Sending Drop Down menu via email

Hey Guys I am editing a friends website and he wants to add a
drop down bo to the contents page. I have populated the drop down
box with the following code:
myComboBox.addItem({data:1, label:"Where did you hear about
us?"});
myComboBox.addItem({data:2, label:"Search Engine"});
myComboBox.addItem({data:3, label:"Brides Online"});

I cannot seem to send the contents of the drop down menu via
php to my email.
I have attached the code that is being used please help if
you can

Pick one of the bold options under the gray Send via Mail heading.

Populating a Drop-Down Menu via xml in php

I am new at programming. I am looking for a way to link a drop menu to 3 drop down menus dynamically. In other words, the 3 ddm's will have the same options according to the value selected in first ddm. Can someone provide a tutorial for this? Also, i am using php to pull the data for those ddm's from xml file.

php is server side... so you want user to choose option from dd menu #1, reload the page to populate dd menu #2 (process on server via php), choose option from dd menu #2, reload the page again to populate dd menu #3 (process on server via php), then finally choose option from dd menu #3 and then after reloading the page three times already (once for initial load and two more time for each subsequent server process) load the page for a fourth time to process the entire form entry? Whoa daddy... that's a lot of page loads.
Just want to be clear of your desire. I don't think you'll find many tutorials for the mentioned method. There are many, many three tier drop down menus in javascript that provide client side processing without page reload.

TS3276 the images (attachments) are automatically resized (smaller) when I send them to a customer. My email screen does not show a drop down menu box where you can leave as actual size. Is there a setting elsewhere that can be set.

Any suggestions on problem I have. I receive images, say a file that is 3 mgs through email on Safari mail and when I try to resend it or forward it or any other larger file, when it sends the file is reduced by about 1/3. My screen does not show and drop down menu with a feature to keep actual size or reduce that is suggested when I looked up solutions to the problem. I can't find a setting anywhere in mail that I can change to make sure my files are kept at actual size. I figure a setting got changed -don't know how - but it happened about a month ago. Caused problems as I work in graphics can't send files to clients as they come out too small. Any suggestions on how to fix.

And I was looking for a script that could possibly send an email to me with the info a user chooses from/puts in 1. dropdown menu 2. text field 3. another text field. I'd be awesome if the fields could have a custom background or a transparent background.The drop-down menu could have any background, but it would be awesome if it could be made with custom images !

I cannot sync HD films purchased on iTunes (on my PC) to my iPad even though it is a shared account. No problem syncing to iPod Classic from PC.
Also there is no 'Film/Video' tag on the drop down menu on the iPad only Music and TV Programs.
Also can't view 'purchased films' on iTunes via iPad.
All Phtos,Music and Video etc is 'Manualy Sync' selected.

Most of my library consists of h.264 videos wrapped in the m4v format, which my converters (Handbrake & mkvtools) says is the Apple TV format. Today I tried coverting a few to mp4 (for iPad) instead, so that I can watch them on multiple devices, but I'm running into the same problem with those that you are.
I tried resetting my ATV as the other responder suggested, but that hasn't helped. I'm still unable to watch h.264 mp4 files, while h.264 m4v's are fine.

Safari won't provide a drop down menu when I click on paper clip in outlook email. Any help on this would be great.

You could try enabling the Develop menu and try using IE but no guarantees. Not surprising that (Microsoft) Outlook isn't compatible with Apples' Safari.
From your Safari menu bar click Safari > Prerferences then select the Advanced tab.
Select: Show Develop menu in menu bar
Now from the Safari menu bar top of your screen click Develop > User Agent
Try IE 7, 8, or 9.

How to clear username cache in yahoo email page form elemant; when I place cursor in username window of the form element, all previous usernames are displayed in a drop-down menu?

When I proceed to enter my email, every time that I place the cursor in the username window, every past entered username appears in a drop down menu; I want to clear this memory for this element.

Could you be a little more specific? I took that section out of my CSS file but the problem persists.

How do I delete other email addresses from showing up in the drop down menu (on ie. Facebook) when I'm logging in?

There are other people who have logged into facebook from my laptop so their emails still appear on the drop down menu when I type the first letter of the email. I would like to clear all the emails that appear. Please advise.

I'm not sure what you are trying to say here. That's exactly what DW offers validation behaviors or Spry Validation for. Select the form element(s) required to validate, apply the behavior, set the options in the dialog. Done.

Make sure that you use Adobe Acrobat, not Adobe Reader.

Double horizontal spry drop down menu bar problems

I'm new to the spry tools and I need a little help. This is what I'm trying to accomplish in Dreamweaver CS4:
I need 2 horizontal spry menu bars for navigation. I have created a div for each spry tool, 1 div placed above the other and they cross the entire width of the page. I have created the spry menu bars. Everything seems to be working correctly in both menu bars, That is until you open the IE browser, all other browsers tested fine. The problem is that when you hover over the bottom menu bar in IE, the drop down menu does not drop all the way down. The first submenu of the drop down menu covers the main menu bar. I have tried to change the css for the spry menu bar at the ul.MenuBarHorizontal li.MenuBarItemIE to show the display: as inline and also tried block and niether had any effect. Someone please help. Thanks.

Form2mail how do I set up the form to sent to a recipient selected from a drop-down menu?

I am trying to configure dreamweaver form2mail to be able to send the information submitted to individual employees. I would like the form to be set up where as you choose the recipient form a drop down menu and the only that recipient would receive the information collected on the form. I can't seem to find any information on this. I can only find info on sending to multiple recipients at the same time. I only want the recipient that is selected to receive the form information.
Alternatively, can anyone recommend a low cost or FREE form to mail system.

Jim, That is exactly what I need. I'm using Form2Mail the Dreamweaver extension for Adobe Dreamweaver. It only gives me the option to send to one email address or cc to multiple not individual sends.
