Setting/changing and using date and time for an alarm.

While I know how to get the time I'm not sure how to somehow allow the user of the app to change it, save it and then use both the date and time to set off an alarm.
While this can be easily done using forms my application is purely canvas based so none of that easy to use stuff, I'd have to print the time on the screen then allow the user to change that time, repaint the numbers again while also changing it in system, save the time and date to memory then use it set off an alarm.
If anyone can link to some good, simple tutorials or explain themselves it'd be appreciated, thanks.

This may be possible, but it may need a script to launch with firefox...so this may be a skeleton answer.

Two things we can do, file a bug to add this to the launch arguments, and find a meantime work around which stackoverflow.com would be a great place to ask this question.

Have you went to Settings>General Time&Date and correct the time. Make sure the time zone is correct too. Also go to Settings>General>Inernational and make sure the Gergorian calender is selected.

I solved it myself, after the "note" which came back from FF/Mozilla just as I finished my message, commenting on what it was that my system had , I wnnt back to check my plug-ins etc. I downloaded the latest Java, BOTH 32bit AND 64 bit versions and latest Firefox.
Now all is working.

There is an old contract item for which I need to change the end date
and there is a new contract item for which I need to change the start date.
I need to change the contract item end date and start date using some function module in IS-U system (may be as RFC to CRM).Pleaselet me know if any body is ware of this functionality?
I am aware of a FM EECRM_CONTRACT_DATE_CHANGE which may be used for changing End Date
but how to change the start date of a new contract item?
Please let me know if any body is aware of this?

The "issues" you've raised are nothing to do with the iCloud service.
No service that uploads data allows you to disconnect the device you are uploading from while uploading data. Doing so would prevent the upload from completing. It is a basic requirement for any uploading service that you remain connected to it for uploading to be possible.
The time it takes to upload data to iCloud is entirely dependent on how fast your Internet connection is, and how much data you are uploading. Both of these things are completely out of Apple's control. Whichever upload service you use will be affected by the speed of your Internet connection.

may be you will have to adjust ~values to show proper values.

I am on Wifi (connected) and at the same time I am on a voice call. when I switch to my RSS feed reader it does not sync it comes out with a message cannot connect to internet, I thought it is a problem with the feed reader application, IE 10 behaves the same I cannot browse when I am on a voice call.
This is a very basic issue, am I missing something? Please help.

On the iPod, make sure your Calendar is set to Gregorian (Settings > General > International > Calendar). Also make sure your date and time on your computer is correct as well as the Time Zones on both.

Which operating system are you running on?
The date & Time can be displayed by going to the View menu and checking Details - also File Names if you want them displayed.
The Album information is saved within the catalog so it sounds as though you didn't do a catalog backup on the old computer and a catalog restore on the new computer which is the recommended way of transferring elements data. Did you just copy the photos over?

Your purchases are tied to your Apple ID. If you bought all of the books with the old ID then AFAIK you will have to continue to use that ID in order to continue to sync those books to the iPad.
You have to update the app with the old ID so I don't see how you could keep the books with the new ID. Maybe I am wrong about this, but someone else will chime in I'm sure and correct me if I am wrong.

I am using asp.net web service and cairngorm architecture in my project.
Front : asp.net c# web project
Middle : asp.net c# web service
back : MS Sql server 2005
When i run my applicaiton then i show that data transfer time between USA server to Indian client is so huge.
Please suggest me all solutions approach so i am increase the speed of my application and reduce data transfer time.
And please let me know how all approaches is reduce my data transfer speed.

I am using JSON from data transfer in my current web service.
