Dear All,
I have one question regarding Stock transfer purchase order.
In ""Define shipping data for plants""" I maintained the below settings
Plant - AB01
Customer number - 120000045
Sales organisation - AB10
Distribution channel - 10
Question -Can I maintain the same same settings for another Sales area like as below.
Plant - AB01
Customer number - 120000045
Sales organisation - BB20
Distribution channel - 20
I am asking the above question because when I try to create Stock transfer PO I got error """shipping data not maintained for material XXXXXXXXX.
When I checked material master material was not extended to sales organisation BB20 and Distribution channel 20.I asked user to extend this material to sales organisation AB10 and Distribution channel 10.
But user is saying to maintain new settings(Define shipping data for plants) for other sales organisation BB20 for same plant and customer number.
Please help me is it possible to maintain two sales organisations for same plant and customer.

please check in the material master and whether the material 's delivering plant is your other plant this can be set in the sales general data, check whether the material is maintained in both the plants, also the sales area for both the plants should be the same.

I am working on a report about open STPO. I need pick up the PO data both in header and items level. Such as PO No., doc. date, item No.,delivery schedule (item detail infomation), DN No., DN Qty etc.
if one item has one schedule line, there is no problem to get the DN data(even more than one DN), but if there're two or more schedule lines within one item, I can't find the link between the schedule lines and DNs. I can't decide which DNs generated by schedule line1 and which DNs generated by schedule line2
I get some data of item schedule lines from table EKET. and pick some data from tables EKBE,LIPSi don't know how to link up these two parts of data? Can anyone do me a favour?
what should i do? is there any table or function with the relation of them? THS

Check your STO settings as per below
1.Create a vendor for the company code of receiving plant, using account group :0007 using T-Code XK01.
2. Assign this vendor to Delivering plant
Go to XK02 >Purchasing view>Extras>Add. Purchasing data>Plant
3. Create internal customer with the sales area of the vendor. Go To XD01
4. In Pricing procedure determination relevant to STO, assign document Pricing Procedure and customer pricing procedure appropriate for STO to get the pricing in the invoice.
5. Maintain condition records for the relevant pricing condition.
6. Some more setting for STO: Go to MM> Purchasing > Purchase Order > Set up STO > define shipping data for plants > Go to Receiving plant >assign customer here & Supplying SA (for billing) to Receiving plant here
7. Go to MM > Purchasing > Purchase Order > Set up STO > define shipping data for plants > Go to Supplying plant and assign the sales area of receiving plant.
8. Go to MM > Purchasing > Purchase Order > Set up STO > assign delivery Type & Checking rule
Assign the delivery type to document type. In this case, Delivery type NLCC is assigned to Document type NB
9. Go to MM> Purchasing > Purchase Order > Set up STO > Assign document Type, One step Procedure, Under delivery tolerance
Assign the document type NB to supplying plant and receiving plant
10. Maintain both Purchasing & Sales view for the material
11. After all settings , Create the STO using T-Code:ME21N and maintain pricing conditions of freight and Save.

STPO: Vendor error & pricing error

I am doing Stock transfer from plant to plant in same company code. I have done STPO >DLV>INV>Ex. INV
at the time of MIGO ia mfacing some problem. i have maintain all the information in the Excise TAB of migo but still face the following errors.
1.Maintain Vendor for the excise invoice. (Message No 4F185)
2. Please check excise base for the item is zero !
In STPO there is no pricing maintain in the ST purchase order (UB)
3. Pricing is not nessesary for stock trf within same company code ?
In Billing which price is determine ? Which pricing come : Transafer Price or price (PR00)?
4. also how we can view particular message no. on the SDN site to get more information ?

