Small error in pl/sql...

Question

Hi,
I am trying to delete a row dynamically with the following code.
Can anybody tell me what is the wrong?.
serial_no field is varchar2(50) in table.
do I need to add any ' to a ??

I am passing the value 123-456-789 for :serial_entry.fm_serial_number
so ideally one row from VFI_PICKSLIP_SERIAL_ERRORS should get deleted which
is exists in table as serial_no = 123-456-789
if you trace the below code the value u will get for temp_part1 is 123-456-789.
So this row has to get deleted from the table.
