So I cant talk to support on a phone

I was just charged $60 for a yearly calling plan to call Germany from the US. Problem is I forgot about the recuring charges and they just wacked my paypal for the money without even a heads up e-mail saying that it would be renewed soon. Since I live in Germany now this is a total waste of money for me!!
How do I get my money back? And who can I call?

With the Error 2, let's try a standalone Apple Application Support install. It still might not install, but fingers crossed any error messages will give us a better idea of the underlying cause of the issue.

Try a reset:
Hold the Sleep and Home button down until you see the Apple logo.

Crashed very unhappy i cant receive tech support because itunes my iphone 4 after loading to new pc

As a loyal iphone user for years,I just realized you cant get tech support after 90 days of purchase.No one has ever told me this until today after i downloaded itunes to my new laptop and lost everything! I called apple and they said they cant help me! Seriously???? I pay them over 200 dollars a month! Anyone else have this problem? How can I fix it? I love my iphone but after being told that i am thinking of switching to windows!

That is the way the Limited Warranty has worked since the iPhone 3G. Purchasing the Extended Warranty(AppleCare) will get you another year of hardware support in the store as well as phone support.
Also, you pay you wireless carrier monthly not Apple.

Try the Boot Camp Assistant when you are in OS X and download those and follow the directions in BCA utility.
Then look up the Boot Camp forum. I suspect you thought this was MBP related forum, it is for 65 lb tower model (and well the new "nMP Late 2013 Mac Pro" http://www.apple.com/support/macpro/

Use a supported SIM card.
Remove/re-install the SIM.
Try a different SIM.

While on a call, the iPhone display should go black when lifted to your ear. Is this not happening or only happening intermittently?
Have you tried making calls without your silicone case on? Does this make any difference?
You could try updating or restoring the software to try to rule that out as a cause. If the issue remains after restoring then the issue is probably hardware related and may need to be serviced.