Seems you are facing with excise material.Please check the settings at J1ID/J1IT.
at the same time you should have settings for pricing for either condition based or formula based.

with few assumption i am providing the info .Please Check this :
You enter the shipping-specific data for inter-plant stock transfers.
You maintain the shipping data for:
1.Plants
2.Document types (assign delivery type/checking rule)
In Plants you maintain the customer number of the receiving plant. This customer number is used in SD Shipping to identify the goods recipient (ship-to party) if it has been specified in Customizing that a stock transfer is to be effected with an SD delivery.
You can also make the following settings for the supplying plant:
1.Sales organization
2.Distribution channel
3.Division
The system uses this data to determine the shipping data for the material to be transferred (for example, the shipping point).
You also define the language in which the PO texts are to be maintained for the supplying plant.
Document types (assign delivery type/checking rule)
Under this you specify whether an SD delivery is to be created in the case of a PO with a certain supplying plant in connection with a certain document type and, if so, with which delivery type. The delivery type in Sales (SD) determines how a delivery is processed.
In the standard system, the delivery type "NL" is used for inter-plant stock transfers without billing documents. For such transfers carried out with billing documents, the delivery type "NLCC" is used.
You must carry out the following steps:
Define purchasing document type
Here you specify which document type is to be used for a certain combination of supplying (issuing) plant and receiving plant.
If the supplying and receiving plants belong to the same company code, choose document type 'UB' or a comparable document type of your own. A stock transfer without a billing document will be carried out.
If you work with your own document types for purchase orders, you should ensure that a 'T' is entered for the relevant document type in the 'Control' field.
If the supplying and receiving plants belong to different company codes, choose the document type 'NB' or a comparable document type of your own. A stock transfer with delivery and billing document will be carried out.
If you work with your own document types for purchase orders, you should ensure that the 'Control' field for the relevant document type is empty.
If the end user chooses a different document type to the one predefined in Customizing, he or she will receive a warning message. This message can be defined as an error message on a user-specific basis.
Depending on the supplying and receiving plants, you can also specify whether stock transport order processing is to be carried out using the one-step procedure. In this case, the GI in the issuing plant is posted simultaneously with the GR in the receiving plant.

After Drive Replacement, iTunes Points To Wrong Folder Even After Adjusting Settings

I moved my music to a new hard drive. I then adjusted settings within iTunes to "point" to the folder on the new drive. The folder name is identical as are all the files within it. I did this a few months back and had no issues once iTunes "located" my files. All files played, playlists remained intact. This time however only a small portion of my files successfully "located" and the remaining 75% are unplayable. When "shown in finder", the unplayable tracks point to a completely random folder within my mail folder of obviously non-music files. I've been searching for weeks how to fix this to no avail. I definitely do not want to lose my playlists, play counts, etc. so starting from scratch with iTunes is not an option for me. Please advise how to fix this very odd issue!

To resolve this we will need details. I don't know exactly what is where. Even though it "worked last time" I see people post with that and almost invariably there is something different in the scenario this time.
The iTunes application alone has no idea where media files are. You could drag all the media folders you like to the Media folder and it won't know. You could "point" iTunes to that folder in preferences and it still will never look there. iTunes knows where files are because as you add them to iTunes it puts them in the Media folder and makes a note in that .itl file where the files are located. When you try to play a track iTunes looks up in the .itl file which media file it should try to play when you request the track and goes to that location to play the file. If there file isn't there you get ! You have to mend the links one by one, or iTunes might try, based on you repairing links. to repair other links, but it doesn't usually work that way and is only partly successful at times (as we have already discussed). If you have ever walked into a store and see an empty shelf but their web site says they have 3 in stock and the sales person says all their stock is out on the shelf, iTunes is like that.

Downloader doesn't retain previous settings

Can Bridge Downloader be set to always open with the advanced dialog box and can it be set to retain the previous settings? Also, is there a Preferences for the Downloader? I can see it listed in the menu, but it's ghosted.
It would be a real time-saver if I didn't have to re-enter all the info each time I open the Downloader -- and then start all over again because I missed something and it downloads to the wrong drive/folder or creates dated folders when I don't want them or doesn't enter copyright info in metadata... you get the idea.

