How to configure shop paper to the work order.how can we test that the shop paper was assigned to the work order or not
Hello,
The config can be accessed via t-code OIDF to define the parameters and OIDG to assign the shop papers to the different work order types.
To test, go to IW32 and enter an opened (NOT TECO or CLSD) work order. Go to Order, Print and pick Order or Operation Selection. Depending on your configuration, the specific shop papers will appear. Hit Print Preview to see the data populated into the shop paper.

When you receive the check from the customer F-29 and you can clear the open down payment request.
Dr. Bank 3000
Cr. Customer (special gl indicator A) 3000
When you finally bill the customer for full invoice,
Dr. Customer 10000
Cr Revenue 10000
Clear Down payment:
F-32, clears the 3000 against 10000 and makes the open item 7000.
Final payment form customer 7000
Dr. Bank 7000

Basically there are 5 major topics/areas in FI,
1. GL Accounting -
related tables are SKA1, SKB1 Master data
BSIS and BSAS are the Transaction Data
2. Account Receivables- related to Customer
All the SD related data when transfered to FI these are created.
Related Tables BSID and BSAD
3. Account Payables - related Vendor
All the MM related documents data when transfered to FI these are created
Related Tables BSIK and BSAK
All the above six tables data is present in BKPF and BSEG tables
You can link these tables with the hlp of BELNR and GJAHR and with Dates also.
4. Special Purpose Ledger.. which is rarely used.
5. Asset Managment
In CO there are
Profit center Accounting
Cost center Accounting will be there.
Cross-Application Components -> Financial.

Shop paper printing issue in Quality notifications
Hello All,
I have a requirement where the user wants to print/fax quality notifications to a certain printer (printer 2) other than his regular printer defined in user defauls in SU01.
In the IMG settings for quality notifications, I found the customizations for Print control. In the customization 'User-Dependent Print Control' (under 'Define Printer'), I created a new record with the user name, the shop paper corresponding to a quality notification and specified the printer name (printer 2).
However, I notice that when I print this shop paper from within the quality notification, it prints it on the user default printer (defined in SU01) and not in the new printer (printer 2) defined in the above mentioned customization.
Please let me know how I can configure the notifications to be printer on this new printer.

Data flow can happen in finance module from many quarters in SAP and non SAP system depending upon the landscape of the ERP system implemented. I am giving below the general overview of data flow.
The Financial Accounting (FI) application component fulfills all the international requirements that must be met by the financial accounting department of an organization. It provides the following features:

All business transactions are recorded according to the document principle, which provides an unbroken audit trail from the financial statements to the individual documents.

The dataflow as functional process below are the points:
1) Purchasing Requsition -> sent by inventory dept to purcharsing dept
2) Request for Quotation(RFQ)-> Purchasing Dept shall ask the vendors to give the quotation for the requested materials by inventory.
3) Quotation -> Quotation is sent by vendors to the company
4) Purchase order-> Based on all paramers of a quotation sent by vendors. Vendors are selected from whom the material has to be obtained. The company gives purchase order to the vendor.
5) Good's receipt -> vendors sends the goods to the company with goods receipt
6) Invoice verification -> this done based on good's receipt. this means that the ordered goods have reached or not.
7) Payment -> payment is done based on invoice verification. this is (FI/CO)

Hi Guru,
Anyone can share how do I configure a PM shop paper to print all in one document for:
1. Order header
2. Operation list
3. Coomponent list
etc.
Currently, in my system, these are configured to be printed as individual shop paper. For eg, shop paper 2010 is component list, 2020 is operation list etc. How to have let's said 2099 for printing all?

i think it is not possible beacuse each shop paper will have seperate output program which contains seperate field contents
iam not sure , create a seperate output program which contains all the related field contents and assign this shop papers to order type

Shop Paper for Notification and Order
Hi All,
I have assigned shop paper for both Notification and Order. Now when I am trying to print the Order or Notification via Maintenance Order or Notification respectively, both the outputs are in the selectable mode since order is created from notification.
But user wants that when he is trying to print Order only shop paper for Order should be in selectable mode and same for Notification. I checked the configuration settings for this but could not find anything.
Are there any settings where we can achieve this.

in OIDB (notification) remove the selection check for all generic entries - this determines what is shown when you try to print. For example, if you have a setting for doc.type = * and it is checked for selection, each of those will appear when you print. By removing this selection check for doc type = *, it won't appear for yours. You should put a line there for your doc type with the selection checked. If you put a second line there for your doc type without the 'selection' checked - it will show, but be optional when you do a print.
In OIDG (work order), follow the same logic. Once you print the order, it will propose to print the notification as well (either selected or just available). Also, i think you should link the notification and order types in work order config.
This works when you are printing a work order, but i'm not sure if you can print the work order from the notification. I just tried this in my system and did get the notifications to print while printing the work order using the settings i've mentioned. -

If we need to print any shop paper wether we need to use Control key QM02(print is ticked) in task list
Please give some clear picture on this

Generally required QM relevant shop papers are sample advices, different sample lists and labels, quality certificate, sometimes 8D report.
Control key is checked during printing only if you have maintained in your print control in configuration (CQ85) that control key needs to be checked for printing. System can print without checking control key if you do not maintain the control key checking requirement in that setting and directly maintain the print control in inspection type maintainenance in configuration.

