What is the alternate way to do this..?
    Thanks.

    This is my entire code mentioned below:-

    Cannot send email. When I click Write the window does not open properly. Does not have the "send, spelling, attach, security, save line there. Then when I click File, then Send now it will not send. A message comes up saying my SMTP server failed. Have check and everything appears to be o.k.

    Hi Stephen,
    What version of MS Office are you using?
    Are you facing the issue similar to that mentioned here: Acrobat/Reader: Attach to Email button not working for PDFs referenced from long URLs
    Open Acrobat. Use the click-path Edit - Preferences - select the Category "Email Accounts". In the dialog there is the "Add Account" drop-down. Select "Add Other". The "Add Webmail Account" dialog presents. You'll fill out the dialog's fields with Outlook.com settings. (don't forget the "Advance Settings" button)
    From a look-see on the web it appears that the following are the needed settings. BUT, you'll be wanting to validate.
    The Outlook.com SMTP server settings for sending outgoing messages from an email program on desktop, cell phone or mobile device are:
    • Outlook.com SMTP server address: smtp.live.com
    • Outlook.com SMTP user name: Your full Outlook.com email address (not an alias)
    • Outlook.com SMTP password': Your Outlook.com password
    • Outlook.com SMTP port: 587
    • Outlook.com SMTP TLS/SSL encryption required: yes
    For incoming messages from an Outlook.com account to an email program using POP, use the Windows Live Hotmail POP3 server settings.
    The Outlook.com POP server settings for downloading new incoming messages to email program, cell phone or mobile device are:
    • Outlook.com POP server address: pop3.live.com
    • Outlook.com POP user name: Your full Outlook.com email address (not an alias)
    • Outlook.com POP password: Your Outlook.com password
    • Outlook.com POP port: 995
    • Outlook.com POP TLS/SSL encryption required: yes

  • Want to Send smartform as pdf attachment with a Email to some mail id

    Hi ,
    I want to send a smartform as a PDF attachment with a mail to a mail id. And I can send a mail with the PDF attachment.
    But I am not able to open the PDF. It is throwing some error (Adobe reader could not open u2018fileu2019 because it is either not a supported file type or because the file has been damaged (for example , it was sent as an email attachment and was not correctly decoded)).
    By debugging I come to know that the file which is generating is in some encoding format.
    Please help me regard this. This is very urgent.

  • Sending report as an attachment to an email

    Hi,
    I need to send a report as an attachment via email using xml publisher. I created data definition, templates and could run a report. I do not know where to add the coding for sending the email? I found the following coding in developer guide:
    <?xml version="1.0" encoding="UTF-8"?>
    <xapi:requestset xmlns:xapi="http://xmlns.oracle.com/oxp/xapi">
    <xapi:request select="/DATA/DEPTS/DEPT/EMPLOYEES/EMPLOYEE"> <! - Burst
    on employee element - >
    <xapi:delivery>
    <xapi:email server="my.smtp.server" port="25"
    from=" email@removed " reply-to ="">
    <xapi:message id="123" to="${EMAIL}"
    <! - Set the id for the delivery method - ><! - Use the employees
    EMAIL element to email the document to
    the employee - >cc="${ADMIN_EMAIL}"
    <! - Use the ADMIN_EMAIL parameter to CC the document
    to the administrator - > attachment="true" subject="Employee
    Details for ${ENAME}">
    Mr. ${ENAME}, Please review the attached document</xapi:message><! -
    Embed the employees name into the email message - >
    </xapi:email>
    </xapi:delivery>
    <xapi:document output-type="pdf" delivery="123"><!Specify the
    delivery method id to be used - >
    <xapi:template type="rtf"
    location="\usr\empDet.rtf"></xapi:template>
    </xapi:document>
    </xapi:request>
    </xapi:requestset>
    Should this needs to be added to the data template file (xml file which will attached in the data definition screen) or in the template .rtf file?
    Any help on this appreciated.
    Thanks
