Since I installed iClouds, I've been getting 3-way texting on my iphone4S.

Just installed iClouds when I updated my iPhone 4S to IOS7. Now when my wife sends a text to my son, I get a copy on my phone. I think that I included her phone number as one of my contacts when I was setting up my phone after iClouds install. How do I change settings so that I don't get 3-way texting?

Since I installed ICloud, I have had problems sending email and it insists on pulling from over 3000 old emails. I get 50 at a time in each of 4 accounts. As soon as I delete them (manually), I get 50 more. I am now back to September. These emails were long deleted off my PC so I don't even know where they came from. There is nothing wrong with the OS update.
Delete ALL your email accounts.
Restart Playbook
Put the accounts back and ensure they are all set with PUSH ON. Manual (push off) will burn battery.
Similarly delete your wifi connections and add back when required.
Turn off wifi is not connected to wifi.
Any "hunting for connection" in email or wifi will burn up battery.

Also try turning Off Face Time
Open Face Time
Go to the Preferences
Set it to Off.
Also make sure your router has the Time and Date/Time Zone set as this upsets Face Time which in turn upsets IChat

Try going to Settings>Messages>Send & Receive and uncheck the email address(es) shown under "You can be reached by iMessage at". If that doesn't work, you'll have to tap the ID, sign out, then sign back in with a different Apple ID for iMessage.

Since the firefox update i have been getting spam pop up windows

New windows keep popping up with money scams since the new update of firefox. I am working on an imac and have never had pop up windows before.

Also when I click on the link in my email to activate my account (in the hopes that a solve will be emailed to me) I get this message -

Hi Since installing iCloud i have been getting the pinwheel on and off a lot when using mail on my macbook pro. Does anybody know how to make that go away? Perhaps it's going back and forth to the cloud a lot?

I had a very similar problem, error 4251. (look in your log you will see that error) Since I finally fixed my problem, I thought I would see if I can help someone else.
What I found is that I lost burn ability in both iTunes AND Windows. Like you did. I did some digging and found that this wasn't hardware related at all. In fact, this boils down to a registry key getting messed up. (sigh) Yeah. It causes the system to get a bad 'handle'.
OK, here's what to try. Go to this Microsoft KB article. Scroll down and find the *manual* instructions for Vista. Delete the registry key that it specifies. Reboot. Now verify that you can burn in Windows. (If you have a RW disc, do a disc erase, or just try and burn from Windows Media Player.) If that is working now, you're on the right track.
Now the issue is that iTunes will still be broken. Go and install the latest Gear driver. (I know you may have done it, but do it again.) Now follow the intructions in this Apple KB article to verify the "GEARAspiWDM" info is back there in the registry. Now reboot. Try and burn in iTunes.

Some have found relief just by reinstalling, but it is more than likely incompatible third-party applications that slow it down.
You will have to investigate to see what it is.
Open Activity Monitor and see if anything is using a lot of CPU% or Memory. If they are, check to see if there is an update for them.
Another place to look is the Console. See if anything is logging repeating messages with throttling and/or respawn in the All Messages list.
Sometimes it is not that easy to root out the problems, but if you have anything that purported to clean, protect, optimize, maintain, or flush your system, then that is likely the cause.

You need to sign into the old account on your computer.