How to AUTO print DMS with Shop Paper without 3rd party software?
Since standard SAP cannot AUTOMATICALLY print DMS with shop paper.
Is there a way to AUTOMATICALLY print DMS with shop paper without using 3rd party software ? I've heard that there's a user exit or Function Modules that we can use so this will be possible. We don't really want to deal with 3rd party software if we can avoid it.
Has anyone resolved this problem without using 3rd party software?

SamIt would easier to get an ABAPER to debug the manual process and then use those function modules etc in the modified program.
The ability to print attached documents exists as a manual process of navigate and click, the process is as follows:
1. Access transaction IW32 (or IW33).
2. Enter order number (initial screen).
3. Click enter (change order central header screen).
4. Select the operations tab page (change order operation overview screen).
5. Select the relevant operation (change order operation overview screen).
6. Click the PRT icon (change order operation overview screen).
7. Select the PRT (PRT list of operation screen).
8. Click the PRT display button (PRT list of operation screen).
9. Click the print button (display document screen).
The process prerequisites are:
Work order created with assigned PRT document.
PRT documents.
DMS configuration to allow document to be opened and printed. -

The link between SD and MM :-
1. When you create sales order in SD, all the details of the items are copied from Material master of MM.
2. MRP and availibility check related data is also taken from MM although you control this data in SD also.
3. While you create inbound/outbound delivery with reference to a sales order,the shipping point determination takes place with the help of the loading group, plant data, shipping conditions etc. This also refers to Material Master.
4. The material which you are entering in a sales order must be extended to the sales area of your sales order/customer otherwise you cannot transact with this material.
There are many such links between SD and MM.
Now the link between SD and FI :-
1. Whenever you create a delivery with reference to a sales order, goods movement takes place in the bacgground. eg. In case of standard sales order, you create an outbound goods delivery to the customer.
Here movement 601 takes place. This movement is configured in MM. Also, this movement hits some G/L account in FI. Every such movement of good s hits some G/L account.
2. The accounts posting in FI is done with reference to the billing documents (invoice, debit note, credit note etc) created in SD. Thus this is a link between SD and FI
3. Tax determination: In case of a tax determination also, there is a direct link between SD and MM

After creating sales order using this no we can create delivery note tcode is vl01.

How to print equipment documents in shop paper
Hi Gurus,
I`ve maintain DMS to some of the equipments and those were scheduled in maintenace plans.SO whenever work order gets created based on the schedule....documents should also automatically get printed along wih the shop paper.
This is my requirement because users dont want to spend time on printing the documents manually.
Any user exits ?
Help would greatly appreciated with rewards.

We did something similar but in user-exit IWO10009 (at save).
The reason for using this user-exit and not the BADI described above is because we required a popup box displaying the options for printing. The user could then choose which documents to print.

Configuring Business Operations in WLIntegrator 2.1 Studio
Hi,
I deployed a SessionBean and few CMPs in a deployable jar on WLI 2.1.I was able
to test the deployment through a java client.
Now, when i go to a workflow template in WLI Studio and select Configuration-->Business
Operations and click on add button, I`m getting following exception on server console:
Started WebLogic Integration - BPM Server version 2.1
WebLogic Integration BPM server does not support NULL.
***** ASSERTION FAILED *****[ Unable to load remote interface: java.lang.ClassNotFoundException:
amit.lal.cmp.ProductCmp ]
Make sure your EJB is configured in the same Application as the WLPI code
Any pointers to what may be the problem and how to solve it.

check in your administration console/Deployments/EJB: the WLPI application
code is propably deployed into the WLPI_Application. I did not find another
way to tell my EJB to be deployed in the same application than editing the
config.xml (which is hopefully not the recommended way to do it).
In the config.xml should be a tag like:
<Application Deployed="true" Name="WLPI_Application" Path="lib">
insert your myEjb.jar like the following (the URI has to be relative to the
given path, in this case "lib"!):
<Application Deployed="true" Name="WLPI_Application" Path="lib"

Need to avoid pop-up screen while printing shop paper
hi all ,
we have develop a z program to print shop paper for selected orders based on selection criteria. Once the output displayed (out put contain shop paper , printer,order no and operation no )for selection criteria user will select one or many records from output and click on print button. Once user select the print button the spool request has to be created,
problem :- when we select the print button in output display we are getting print pop-up screen
