SIT Not storing in Forms--Resolved Thank you Mike

Question

Dear All,
I have created SIT's and enabled approval through AME. But the Data is not saving in tables after approval.
itz very urget to be resolved as my uat is on 17th.

Hi Jithin,
Been looking into this for a while.
The easiest way is to create two separate sits, two separate functions, and two separate workflow processes (one for Loan Request and one for Advance Salary request). You can then create 2 ame rules. One where the condition workflow process = XX_LOAN_REQUEST_JSP_PRC has one set of approvers, and one where condition workflow process = XX_ADVANCE_SALARY_REQUEST_JSP_PRC has a different set of approvers.
I have been trying to create a AME attribute that looks at individual SIT attributes but I don't think it is possible as the attributes don't seem to be populated into 'HR_API_TRANSACTION_VALUES' when creating a SIT transaction.
Instead I have been trying to use the SIT name as an AME attribute, and I have it working (although its not perfect)
Try:
Create AME attribute:
XX_SIT_NAME
String
Dynamic:
select distinct hv.varchar2_value from HR_API_TRANSACTION_STEPS hs, hr_api_transactions ht, hr_api_transaction_values hv
where hs.transaction_id = ht.transaction_id
and hs.transaction_step_id = hv.transaction_step_id
and ht.transaction_id = :transactionId
and hv.name = 'P_STRUCTURE_CODE'
order by ht.transaction_id desc
This returns the sit flex name during a transaction.
Create AME condition:
XX_SIT_NAME = XX_MY_LOAN_REQUEST_SIT (or whatever the name of your SIT is)
Create AME rule:
use condition XX_SIT_NAME = XX_MY_LOAN_REQUEST_SIT and then create the approval chain
I have this working, but it is restricted, i.e. you can only update one SIT at a time, with one row.
There may be someone out there who has better SQL skills than me who can solve this? but at least its a start.
