Set List Manager Values

I use a List Manager (based on Popup LOV) in a form. On submit, I insert the list manager values by creating a array using the wwv_flow_utilities.string_to_table function and inserting the values one by one in a loop.
I would need to be able to set the list manager values (not the Poplist values) with the query result values. Does someone can help me with that ?

Issue with creating List of Values in Business View Manager

Hi,
Could any one help me to figure out what this issue refers to?
When i created a List of Values in Business View Manager, it is throwing the following error!!!!
The List of Values used by this parameter cannot be based on a Business View derived from the current Data Foundation or Business Element.
Prior to creating LoV, i've done successfully with creating Data connection, Data foundation, Business element and Business View..

Firstly,
-->Open Repository Explorer,
-->where you are have related DF,DC,BV,BEand LOV's
-->Right click on LOV's -->There you can find Schedule list of values.Then schedule list of values and check if it prompts for errors.
If you face the same problem, what is the error you are getting.
Else try to use the LOV's and proceed further.
-->Check whether the LOV's are pointing to the same Business View and check the Business view pointing to the same Datafoundation.
If you are facing the same problem then try with the below steps:
-->Try to Create a report at designer level Using then Business view
-->Create two new parameters and select the existing parameters(LOV parameter's)
-->Check whether it is working.
-->If you face the same problem ,Update the connection of Business view manager.
Go to Database tab-->Select Set DataSource location and update it with current Businessview Manager.
Try this ,and let us know.

How to set a default value for a drop down list box and then apply cascading based on the default value in Infopath 2010.

Hello Everyone
I have two drop downs. Both are coming from look up fields from two lists. i want to set a default value(first list item) for the first drop down list box and then apply cascading based on the default value for the next drop down list box. I found one article(http://www.bizsupportonline.net/infopath2010/display-first-item-drop-down-list-box-infopath-2010.htm)
where in i can set a default value but i can't apply cascading based on that default value. Any suggestions would be highly appreciated.

How to set a variable value on the BPC Data Manager

Hello BPC Experts,
I'm creating a BPC10 NW version demo environment for our prospect customer.
I made a data manager to import BW data into BPC model from BW cube.
I need to import just one month data into BPC from the BW cube that has more than one month data.
When I run the data package manually, I can select a member of the time dimension prompt and I can import specific month data I want.
But, in a case where the program (data manager) runs by JOB monthly,
I can't select a member of the time dimension prompt manually.
So I want to know how to set a variable value to the time dimension prompt from a system date etc. automatically.
Are there any way to set a variable value to the time dimension prompt on the data manager automatically from a system date?
Or, do you have any other solution to import just one month data into BPC from the BW cube that has more than one month data by the data manager running on JOB ?
(without selecting a member of the time dimension prompt of the data package manually)

I used an age Range field in my adobe form, the control is a Value Help Drop Down List. i am populating the drop down using following code.

to set default drop down value you will have to set the value for particular attribute (which is linked to the dropdown element) in the context
like
wdContext.currentContext<nodeName>Element.set<FieldName>(<default value>)
This generally done in Initialization method of the controller.

1. I am able to populate the dropdown list. But by default the list is not showing any value. Only when I select a value from the list then it shows it.

Setting default field values for multi-line text fields in lists?

For the multiple lines of text field in a list, I'm using SharePoint Designer 2013 to set a default
value for the field, but I need that default value to include rich text formatting (the default value includes a formatted table). Is this possible without having to delve into JavaScript? And if so, how?

Set of Books not showing in list of values - 11i

Hi all,
I have an issue with Set of books, i have followed one note and created a set of books. After that tried to create one inventory organization, then tried to create operating unit, there Legal Entity is showing but when click set of book, showing No entries found of List of values.
Please help to solve this issue. I am a dba, trying to enable multi-org for learning purpose

this should work in JDeveloper 11.1.1.3 the same as in 11.1.1.2. If it doesn't then it is better to file a bug than to work around it

I have defined a xml element in the wsdl defintion:

Well I believe this is not officially mentioned anywhere, but this is the limitations for the java embedding activity. You can assign value to a single variable or to the single part element of variable only. How to set value to a input list of values?

I'm using Jdev 11.1.2.0
I'm using model driven input list of values in page.
In inputtext of that list of values, When I entering the exact value(if only one value exists with that value) say for example 100, then that value is getting set to inputlistvalues without opening the popup.
But if i enter 10 and then click on enter then popup launches with values like 10,100,101,1001... (starts with 10).
Is there any possibility that we can do like, if i enter exact value which is exists in the list of values, then that value should be set without launching the popup to show more values?
How to achieve this.
Any suggestion would be appreciated.

List Manager based on LOV returning values with missing spaces

I am using a list manager based on a pop up lov, in this case it is a list of supplier names. When the pop-up list is shown the values are displayed as expected, with all spaces intact. When I click the supplier name, and then click Add to add to the list manager, all spaces in the supplier name are lost.
The field I'm pulling is a varchar2 in the db. Here's the sql behind the lov:
select '(All Suppliers)' d, '(All Suppliers)' r from rep_gy_spend
union
select distinct supplier_name d, supplier_name r
from rep_gy_spend
order by 1
Any ideas on why the spaces are lost?

DJ - There is a javascript function on the page that does that. View page source and you'll see it. You could override it with your own and change that behavior and you could prevent it from upper-casing the returned values as well by using different onclick javascript on the add button.
