To collect the information about the Database time, OLAP Time, Front End time, No. of records selected /transfered etc in the following three ways:
1.By analysing the contents of table " RSDDSTAT"
2.By using T-codes ST03 or ST03N
3.By implimenting BW Statistics Business Content - you need to install, feed data and through ready made reports which for analysis.
You can go to T-Code DB20 which gives you all the performance related information like
Partitions
Databases
Schemas
Buffer Pools
Tablespaces etc

There was also an easy way to get the latest podcast, called "get more like this?" now you have to switch app and do a search, so tedious. I now get the latest podcast by syncing with my macbook.

Probably you are thinking that Oracle database is a kind of file something like which we sees other files like .txt, .doc, .pdf etc which we sees by ls or dir commands. Of course there are files for Oracle database, but they have their own nomenclature and setup which finds in C:\oraclexe\oradata\XE\ (For example in Windows) or /usr/lib/oracle/xe/oradata/XE/ (For example in Linux).
By default, the database is started for you after installation and every time your computer is restarted. However, to reduce the overall performance load on the system, you can manually stop the database, and then manually restart it later.

Ok, now if you wish to login to the database (we don't says "see" the database, because database is different thing than a picture or image ), you just open your command window and say :
sqlplus sys/your_password_of_sys_user as sysdba
If you get SQL> prompt, you have logged in the database as sys user and this is your database.
If you wish to login with different user then you can :
1.login from command window by sqlplus username/password
2.login from SQL> prompt by connect username/password

Assuming you're using Solaris 8 or above try prstat
prstat -am will show more or less the same output as TOP.
There's also commands such as swap -l and swap -s, vmstat, mpstat, iostat which can be used to monitor performance as well.

Is there a way to see the photo information on the iCloud sharing pages?

There seems to be an issue with Apple wanting people to see the information for each photo easily. When I share a photo in a shared album on iCloud, I don't see the title nor do I see any photo information, only the date that the photo was shared.
I DO see the date of the picture when it's in slide show view, in light font at the bottom right-easy to miss, but not when it's the basic view that allows us to scroll through the photos.
Is there a way to see the title and date of the photos on the left where the black space is and the sharing info is?
It seems that this whole Photos program is half-done...

There is an App at the App store called "Battery Magic". You can get a trial version, (free) that will show you what you want to know, including battery life, and how long you can play games, music and other things on your current battery life.
You can also download the full version. I think its $0.99.

Try to find your item in Documents table. Then, take dFormat and find the corresponding in DocFormats and ExtensionFormatMap tables.
If something's missing you may try to define it in Configuration Manager. Otherwise, somebody from support will have to see your system.

[Solved] How to see the VSFTPD's logs

I need to see the connections log: When a user logs in or logs out, its IP address, etc.
Using
journalctl -u vsftpd
The only thing can see are the connection fails.
Any idea about how to see the connection logs?

Not able to see the additional information fields in OIE

Hi,
After applying some patches in OIE, the additional information fields in expense report are not visible.
In Internet Expenses setup and Administration, these fields are set as 'Required'.
When we try to save the expense report, it is throwing an error that these fields are required.
But these fields are not visible to enter the information. Is any setup required for the same ?

On my quad G5, on the space designer tests going from L7 to L8 on 10.4 lost about 25% of available plugins. Going to 10.5 on L8 (I haven't checked L7 on 10.5 yet) that drop went up to about 50%. On the sculpture test, it only lost one plugin each step of the way.
I'll post complete numbers when I'm done testing. I'm very curious how intel boxes compare (I'll probably test my intel mini over the weekend). I also wonder if it's a case of L8 doing poorly with songs created in L7, I may create the same songs from scratch in L8 and see if that improves anything.
While benchmarking apps are interesting, they don't necessarily reflect how real apps run. It looks like xbench isn't 64 bit or even multicore aware, making it of limited use. There's another benchmarking app called geekbench if you want to check out an alternative.

Can you see the delivery destination on the tracking information?

I'm thinking that I made a mistake on my delivery address.
When I realize the mistake, I changed the address. from IL to FL.
I received the email from Apple, that my new order has been shipped (Ipad).
When I track my order on FEDEX, I only can see PICKED UP. on Nashville TN.
And I can't see the destination city or area. (normally all the Fedex shipments have information about destination).
And the tracking is still on PICKED UP, why is not IN TRANSIT? (2 days picking the package up??)
I live in FL.

Call Apple and see what they can do. My guess would be that if you tried to change your order in any way after the status was changed from Processing, you won't have success. And if the address was listed as IL, not Florida at the time of shipping, your item is likely headed to IL. If your item is listed as picked up, it's not in transit because all iPads are being held at the shipper until the 16th as the earliest delivery date.

How to see the history of the commands ran in the Airwave CLI (bash) and also in the DB (psql)

Q: How to check the old commands (history of commands) ran in the Airwave CLI and also in the DB (pgsql) ?
A: Any commands we ran on the Airwave CLI or in the DB they are logged in a file in /root directory.
we could log in to the Airwave CLI and execute the below commands to see the history in the files below:
# cd /root
# ls -al
This above command will print out a list of files, among those are the below two files:
.bash_history (If we open the file either with cat or less, we will see the list of commands which we executed on the Airwave CLI)
.psql_history (This file will have all the sql commands executed in Airwave DB)
These files will have the history from the installation, unless, if any user manaully edits or deletes the file.

it is correct that there is no sample iView that shows the History of Crystal Reports that are stored in Crystal Enterprise but there a sample codes on our web site and there are sample codes as part of the SDK documentation that show how to call the history and you should be able to take the code and create your own Java or ASP iView based on that.

We have 5 Exchange 2013 servers and when I’m trying to run a script that includes the cmd-let Get-MessageTrackinglog with StartDate = the first of the month and with EndDate = the end of the month I get the following error message after
a couple of hours. The script is run on the server SERVER01 and goes through the Message Tracking logs of all Exchange servers. I have tried the script on other servers and get the same result.

Check the time on your Exchange server(s) relative to the DCs and ensure they are in correct sync
Use another account which is assigned the Organization Management permission and log to to the server run the command in shell and see the results
Run
Add-PSSnapin -Name Microsoft.Exchange.Management.PowerShell.E2010
Set-Adserversettings -ViewEntireForest $True and then run message tracking command and see the results
If none of the above helps you may need to remove and re-install the WinRM and see the results
