That is everything in your iCloud account. Videos and camera roll photos are only included in your backup, the size and content of which you can see on your phone in Settings>iCloud>Storage & Backup>Manage Storage>tap the name of your device under Backup. This will show you the size of "Camera Roll", where these are contained. (You can't see any detail beyond that.) Photo stream photos can only been seen in your photo stream album on your phone, and they don't count against your storage so they aren't part of the 4.5 GB. Everything esle is either in the backup, the items listed in Settings>iCloud>Storage & Backup>Manage Storage, or on icloud.com, where you can see your contacts, calendars, etc.

Try these two ways to fix the iPhone (in order). If neither works, you would have to take it to the store.
1. Reset the iPhone. Hold the on/off and home buttons togehter for about 10 seconds. If it works, you'll get the Apple logo and then something good should happen.
2. Try recovery mode as described here:

If one of these work, you can then re-introduce the iPhone to Find My iPhone by doing Settings > iCloud > Find My iPhone = "On" on the device.

I wish, essentially you have an image file of your personal information integrated with parts of IOS in the cloud server. If you had it on your computer - you could use one of the software extractors (bunch with google search, paid and free). From icloud server it can be restored to other iphone, ipod touch, ipad - then backed up or imported to computer for you. Then that other device can return to your friend or family member. That is the only way I can think of.

You can dispute any charges by doing an Arbitration or Mediation. I have never done it, so I can not help much there but this all may get you started.

Your email won't have the same confirmation number as it was ordered over the phone. You will need the last name used for the order, the location code (this ends in 01) and an order number (five to six digit number). Please keep us posted if you need further assistance with this.

How can I download past purchases that are not in my icloud? Somehow I lost songs it says that the orginal files can not be located. They are still available in the store but it doesn't give me the option to download them. I did not delete any songs or files but I am missing a lot of files

The "missing file" error happens if the file is no longer where iTunes expects to find it. Possible causes are that you or some third party tool has moved, renamed or deleted the file, or that the drive it lives on has had a change of drive letter. It is also possible that iTunes has changed from expecting the files to be in the pre-iTunes 9 layout to post-iTunes 9 layout, or vice-versa, and so is looking in slightly the wrong place.
Select a track with an exclamation mark, use Ctrl-I to get info, then cancel when asked to try to locate the track. Look on the summary tab for the location that iTunes thinks the file should be. Now take a look around your hard drive(s). Hopefully you can locate the track in question. If a section of your library has simply been moved, or a drive letter has changed, it should be possible to reverse the actions.
If another application like Windows Media Player has moved/renamed the files then the chances are that subtle differences in naming strategies will make it hard to restore the media to the precise path that iTunes is expecting. In such cases, as long as the missing files can be found somewhere, you should be able to use my FindTracks script to reconnect them to iTunes. See this post for an explanation of how it works.
If you have to resort to trying to pull back the library from your iPod see Recover your iTunes library from your iPod or iOS device.
Note also that if iTunes has an entry for a song, even if that entry is broken, then it won't offer that track for download since it "thinks" you already have it. If you can't find the original files or recover them from a device, then you may need to delete the broken entries, close iTunes and reopen before you can access the past purchases.

Photos in an iOS backup cannot be viewed, not until you've restored the backup to a device, and they can't be viewed on a computer.
I'm assuming you are refering to photos in an iOS backup from a device and not photo stream, which is not a backup.

Unfortunately, you cannot view them and I would not recommend to only store your photos via iCloud, because iCloud will only do a backup of your device including the photos that you have currently stored in your Camera Roll. I would recommend to store them (manually or via Photo Stream) on Mac/PC or with another cloud storage service like Dropbox.

i recently updated my ipad 2 to ios 5 and dislike the new tabs bar at the top of the page and would like to change back to the old full page of previews

I hate the tabs and would revert back to the old iOS if I could just to get the old Safari back. I often keep websites open that I want to revisit later, and being able to look at the preview to remember what it was was very helpful... now I have to flip through the tabs, wait for the pages to load, and look at the content in order to figure out if that's the page I want or not. To me this really negatively impacts my entire iPad experience. Hopefully there is another browser I can download that has the old functionality, and hopefully Apple listens to these complaints and gives users the option to go back. I complained to Apple... hopefully they listen like they did when they gave us the screen lock button back.

I am working on a 40 page magazine and suddenly after one of the spread the gray desktop is 10 inches long instead of 2 so I have to scroll really far to get to the next spread. Anyone know what I did accidentally and how to change it back, really annoying when scrolling through the document...

One way you might be able to navigate is to use open up your pages by pressing F12 and once you see your pages as thumbnails, you can right click outside of the display page area and click on "Panel Options" to change the thumbnail size of your 40 page document.
You may use that avenue to navigate. Or press "Shift+Ctrl+Alt+0" to view your "Entire Pasteboard".
Alternatively, you might try this: "Adobe InDesign * Managing pages and spreads"
Though it might be useful to print screen to determine the issue you're getting, so that others can narrow it down?

I have a lovely playlist system setup but when I go to the actual music files I'm presented with a huge list of artists and within that a album link and then finaly the song file etc.. mixed albums are a nightmare to find! I would really just like a list which looks like my playlist. i.e. album name or whatever I called it and then the songs files in it!.
Is there a setting to get itunes to organise it this way?, Is it a possible to do this to my exsisting files without manually trawling through a million files?.

But why would you want this?
iTunes is responsible for the File Management, let it get on with it, you do your organisation in the iTunes window. And everything you need to do, you can do via the iTunes Window. Want to find the file of a track quickly? Right click on it in the iTunes Window and select Show File: A finder window pops open with the file already selected.
