SharePoint PublishingHTML Field

Question

Hello Team,
Good Afternoon.
I have a query. I have been trying to do this for quite some time but not able to achieve it.
Here is the scenario.
I have 3 Columns.
Column A is Multi-line,
Column B is HyperLink
& Column C is PubhishingHTML Field.
Now, Using Power shell I want to Append
Column A and Column B values on Column C ie..on the publishingHTML Field.
Sounds Simple. But Not!
Challenge:-
 Value of Column A should be on the 1^st Para and the URL Link (value of Column B) on the
next Para. I am not able to embed HTML, that’s the challenge. Thus both the values are coming on a single
Paragraph.
The URL is appearing as a string without Link on it, which is NON-CLICKABLE.
ENCODING and DECODING HTML works only when we try to render it to Browser but here I want to render it to the PublishingHTML Field OR any RTF.
Any help/hint would be great.

Here is a C# example using the HttpClient class. Your lookup field must be the internal name with "Id" appended to it. The value must be the ListItem ID to the item in the lookup list.
