Sending shopping cart no from SRM to ECC while creating PO in ECC from SRM

Hi all,
I have a requirement where in i need to enhance the custom screen of PO. In this custom screen there is a field called shopping cart number.
So when a PO is created in SRM the shopping cart has to be copied into this custom field of ECC.
i got to know that BBP_CREATE_BE_PO_NEW is to be used.
So please enlighten me on how to implement this badi?

Shopping cart changeable after follow-on document is created

Hi,
Something strange in the production env. I'm on SRM 7.
I create a shopping cart. It gets automatically approved and creates a PO in the backend.
After this when i open the shopping cart and click on the 'Edit' button, the system opens the shopping cart in edit mode
I'm able to save new line items. New lines items are displayed with 'Approved' status
This is not the right behaviour. Strangely this does not happen in our development system
Any solution / notes ?

I think whatever role it may be but system should not allow to edit the shopping cart ITEM after creating follow on docuement.
What is the item status of shopping cart . Is it follow on document deleted? OR Error in process?

You don't.
Slideshows are exported as movies and these are very large files. Email is not an appropriate medium for very large files as they can cause immense issues for the receiver.
Better to share some other way.

Error while creating web dynpro project from DTR

Hello,
I am getting following error while creating Web Dynpro project from DTR,
org.eclipse.jdt.core.JavaModelException: File /<track name><DC><package>/.classpath is read-only.
Still project gets created but evenif I check out view , it does not allow me to edit it.
Also I have checked in and activated some changes but active copy in DTR is not reflecting those changes.
I tried Add subtree option in DTR perspective for folders in this project. Is it result of that?
Please help me in this regard.

Hi Beena,
.classpath file should not checked in to DTR(uncheck the Read only properties). It is local file it contains class path for local system.
Generally in webdynpro project only src folder should be checked in DTR.

Shopping Cart needs to be Held Status when created from Upload Program

Hi All,
Shopping Cart is created from Custom Upload Program. In Upload Program, we used BBP_PD_SC_CREATE, BBP_PD_SC_UPDATE, BBP_PD_SC_SAVE and BBP_PD_SC_COMMIT.
Once the Shopping Cart is created from this upload program, I want ot put Shopping Cart as Helad Status.
I exported the parameter I_PARK as 'X' in BBP_PD_SC_CREATE and BBP_PD_SC_UPDATE. But it is not working i.e., the SRM system is not keeping the Shopping Cart as Held Status.
Scenario:
I am uploading the Shopping Cart Items (Shopping Cart creation) on behalf of my manager. My manager has to approve Shopping Cart.
If shopping cart is created maually and Shopping cart value is within the spending limit, work flow is not triggered approval proceess. If I am creating shopping cart behalf of some one, I am adding the approver manually while creating.
When ever we create shopping cart through custom upload program, the shopping cart needs to be approved by the Requestor (my manager, to cross check shopping cart items). So I want to park the Shopping Cart and I want to add Approver as my manager.
Please suggest me or guide me to get the solution for my issue.

Vendor not found while creating SC after replicating from r/3 to srm

I tried to replicate some vendors from r/3 to srm and when i used the t-code bbpgetvd i got a message that it has already been replicated but wheni am trying to create a Shopping Cart and assigning vendor to the cart it is giving me a message that no supplier is assign and no possible source of suply found in the system?PLS answer my question its urgent.

I understand that you have moved your partner information from R/3 to SRM. In SRM, all the Partner(vendor) information is stored in BUT000 master table. The type of partner = 02.
Go to transaction BP in SRM and check for the partner data. If found, go to master table BUT000 and check there. If you dont find your data overthere track the msg flow.
Else you should be able to create the cart.

Shopping cart Document does not exist error while PO creation

Hi Friends,
We are in SRM 5.0 Extended Classic and ECC6.0. I am experiening a issue while sourcing. After shopping cart is created and ends up in sourcing cockpit, I try to create PO, I get the error 'Shopping cart Document does not exist'. I verified Number ranges, org structure, and config settings but unable to find a solution.
This is at a critical stage where I am not able to create PO and hence process is not complete. I am not able to proceed further and need advise on how or where to look for possible issues. I did look at the other SDN postings but was not pertaining to mine.

Condition Type to be excluded whil creating Return sales Order from invoice

Hi Frnds,
I have the following requirement.
Sales order order is created and its delivered and invoiced too. This sales order has some freight pricing condition types (RCD1, RCD2...)included since its shipped to customer.
When the customer wants to return the goods, there is a return sales order is created with reference to the invoice created above. Now, the RCD1 and RCD2... should not get copied to return sales order.
How do i achieve this? Please let me know any user exit, BAdi or Enhancement spot where i can add code to avoide these condition types from being picked up.
SAP system is ECC 6.0

It can be achieved by implementing a custom requirement routine. If you go to the the transaction VOFM, you will find "requirement" in MENU. You select 'Pricing' on drilling-down it. Following document may help you in creating requirement routine..

Once you activate routine, ask functional consultant to attach this to the Condition RCD1 and RCD2. Then, You'll not get RCD1 and RCD2 for Return sales Order.

SQL Error while creating data Owner certification in SRM 5.0.3

Hi , In SRM 5.0.3, while creating data Owner certification by choosing data owner, I m getting the following error. database i upgraded and the migration script is also run.
java.sql.SQLException: Violation of PRIMARY KEY constraint 'pk_id_attr_val_users'. Cannot insert duplicate key in object 'dbo.id_attr_val_users'. Since Primary key is clustered(cert_id,user_id,attr_val_id) and we have updated currentvalue of CertificationID in sequences table, We are not sure if SRM is trying to enter duplicate attribute value for same user in D.O certification. Any pointers regarding this error will be of great help, thanks.

Error While creating new database connection from HFM workspace

Hi,
We have recently installed HFM and was trying to create database connection from database connection manager in HFM workspace.
I am getting below error:
"Error connecting to database connection : no HssJNIDriver950 in java.library.path" initially and later
"Error connecting to database connection : com/hyperion/ap/adm/HssConn".
Any information in this direction would helpful.

Steps tried but no use .
Set the Java Home
Reload and Rebuild the project
Synced the DC
Added the ips in host files
After all this still when I try to DC build I am getting the same error . ,
Dont know how to proceed

Try to syncronize DC dependencies (in Development Configuration perspective: "Sync Used DCs")... after, rebuild your project.

Error while creating customer account sites

Error while creating apex's users from sql

I hope some one can give me a hand on this!
While creating a user in apex from sql i get the following error:
"ORA-20001: User requires ADMIN privilege to perform this operation"
This error ocurs when i try to execute the package htmldb_util from a user different than flows_020000. I have already gave the permissions to execute this package.

ok, let me see if i can give you a clearer picture.
I have a user/validation table (for certain transactions) on the production db.
Now we are using htmldb to develop a software "future requests".
The permissions to this transaction is defined on the user/validation table (where it is defined a password for each user, not counting their normal login password) and via replication i'm going to refresh the data of this table on another table located on the data base where the apex is installed.
The db link from production to apex is defined by another user, were all the tables and packages of this app. are defined.
When a user is created on the first table via replication it is also created on the apex db (which user is future) from here is were i want to create the apex's user.
I need to give the user access to the application, but i do not want to change the apex's user validation, so i decided to create the user on apex taking the advantage of the flows packages.
