Skipping a path using find in user directory

Question

Does anyone know the syntax to search for a filename through the user directory, but skipping at least one (maybe more) paths within that user directory? I have tried this:
find /Users/casdvm \( -name AlbumData.xml \! -path /Users/casdvm/Library/iApps \)
and this:
find /Users/casdvm -name AlbumData.xml \! -path /Users/casdvm/Library/iApps
And the results are the same for each:
/Users/casdvm/Documents/Cathouse/AlbumData.xml
/Users/casdvm/Documents/Family/AlbumData.xml
/Users/casdvm/Library/iApps/iPhoto/AlbumData.xml
/Users/casdvm/Pictures/iPhoto Library/AlbumData.xml
/Users/casdvm/Pictures/Review01/AlbumData.xml
How can I return all the files EXCEPT the one in the /Users/casdvm/Library/iApps path?

Hi casdvm,
   The -path argument only evaluates to true if the argument matches the absolute path to the file being tested exactly, not as a substring. However, it will accept shell wildcards so you could use something like:
find /Users/casdvm -name AlbumData.xml \! -path /Users/casdvm/Library/iApps/\*
or even:
find /Users/casdvm -name AlbumData.xml \! -path /Users/casdvm/Library/\*