That's an understandable question and I have no certain answer for that, I'm only a user, not a technician
But I like to think that in normal ways an uninstall keeps certain files like settings and cache as it is so you won't have to go through that work again when installing upgrades. Further guessing is that the clean tool does get rid of the hidden and/or invisible preference files but not the cache, hence my suggestion to check anyway.

They are not, you just haven't selected the 'path bar' option under the menu window, put a check mark in front of it in the menu Window and they are there with other useful tool icons. Aside from that Bridge stills keeps deselecting the path bar every now and then. But my hopes for CS6 on resolving that item are high.
and having the Favourites and Folders under separate tiny icons is equally irritating and mousey.
You are right, they are tiny but you can design your own lay out. I have both under each other in one column with a very short favorites panel and a very long folder panel. Grab a folder tab and drag it. You will see there will appear blue lines surrounding the panel. You have three columns to work with, one bleu line (either vertical or horizontal) appears at the position were you can drop the selected panel in it's new lay out. A surrounding blue line means nesting in a panel with multiple tabs. In the beginning this is a bit tricky but you will get used to that. When your happy with the customized lay out save it as a new workspace. Plenty of options!
In PS 12.x, the implementation of the Adjustment Layers panel is also beyond belief!
This sounds as you don't like it while others (me included) are very very happy with it! You just have to get used to different ways of working, once tried a while and getting used to it you don't want to go back, trust me (besides, the shortcuts for adjustment layers still work to my knowledge and if not you can assign them yourself in a custom menu setting).
The problem with not upgrading to any new cycle is that the differences with prior version can get huge. It should so because software needs development and users need to get used to it. I can't tell you how often I have changed my workflow due to new methods (and knowledge) and the majority of this changes have brought me great benefit

How do I get loops to keep the effect settings I hear when previewing?

When I place loops into a new track, the effects settings go away and it is simply a dry signal. How can I move a loop from the browser into a new track and have it keep the effects settings that I hear when I preview the loop?

If you drag a green MIDI loop onto the Arrange window space, it should create a Software instrument track with all the required plug-ins for the sound, so don't drag it to an already existing Software instrument track.
If you drag it to an audio track it will convert it to an audio file, so obviously the instrument/fx plug-ins wont be in the channel strip.

Why does "itunes accounts" use data with all settings OFF?

Does anyone know how to keep "iTunes accounts" under system from using cellular data?
I have already:
1. Toggled OFF all settings in the "Use cellular data for" menu.
2. Turned OFF all automatic downloads and any other options under iTunes/app store settings.
3. Turned OFF Background App refresh.
4. Turned OFF all options under iCloud sync menu.
Right now, the only thing that keeps "iTunes accounts" from pulling cellular data is turning Cellular Data completely OFF, but I don't want to do this because I lose some messaging and voicemail functions and I need to be able to use Find My Phone. I have two identical iPhone 5c's on this account. One is running iOs 8.1.2 and the above settings control it's data usage nicely. The other phone is running iOs 8.1.3 and this one uses 50-100 mb a day even with all the above settings off and the phone almost always on wifi.
I am aware that the phone will lose it's wifi connection when asleep, but that shouldn't be a problem if all the apps/settings are already set not to use cellular data. What am I missing. I've read a bunch of threads on this issue and they all suggest settings I already have OFF.

My personal phone is on 8.1.2. My daughter's phone is 8.1.3.
It is her phone that is currently having this problem, but I reported it under my account; sorry for the confusion.
My phone has had some data problems in the past, but I have been able to control them by keeping almost all data options OFF and the overall switch ON. My usage is back to less than 50 mb per month which makes sense since my phone is almost always on wifi and I don't use data dense applications.
Everything about my daughter's phone is the same as mine except for the 8.1.3 upgrade. She does use things like Instagram more than I do, but I have them all set to not use Cellular Data and the option to change these settings is locked. When I look at the usage on her phone, it isn't her apps that are pulling unexpected data; it's "iTunes accounts" under system services. All the options under iTunes/App Store (auto downloads, home sharing, etc.) and all the iCloud options are already OFF.

