Don't know what more to ask. I looked at the known problems and couldn't make any sense of the answers

You need to sync them in iTunes and download them there, then simply open them from the folder where they are stored in other programs.

Since installing Mavericks on my iMac my outgoing talktalk mail has stopped working. Incoming talktalk mail works fine as does iCloud outgoing and incoming. I have checked settings and these all appear ok. My MacbookAir without Mavericks continues to work fine with the same talktalk router etc used with the iMac.
Has anybody else had this ?

Since Firefox 9.0.1 was installed, Firefox is crashing nearly everytime I try to visit a website, please can you help me ? Thanks

If I try to read my email, it crashes 2 or 3 times before it works. The same with nearly every other website that is required to 'load' up. It never did before Firefox 9.0.1 was installed. I have try un-installing and re-installing, but it is still the same problem. I have checked for malware, spyware and viruses and there are none. It's getting really annoying as I can also be typing an email for example, and it crashes and I have to start again. My computer runs on Vista. Please can you advise me. Thanks. Thank you for your suggestions. I have un-installed the Trusteer Rapport program and so far, so good. No problems with crashing and everything is working so much quicker now. I suppose my computer may be less protected without the Rapport program, but I will run my AVG and Malware programs once per week now and keep them updated. I had no problems when I didn't have the Rapport up to the time when I first installed it. I'm meaning problems with security rather than a slow browser.

My home page opens fine but sub pages attempt to load from the local drive. Not a problem with IE.

Some time ago, while doing a bunch of things at once, FF asked me a question...not sure what it was as I was distracted by other things...I answered "yes" and since then my own website's subpages attempt to load from my C drive. This is not a problem with the homepage itself and it does not occur with other browsers. Driving me crazy and no one seems to know what is the problem...only with FireFox

I never intentionally entered a <BASE local in the html and I don't think there is one, but you can check the source yourself.
This was never a problem until one day, while doing 50 things at once, I went to my website and FF popped up a question...Don't remember what it was and, in my haste I just said "yes", I think...and this problem has occurred ever since!!!

Mail doesn't save password for iCloud IMAP account (works fine with other email providers)

Mavericks Mail doesn't save the password for my iCloud IMAP account no matter how many times I enter it into Preferences or enter it when prompted. Doesn't seem to be saving in Keychain or wherever it should be saved. Passwords for all other email providers that I use are saved. Any suggestions on how to fix this? Thanks!!!!!

All the toolbars on my desktop disappeared suddenly in Firefox. I look at various suggestions (press Alt, F10, F11 etc) but nothing has worked. I started working on my laptop but soon the toolbars there disappeared just the same. Can you advise?

It appears that the update made the iPd incompatible with the Sony dock. Try contacting Sony. Downgrading the iOS is not supported by Apple.

TV on demand not working with FF on XP partition works fine with iexplorer or on Linux partition?

I have been use firefox on XP and Linux for years and I watch and listen to the BBC iplayer as well as four on demand, five on demand ect. a few days ago this just stopped working.
At first I thought it was the iplayer not working but tried looking at other site and they are not working. Youtube is fine though.
When I switched to my Linux partition it works fine then I tried iexplorer and the sites works fine.
I have explored at length for answers online and the only thing I have come up with is 'Npdsplay dll' plugin for FF but I appear to have the latest version.
Should I try one of the fix tools online I am always a bit dubious about these downloads?

There are a number of active threads concerning the latest Flash player plugin (11.3) and the latest Firefox (13). Not all users are experiencing the same issues, but things to check include the following:
- Conflict with Realplayer Browser Record plugin (to disable this, open Add-ons from the orange Firefox button or the classic Tools menu and look under the Extensions and Plugins categories)

I have itunes installed on computer but when I click on the itunes shortcut it says it has stopped working, tried to update and it said it had done it but still coming up with itunes has stopped working. Don't know what else to do?

Does iTunes not see the phone?
If not, make sure you're running the current version of iTunes.

As for iPhoto, you will have to purchase a newer version. It's not a free upgrade. Or, you can use Image Capture, which is built into OS X, to import the photos.

Since installing firefox4.0b5 sound has stopped working with flash. Still works normally with 3.6.x and was working with 4.0b1

Yesterday I downloaded the latest nightly build of minefield and flash stopped working. I re-installed flash, still now joy. I copied all plugins from usr/lib64/plugins to .plugins and videos then played in flash but without sound. Sound continues to work normally in Firefox3.6.x and in Opera. Strange, it is now working again, I can't think of anything I have changed. - I uninstalled nspluginwrapper and re-installed it, re-booted and that didn't seem to make any difference but just clicked on a video and it played fine with sound. Really annoying because I don't know what to do next time if it happens again.
