Ik kan Editor niet meer openen. Elements 12 staat op mijn harddisk vanaf een gekochte CD, heeft ruim een jaar goed gewerkt, maar wil nu niet meer starten. Ook niet nadat ik opnieuw heb geïnstalleerd vanaf de originele CD. Wie kent dit probleem en kan mij helepen de Editor weer werkend te krijgen?

I had my laptop wiped and had to reinstall all programms it previously had. I had adobe photoshop elements 8.0 *Licenced Version and I have lost the disk, but I have got the License Code. Where do I go and How do I re-install it again???

If you downloaded from the Adobe store, you might be able to go into your Adobe store account and redownload. If you had a physical you are out of luck and will have to purchase an upgrade to the latest version.

Just user to user....based on past and current history, Adobe Tech Support is not going to help you with a technical issue which is preventing you from using your purchased serial number for Photoshop Elements. Version 12 is not the current version. And, the Adobe Tech Support is limited even for the current version which is 13. If this matter involves a purchased activated serial number trapped on a crashed computer while you are trying to install on a 3rd computer, then probably Adobe Chat Activation can be of assistance. If that is the case and you want to explore that possibility, then click on the following link

b. Have you verified your Photoshop Elements serial number at the Adobe web site (http://www.adobe.com) - after signing in with your
Adobe ID and Password, type My Products in the Search field and follow the path to your product in My Products. Click on Adobe
Photoshop Elements 12 in your list to reveal the serial number.
c. Do the install with antivirus and firewall(s) disabled.

Wacom Bamboo Tablet with Adobe Photoshop Elements 8.0 install on Newly bought Windows 8.1 laptop

So I bought a Wacom bamboo tablet a while back when I had windows 7, which it came with Adobe Photoshop 8 on a CD with product code. I upgraded and bought a new laptop with windows 8 and no CD drive. While I managed to re download the things needed to make my tablet work from their site, I realized I can't download Adobe elements 8 for my laptop because of two things:
1) I have no CD drive
2) Adobe Photoshop Elements 8.0 seems to only be for windows 7 and under.
My question is Is there any way for me to get this back on my laptop or am I out of luck in that department? I'm not quite sure I can manage the money to purchase the newer Elements for windows 8. Is it hopeless for me to work with this program again?

Currently I have had to often downloads and sift through all my files to find the ones I want to open into itunes, and it's irritating.

Media is only where the user puts it.
Installing iTunes does not and has never caused media to magically appear on the computer.
Copy the ENTIRE iTunes folder from the old computer (or backup of the old computer) to the new computer.

Yes, you can download it to another machine if you need to and should never have to purchase the same version more than once. Your license allows you to have it installed and activated on two machines. If you get a new machine before the first one breaks you can deactivate it on the old one just to have the extra activation still available.

I recently had my harddisk cleared and re-installed with Windows8. The Adobe Photoshop Elements 10 was wiped with the rest of the hard disk. I cannot re-install the Adobe software in my newly formatted laptop running Windows 8. Can you help please?

If you do not have it on disc, then download it, install it, and activate it with your serial numnber. If you need to download it, if you purchased it online thru Adobe look for a link in your Adobe account online. You can also download the trial version and activate it with your serial number...

They already damaged you Mac by fooling with the BootCamp partition without knowing what they were doing. I wouldn't suggest haveing them help you do anything.

First, see if you can boot into the Recovery HD. Restart and hold down cmd-r until you see the gray screen. It should boot into Recovery. If your Mac shipped with Lion or Mountain Lion, it will boot into Internet Recovery if it cannot boot into the Recovery HD on the hard drive.
They should have tried this at the store.

However it does not have a cd drive. I used a portable hard drive to move the contents of the directory from the old laptop to the new laptop, but I don't know how to install.
