Sneak Preview 2004s ABAP error

Question

Hi All,
I’m currently wrestling with the Sneak Preview/ABAP download. When I execute SAPinst, I get the following error:

I’m using j2sdk1.4.2_09.
I’ve installed MS Lookback adapter and updated host file with IP address. Host settings are:
127.0.0.1       localhost
192.168.0.1     CFLAPTOP
Users all have admin authorization
Set environment Variables  JAVA_HOME to C:\j2sdk1.4.2_09
                       PATH to C:\j2sdk1.4.2_09\bin
Windows XP 2003 (SP2)
Ports 3201, 3601 and 50000 to 50030 are free.
Any help <u>really</u> appreciated.

You are installing on Windows XP SP2?

On local policies you need;
Act as part of the operating system
Adjust memory quotas for a process
Replace a process level token
