Shopping Cart - Please help!

I need help setting up a shopping cart! I currently maintain/make updates to a company's website. The owner now wants to implement a shopping card feature for members to purchase a few items. I'm not sure where to begin. I could really use some detailed help. Thank you in advance!!

Query on SRM Shopping Cart ,plz help its very very urgent

I have a query on workflow.
Users creates PO through SRM shopping cart and immedeately they receive a mail in there mail box.Below is the process flow of sending the mail to the user inbox from srm shopping cart.
SRM Shopping Cart>Business Object>Workflow-->Mail
Here my problem is.
The bususinees object generally holds the data for cart number and cart description, but when i am checking the workflow it does not contain any cart number or cart description,so that the mail that is going to user inbox also does not contain any cart number and cart description value.
Recenly our client upgrade from 4.6c to Ecc 6.0 and this problem is happening after the upgradation.
Please suggest if anyone face this kind of problem or anyone having any idea on this.
Pls give me some suggestion.

Hi,
Your condition is puzzling... the workflow in SRM for SC is triggered after the SC is saved.
The PO is a follow-on document after the SC is approved. As such it has no relationship to the backend upgrade since the workflow engine is in the SRM server. Your worflow is triggered from the SC or PO?

You can create a Business Catalyst site from within Dreamweaver.
Adobe Business Catalyst comes with eCommerce capabilities built right into the platform. So it'll save you the hassle of custom coding or tedious configuration.

I cannot put anything into ANY shopping cart. HELP!

Tried this on several sites.
Whenever I click on "add to cart", NOTHING happens. Shopping cart comes uop but always shows EMPTY.

Shopping Cart/ Rebuilding Help

Hi everyone! I am trying to rebuild my credit so that in a few years my husband and I might be able to look at getting a house. I have applied for a Capital One Platinum Mastercard that they sent me a pre-approval for, they requested proof of income, I mailed it to them and am now waiting on their decision. Hoepfully will know about that sometime this week. Other than that, I have no accounts in my name except our Consumer's Energy bill and that doesn't seem to report anywhere. I have accounts in collection that I am working on paying off and I pay off debt collectors that call before they report now (wish I had done that sooner....>.<) but I am trying to find additional ways to rebuild my credit and found the shopping cart trick online. Can anyone give me any information about this? I've gotten the pop up using my husband's info but never with my own and I'm just wondering if I am even likely to get a card with how low my score is (TU 570 EQ 577 EX 566). I have tried several different stores so I'm not particular. Is it best to be a guest or make an account or...? And any other tips on getting my credit cleaned up?

I have used the SCT just three times for stores I use. I always checked out as a guest and put reasonably sized items in my cart. After submitting my contact info is when I would get the pop up with an invite for a card. Overstock is good, and many say VS is easy to get also. I added the Overstock rewards club membership in my cart to entice them further. Dont know what scores are typically required to get a stored card using the SCT, mine were in the mid 650+ range when I got it. hth

I am going to re-vamp my iweb created website and was wondering if anyone could advise me on how to add a shopping cart please, and which one would you suggest...? Paypal...?
I use GoDaddy to host my site and publish through MobileMe.
Also, bit of a two part question.... Can I use simpleviewer on my iweb created site... is it compatible...?
I would like to go with iweb but may consider other options if this is not possible..

Custom Field in the header of Shopping Cart

Dear all,
We have to add a Custom field on the header of the Shopping Cart which will have three values.
This field has to flow thru the Bid invitation, Contract and the PO ...
Can anybody provide the technical details of the same ?? Which all are the structures to be changed ?

Displaying Custom field in shopping cart header

Hi all, I know how to add a field to header and item levels of the shopping cart.
- In the note 672960 it says 'Note that the header fields cannot be displayed for the shopping cart. If you define fields on the header, they can only be filled in BADIs.'
However,
We are able to fill in the name of the shopping cart on the third step, which is also a part of header information. Is there a possibility to add a custom field(the user must be able to fill it) and display it in that screen???

Im from Malaysia and i have a problem with my payment registration. I've tried to register my Maybank Visa Debit for my payment while purchased at appstore, but it keep saying that " the payment method was decline and try other payment method". Why is it happen? Shopping cart error for non Valuated material,

Hi Guys,
I have an issue with shopping cart which is getting error ("Shopping Cart 0000146522 (Purch Requisition 2000039570): 06 326 Please enter document number and item together ")after approval for non-valuated materials when it has a contract number assigned along with item number in the source of supply tab.If i delete the contract number,i am able to reprocess the shopping cart.Please advice why it is failing when it has a correct contract number.

Price_C field not appearing in Shopping cart

Hi All,
I am using MDM5.5 SP02 and SRM server 5.0 and facing problem for price field
Earlier I tried to upload catalogs price with price information field , but didn't succeded.
Then I created new field in MDM console as Price_c and uploaded the price.
In UI config I mapped the New_ITEM-PRICE with the new field Price_c.
But when I go to create shopping cart , this field is not available.
Even whatever setting I have made User specific fields i.e Customise display fields ,Customize Search fields are not appearing in the Shopping cart

Hello Suds,
If you create any extra fields or tables then make sure that they have proper codes assigned to them or not in MDM Console.
If not then assigned the proper code name.just follow the code name as MDMSRM_FIELDNAME.
If the field which you have created related to any OCI field then just map with that in UI else map it with NEW_ITEM-CUST_FIELD1.
By doing this, you will get the field which you required.
I hope this will solve your problem.

Please help me to remove NEXUS S from my shopping cart

A couple days ago, 16th, when the NEXUS S came out. I added them in my bestbuy account shopping cart to verify the price for my plan here. But since then, they are staying in my shopping cart for ever. I can't remove them.
Now the five cellphone items (my family plan) become invisible there is no way for me to empty my shopping cart on bestbuy.com.
Their price is 199x5, and it's carried on and stuck with every single time I am going to check out with the item I want to buy.
So I can't check out at all.
Yesterday when I was trying to order 2 laptops. I found this, and called 888bestbuy immediately. They transferde me to a cellphone agent. She couldn't help.
Then this morning I called again. They transfered me to a laptop agent. He helped me placed my order over the phone.
But I need to place more orders now. I need to remove them away from my cart. But they are invisible.
I believe there is some kind of technical issue with the web inventary.
A custom service agent told me may be because NEXUS S has been removed from the bestbuy web.
So could someone help me empty my shopping cart, so I can continue with my old account and enjoy the membership benefit.

I did delete all the cookies on my web browser.
IE, Firefox, and Chrome.
I tryied with my iphone, my other laptops and desktops.
But they are there every time I log in I will see "5 items" in my shoppin cart up right corner.
