my 8350I shows I have 4 calls or messages, when I look for them, nothing anywhere. also, I only hear 3 rings on my end before it goes to voicemail. how can I increase the rings?

From Messages, press Alt+P to see all of your incoming and outgoing phone calls. As for the number of rings, you will have to contact your wireless provider regarding that. That's not something that is configured on your BlackBerry.

What version of iPhoto are you using? 9.6 is the current version.
Do a backup.
Quit the application.
Go to Finder and select your user/home folder. With that Finder window as the front window, either select Finder/View/Show View options or go command - J. When the View options opens, check ’Show Library Folder’. That should make your user library folder visible in your user/home folder. Select Library. Then go to Preferences/com.apple.iPhoto.plist. Move the .plist to your desktop.
Restart, open the application and test. If it works okay, delete the plist from the desktop.
If the application is the same, return the .plist to where you got it from, overwriting the newer one.

Deleted emails from my iphone not realizing it would also delete from my mac email. How can I retrieve the messages and get them back on my computer?
Did you have time machine set up? Maybe you can retrieve them from a backup.
Oh... and if your mail provider is someone like Google, They may be sitting in your all mail folder on the server. -

Clarification - you can or can't see it in Disk Utility?
In Finder, go to your user folder/library/Preferences and move the com.apple.finder.plist to your desktop.
Re-launch Finder by logging out/in and test. If it works okay, delete the plist from the desktop.
If the same, return the .plist to where you got it from, overwriting the newer ones. -

how do you see the items that are backed up to iCloud - I have 4.5 GB that I have used but I cant find where to see those items...help
That is everything in your iCloud account. Videos and camera roll photos are only included in your backup, the size and content of which you can see on your phone in Settings>iCloud>Storage & Backup>Manage Storage>tap the name of your device under Backup. This will show you the size of "Camera Roll", where these are contained. (You can't see any detail beyond that.) Photo stream photos can only been seen in your photo stream album on your phone, and they don't count against your storage so they aren't part of the 4.5 GB. Everything esle is either in the backup, the items listed in Settings>iCloud>Storage & Backup>Manage Storage, or on icloud.com, where you can see your contacts, calendars, etc.

I have just recently noticed that in my Mail inbox on my iPhone 5 it is only showing 10 or so previous messages. I have turned my phone on and off, reset mail settings and made sure I have selected show 200 recent messages but still only a few show up. I have also just added my Uni email account to my iPhone and it hasn't loaded any previous emails, it's just an emty mailbox. I really need to be able to search for my previous emails so if someone knows how to fix this please help!salsagirljennifer wrote:

I am unable to delete my photos which are synced through computer..i have upgraded to ios 7 and im using iphone 5...i tried doing it by using itunes but i cant see any photos at all...help requested
If you didn't already do so, try uninstalling iTunes and all of it's components (not just iTunes and AMDS), then reinstall iTunes, as discussed here: http://support.apple.com/kb/HT1925. Follow the article and uninstall them in the order indicated.

you can plug the phone into your laptop and check the apps you want to add, or you can go to the app store on your phone, go to the 'purchased' section and download it.

if you have a 4s, then siri is automatically on the device, she is a native "app". you might have an iphone 4, and then you cannot get siri.

Conversation doesnt show the latest message but an old one.
Each time i click on a conversation in Mail, it doesnt show the latest message, but on old one. Changing the settings to 'place latest message on top' (sorry don't know exactly how they have translated this, I am running Dutch version) does not fix this.

If you are having an issue with your iPhone only showing the most recent message of a conversation in the Messages application, and you have already tried restarting and resetting the iPhone, the next thing to try would be to back up any data on the iPhone, erase it and set it up as a new device.
