Setting a management IP on a Catalyst 4705E

Hello everybody,
I admit I am not the best when it comes to Cisco kit, so I was wondering whether somebody can help me.
My company has just taken over a business centre where there is a 4705E on each floor. The two switches on the ground and first floor have IP's set so we can TeamViewer into a P.C on site and telnet accross to the switches.
However the 4705E on the second floor has not IP set, therefore we are unable to manage this remotely. Can somebody please point me in the right direction of how to set this IP either remotly or via the console.

From the console, go into the interface that corresponds to your management VLAN, and configure the IP. For example, assume you're using Vlan 30 as your management VLAN:
Switch#config tSwitch(config)#interface vlan30Switch(config-if)#ip address X.X.X.X Y.Y.Y.YSwitch(config-if)#end
Where X.X.X.X is your IP and Y.Y.Y.Y is your subnet mask. Note: you will also want to configure a default route or default gateway. If you are doing routing, then configure the default route:
Switch(config)#ip route 0.0.0.0 0.0.0.0 Z.Z.Z.Z
If you are not doing routing, configure the default gateway:
Switch(config)#ip default-gateway Z.Z.Z.Z
Where Z.Z.Z.Z is the IP address of your default gateway.
Consult some of the other 4507 configs to get an idea of what those switches are using for management Vlan and subnet (they may be the same on all floors).

Set Schedule Manager to run OB52 on certain condition

Dear Friends,
Can i use Schedule Manager to automatically run OB52 with certain condition? For Example, on the last day of the period, i want to set to extend all the account type to the next period. And then, after a certain day of the new period, I want to set schedule manager to close previous period for certain account type.
Can Schedule Manager do that?

Problem setting queue manager. please help me

i want to integrate sun java system message queue with XEngine server.
my idea is using Sun Java Message queue i want to read files from a source folder and put them as messages in a queue. from there XEngine reads the messages. for that i need to set queue manager. without that i am getting the following exception.

No - I got the iMac 27 because it was calibrated at the factory(?) and was highly recommended by friends and photographers. No complaints at all, but this printer issue is driving me crazy. I was thinking that if I upgraded to an epson pro printer ICC profile will be on there website. I can't find any for the 835. By the way I didn't calibrate the old dell monitor either and I have had several photos published with no problem at all. Just a note, on epson website there are no printer stating they will run with 10.10 Yosemite. I was looking at the R2000 series. Right now I editing photos that I have to have ready by Jan, maybe by then epson will have something ready.

Hi! I'm used to work with Muse but I want to start integrating Muse with Business Catalyst. I'm trying to make a "News Website" but I think it can me managed like a blog. I wanted to know if it can be done the way I designed it in Illustrator...So I would post blog entries from Business Catalyst and The Post Title and a little description would appear in these "modules" So I wanted to knwo how to set it up in Business Catalyst.
As I said I'm really new to Business Catalyst, I've watched some tutorials but I really can't get the hang of it so If someone could help me and explain me step by step I would be inmmensely aprecciated!

But so, If I'm getting the "look and feel" in muse I get the postlist blog module and insert it as an HTML element in Muse but in rectangle forms? and I set it in several rectangles or is there a way Business Catalyst Knows that when there's a new post order it and show it in rectangles of x and x px separated by so much px and such, the styles I can handle, I got a friend who knows CSS3 but we don't get the modules and how do we connect BC znd Muse or as I said how to tell BC to roder and show new post like that...

How to Set Individual Managed Metadata Navigation Links to Open in New Window?

I am using a managed metadata term set for the global navigation in my client's site. Most of the global navigation links point to pages in the current site, and should open in the current browser window/tab as the end user is just navigating within the
site content. However, I have one particular node in the navigation term set that points to related content scattered around other external sites. The client wants these links to open a new window.
Unfortunately, I can't seem to set the target for navigation links in the term set. If I was using standard global navigation, I'd be able to select the "Open in new window" checkbox when setting up the link, but that option doesn't appear to be
supported via MMD navigation.
Any clever suggestions?

I had a similarish requirement at a client once upon a time, they wanted any links that went outside of the intranet web applications to open in a new window.
The way we managed that was to use jQuery to overwrite the standard hyperlink references for any hrefs that didn't point to internal sites to use the same javascript functions that SharePoint used for links configured to open in a new window. It worked out
as being about half a dozen lines; check the URL and if it doesn't begin with a set range of options then overwrite the on click behaviour using standard jQuery behaviour.
If you want it site wide then you just add jQuery and the code snippet to the master page, if you just want it in some places then add a CEWP or a HTML form web part to the relevant pages.

Set List Manager Values

I use a List Manager (based on Popup LOV) in a form. On submit, I insert the list manager values by creating a array using the wwv_flow_utilities.string_to_table function and inserting the values one by one in a loop.
I would need to be able to set the list manager values (not the Poplist values) with the query result values. Does someone can help me with that ?

Set Empty Managed Metadata Column - Working in 2010 and not in 2013

I have seen posts similar to mine below but am still not finding a solution. I understand that setting an already populated managed metadata column can be problematic using SPD. However, my column is empty, and what works in 2010 is not working in 2013.
Issue: In SharePoint 2010 On-premises, I am able to set an empty Managed Metadata column on a file in a document library via SPD workflow using the following format:
ID;#Term|IdForTerm
In SharePoint 2013 Online, I am attempting to create a SPD workflow to do the exact same thing (ID;#Term|IdForTerm) and am experiencing the following results depending upon the type of workflow I try:
- SP 2010 Workflow - The workflow status result is Completed, but the managed metadata column remains empty.
- SP 2013 Workflow - The workflow internal status becomes Started and effectively remains this way until I end the workflow.
Any thoughts on what needs to change for 2013 when doing this?

I recommend to create another managed metadata column to check whether it works.

Can't set "printer manages colors" - CS5,Windows 7 64 bits

When printing, if I select "Printer manages colors", and then go to the print settings ==> when exiting the print settings, Photoshop CS5 waits 1 or 2 seconds, and reverts to "Photoshop manages colors".
This happens with all the printers connected to this 64 bits Windows7 machine : Epson Stylus Pro 3880, HP Photosmart 9180, and a small HP all-in-one.
Windows, Photoshop, and the drivers are all up to date and fully patched.
I am at my wits end to understand why this is happening.

I am sorry I can not help, but I will wish you a speedy fix. You could waste hundreds of dollars worth of ink by making duff prints with a 3880. The Luminous Landscape suggests US$500 for a full set of cartridges!

Set Window Manager hints from Swing/AWT?

I was wondering if anyone knew of a way to set certain window manager hints, specifically to keep a window on the desktop (_NET_WM_STATE_BELOW) and out of the taskbar (_NET_WM_STATE_SKIP_TASKBAR). I've googled around but I haven't yet found anything useful. Anyone else have any ideas?

Sorry, I was referring to window manager hints ( http://standards.freedesktop.org/wm-spec/wm-spec-latest.html#id2551694 ). To rephrase, I would like to position a window on the desktop instead of allowing other windows under it (such as the "keep below others" option in many window manager), to make something like a desktop widget. I've already looked in to using ab5k, but it seems to be dead now.
