Trace/BPT trap
I've been neglecting this server for months and it appears the library is just gone.  I don't have physical access, but ssh is still working.  My only guess is to try and find a copy of the library and copy it in, but I've had no luck finding a site to get just the library from.  Welcome all suggestions.  This seams to affect serverAdmin, apache.  All kinds of stuff.

I'd get an external backup via booting an installation DVD and using Disk Utility to copy the disk contents to an external device, on the off chance that the disk or the file system is failing, and it just happened to fail underneath that file or that directory. 
The external backup gives you a recovery path if this OS X Server is sicker than just this file, or if any of the following should go wrong.
I'd then use the installation DVD again, and verify the volume. (Resetting the protections probably won't hurt, either.)
If that fails, I'd reload the OS X Server 10.6.8 combo update - the combo update, and not the delta update - and see if that resolves this.  The combo will reload all of the OS X Server changes from 10.6 to 10.6.8, and can sometimes resolve these cases.