You probably can't because it looks like your MacBook Pro is too old to carry audio over HDMI. You will need to run a separate audio cable from the audio out port on the MacBook Pro to the audio in port on the TV.

It sounds like the external display you are using (projector) operates at a smaller resolution than your MacBook Pro. You may want to configure the display preferences in System Preferences for the external projector.

I want to Sync my iPhone 4 to iTunes however I get an error message from iTunes each time I connect the phone to the PC saying that I should restore to factory settings. Frustrating because it's already annoying enough that I can't drag and drop mp3's!!!

I have never been so frustrated before in my life with any phone. I find it obnoxious as it is that I cannot simply drag and drop files (especially MP3's) straight from my PC directly into my phone, which I have been used to doing up until now. Everyone who convinced me to get the iPhone has instructed me that my frustration can be fixed by downloading iTunes and syncing it all up via that program (which I have never used before). So, I downloaded the program successfully, however when I connect the iPhone 4 to the PC and iTunes is open, I get an error message that 'iTunes cannot read the content of the iPhone "iPhone" and that I should go to the Preferences tab of the iPhone and select 'restore' to restore this phone to factory settings. First of all, I don't understand why I need to do that. I have already downloaded apps and other important things in the 2 days that I have the phone. I am also scared that it will erase my contacts. This is such a headache. Music is very imporatant to me, but I am getting so frustrated that I don't have freedom over the phone which I thought was supposed to be one of the best out there. I would really appreciate help in this matter. I am sure the phone is great but I am on the verge of taking it back and getting something else.

Settings for capture excise invoice in MIGO and other settings

Hi,
For excise invoice capture and post procedure which we are following is as follow
1 : For Local Excise invoice
     After receving goods from Vendor first we are Doing J1IEX Part 1, Capture excise invoice after saving this we are getting part 1 number, then we are making GR with MB01 ref. to part 1 number , then qyuality inspection then updating material in Unrestricted stock from quality afetr that we are doing J1IEX poat PART 2 here we are getting part 2 number then invoice verification,
2 : For import PO
      First MIRO for custom delivery cost we are getting MIRO number, then J1IEX part 1 ref. to MIRO number and year then MB01, ref. to part 1 of J1IEX then quality quality to store then J1IEX Part 2 then MIRO for vendor.
now in many thread i read about capture invoice in MIGO   so i want to know the detail settings which required to be made so that we can perform our ruoutin in short time.

You can do capture and post simultaniously in migo only
the separate transaction is given as persons or users may be diffrent for GR and excise
if the same user want to do the GR and cap and posting then yes he can
for capture and posting u also have to tick Post Excise Invoice Captured in MIGO in excise grp settings

I have dloaded and reloaded firefox 7 b4 i had firefox 5 now after system restore and proxy setting changes an d default settings fire fox still will not open what am i doin wrong

ater upgrading to firefox 7 from version 5 i cant open this web browser it worked b4 but after upgrade it will not open. i did system restore to go back to a time when it did work and i still have this problem.the message says website is too busy or proxy settings r wrong but i changed them every way possible.i uninstalled the program and reinstalled it with no success. even google chrome will give me same message is my pc infected? or is there a way to get firefox to be my primary web browser?my operating system is win7 vista i am currently backing up my files to a portable drive and my intension is to save files and reboot entire system and then d-load firefox again will this solve this issue?

In Thunderbird, I cannot send email. I am asked to enter an email address in Mail and Newsgroup Account settings but when I click on this option, nothing opens.

I can connect to Thunderbird and receive email. However, I cannot send emails. When I press send (either from replying to an email or entering an email address manually) I get the following error message:
Sending of message failed.
No sender specified. Please fill in your email address in the Mail & Newsgroup Account settings.
When I click on the menu option within the email message Tools/Mail & Newsgroup, the message minimises and the programme returns me to my inbox. There is no Mail & Newsgroup setting on the mail programme.
