Shopping Cart table fields

Hi,
Can anyone tell me where which table holds Shopping Cart information? I need to find out details like 'Completed By, and 'Completed Date'.

Hi John,
please check the transaction BBP_PD. Here you can find the tables of the SC.
You can see the changes 'completed by' either if you scroll down in the BBP_PD to the 'Versions' part. Here you can see the when and by whom the SC was changed.
Other possibility is to check the fields:
CRMD_ORDERADM_H-CHANGED_AT
CRMD_ORDERADM_H-CHANGED_BY

Hi,
Using BBP_PD transaction can find out all the tables related to shopping cart. Go to transaction BBP_PD select the object_type BUS2121 and enter any shopping cart number in object ID. Select the item shown and then you will be able to see all the tables used in SC.

How to Disable/Customize Search Help in Shopping Cart tables?

Hi,
Is there a way to disable/customize the search helps associated in a field within the Shopping Cart detail/items table? Eg. G/L Account field. I already tried disabling the Input Help in the Attribute associated with the field in the COMPONENTCONTROLLER but the seach help is still showing up.

Prasanna is right: the easiest way to change the search help for certain fields is to use the WD-Exits, in this case use of the WDDOMODIFYVIEW exit by creating an enhancement implementation.
Here can dynamically change the help-value for certain fields. I will give you a sample for accounting field G-L-Account:

SRM 7.0 Modify POWL for shopping cart - Additional Field PR

Hello,
in standard POWL for Shopping Cart it is possible to filter Carts with "Order No. from ERP".
Now we need also to add a new search field for "Purchase Requisition", that the user has both possibilites to filter for backend follow-up documents.
How could this been done?
Do we need to copy and change the feeder class for this or can is be done via Customizing?
I think the problem is, that in table BBP_PDBEI there is only one column for backend-document number (BE_OBJECT_ID) and next to is there is a column that defines the BUS Type, e.g. order or PR.
Do we need to adjust the feeder class to look in this table for the BE_OBJECT_ID with "BUS2105"?

I wish to change the cost center field in the shopping cart by making the field to empty value to force the user to manually enter the cost center value.
And where can I make the field Internal Order and AOR to mandatory?

Hi Henry,
You can use the BBP_DOC_CHANGE_BADI to make the value for the cost center field to be null.
And BBP_DOC_CHECK_BADI to make the fields mandatory. You cans raise an error message using this BAdI if the Internal order and AOR fields are left empty. If the user tries to leave these fields empty and tries to proceed further. He/She will get the error message.

Displaying Custom field in shopping cart header

Hi all, I know how to add a field to header and item levels of the shopping cart.
- In the note 672960 it says 'Note that the header fields cannot be displayed for the shopping cart. If you define fields on the header, they can only be filled in BADIs.'
However,
We are able to fill in the name of the shopping cart on the third step, which is also a part of header information. Is there a possibility to add a custom field(the user must be able to fill it) and display it in that screen???

Tables to link Shopping Cart to Workflow

I have a request to report on total dollars for shoppng carts that are sent to a particular inbox and total dollars for shopping carts that were rejected in that inbox. I've written dozens of Quickviewer queries to report on shopping cart data however I've never linked the shopping cart to workflow items.
Can this be done without writing an ABAP program to extract the workflow data?

SWW_CONTOB (The field Object key in this table will have shopping cart number)

SWW_CONT(Workflow container table which will store whether workitem is approved or rejected)

Price_C field not appearing in Shopping cart

Hi All,
I am using MDM5.5 SP02 and SRM server 5.0 and facing problem for price field
Earlier I tried to upload catalogs price with price information field , but didn't succeded.
Then I created new field in MDM console as Price_c and uploaded the price.
In UI config I mapped the New_ITEM-PRICE with the new field Price_c.
But when I go to create shopping cart , this field is not available.
Even whatever setting I have made User specific fields i.e Customise display fields ,Customize Search fields are not appearing in the Shopping cart

Hello Suds,
If you create any extra fields or tables then make sure that they have proper codes assigned to them or not in MDM Console.
If not then assigned the proper code name.just follow the code name as MDMSRM_FIELDNAME.
If the field which you have created related to any OCI field then just map with that in UI else map it with NEW_ITEM-CUST_FIELD1.
By doing this, you will get the field which you required.

UNCAUGHT_EXCEPTION message when creating a Shopping Cart

I would appreciate it if someone could provide an insight to the error message below. It occurs when the user attemps to enter a text decription shopping cart. I have checked the org structure set-up and attributes but am at a loss to to find the reason why we have this error message.

Hi Mike,
After a first look it seems to be a problem with your backend system.
Check your backend system with the function module : BBP_LOGICAL_SYSTEM_GETDETAIL
You can get the value of your backend system in debug or looking in table BBP_PDBEI for corresponding entry of your shopping cart in field be_log_system.
You can get the backend system also in table BBP_BACKEND_DEST or in SPRO going to define backend systems. Correct the error on this system should resolve yourr issue.

Fatal Error encountered while creating a Shopping Cart.

Im an amateur ABAP/WDJ Developer, and i am facing a serious issue,i would be so glad if anyone can help me out with this.
When i create a shopping cart on the portal, it goes all smooth until the checkout, when i click on checkout, it flashes an error...
"Fatal Error: com.sap.engine.lib.xml.parser.ParserException: Incorrect encoded sequence detected at character (hex) 0xa0, (bin) 10100000. Check whether the input parsed contains correctly encoded characters. Encoding used is: 'utf-8'(:main:, row:2, col:59)Exception"
I have tried taking traces and have have gone through the FMs that are called from the SRM, but with no luck.
Can anyone please help me out with this?

Did you get this issue resolved. We're having a similar problem. When the data is entered into the Shopping Cart Name field, it sometime has Hex "C2A0" which looks like the Unicode representation of the UTF-8 Non-Repeating Space character. This is user entered data and my initial thought was that they were copying and pasting from a web site, but the user claims not.

How can I delete a shopping cart.

I have been using bap CRM_status_update, but it does not place a deletion indicator on the shopping cart.

Hi,
You can update database tables manually.
If shopping cart has not been approved yet:
- At document header set "DOC_CLOSED" = X;
- At document item level, set "DEL_IND" = blank;
- At shopping cart table status set I1040 - Deleted.
If shopping cart has been approved and you want to delete all items:
- At document header set "DOC_CLOSED" = X;
- At document item level, set "DEL_IND" = X;
- At shopping cart table status set I1040 - Deleted.
If shopping cart has been approved and you want to delete only one item:
- At document item level, set "DEL_IND" = X;
You can find these tables in BBP_PD transaction.
