[Solved] Where does Chrome get it's GTK+ info from?
In XFCE I use Greybird as my gtk2/gtk3 theme and Zukitwo for my window manager theme. I like the way Chromium looks when you click on "Use GTK+ theme" but the titlebar doesn't match the rest of my windows. As far as I know there's no way to set up a manifest.json so that Chrome uses system icons so I'm going to have to edit Greybird. My question is what file in the Greybird theme does Chrome pull it's GTK+ info from?
Here's a picture of the differences between my custom theme and 'use gtk+ theme'.

The Shimmer Project added the above mentioned customizations to Chromium in their Greybird theme. This can be found in the file gtk-2.0/gtkrc:
gtkrc wrote:
# Google Chrome/Chromium theming (requires 9.0.597 or newer)
style "chrome-gtk-frame"
ChromeGtkFrame::frame-color = shade (0.5, @bg_color)
ChromeGtkFrame::inactive-frame-color = shade (0.5, @bg_color)
ChromeGtkFrame::frame-gradient-size = 100
ChromeGtkFrame::frame-gradient-color = shade (1.08,@bg_color)
ChromeGtkFrame::inactive-frame-gradient-color = shade (1.08,@bg_color)
ChromeGtkFrame::scrollbar-trough-color = @base_color
ChromeGtkFrame::scrollbar-slider-prelight-color = @panel_bg
ChromeGtkFrame::scrollbar-slider-normal-color = shade (1.4, @panel_bg)
class "ChromeGtkFrame" style "chrome-gtk-frame"
Keep in mind, this is a GTK2 override and has nothing to do with the window decorations. They themed Chromium's tabs and the like to match the xfwm4 Greybird theme. Without this override, the colors would not match. I actually like what they've done. Chromium is not the only application they customized to match Greybird.

Where does ARD get it's DNS information from? Wrong DNS name reported.
It's very strange...ARD is reporting a DNS name for one of my servers that has long been removed from my network. I can't figure out where it's pulling this info from? The servers real DNS name is not being reported at all. I know the IP this new server has is a recycled IP from an earlier server that may have had that DNS name associated with it but that was literally three years ago. How do I change this? Whenever I try to rename it manually it just flips right back.
Hi Rab1967 ,
The first question :
The IP addresses are from host records .The name of the record is the domain name(In the zone ,the name is displayed as “ same as parent folder “ .) .
The second question :
When we type characters in nslookup ,it will query for host records by default .To see the settings of nslookup ,type
set all .
For detailed process of the query ,we can use debug mode of nslookup .
To enter debug mode ,type
nslookup and then type set d2 .
Here is the guide for using nslookup :

Where does iCloud source all it's contacts from?
Hi,
I have a really random thing happening on my iCloud (obviously effecting all my apple devices, iPhone 4S, Macbook Pro):
I have recently had a whole lot of old contacts turn up in my iCloud contacts. Now there weird thing is:
- these contacts are from a cell phone I would've had about 5 years ago
- it wasn't a smart phone, was something like a basic nokia or sony ericsson or something
- the phone was on a different number, and a different sim card, and possibly a different network
- the contacts weren't stored on the sim card that is currently in my iPhone
- I didn't do any importing of any kind, they just showed up in my contacts
- The names of the contacts are showing exactly how I put them in my old phone, ie, the name + some way to remember them (like Gary the guitar guy), so can't have been synced from anything like Facebook.
My question is, where does iCloud gather it's contact info from?? Over the years I have had hotmail, gmail, facebook, myspace, bebo, etc, does it link with them somehow?
I receive Microsoft Exchange mail and Gmail on my iPhone, but none of these old contacts show up in the contacts of these two accounts?
So confusing, and kinda creepy! Anyone know what is going on??
ThanksOhhhhh whoops just realised what I have done haha
I copied a whole lot of crap off an old hard drive onto my MacBook Pro .. included in the crap was an old backup of a vCard database I must've done ages ago .. MacBook found it and decided to import it into my contacts automatically!
As you were, Macbook ... -
Where Does documents gets stored using FM SO_DOCUMENT_INSERT_API1
Hi All,
I am using FM SO_DOCUMENT_INSERT_API1 to store document from WD interface. Now I have couple of questions
1) Is this FM creates a sap office document
If yes how do I transfer SAP office documents storage from table SOFFCONT1 (default) to external content server.
Now If its a sap office document I have refereed this [link|Re: Generic Object Services]
and when I go to change storage catagory and change document area in transaction OACT to document management system it gives me prompt Repository SOFFDB does not have an explicit document area.
Please clarify over above two points.
Thanks in Advance

Where does Lion get its usernames? (former Linux user)
Just some minutes ago, I opened the lid of my Macbook and noticed that something was using the CPU for 50% continuously. When I opened Activity Monitor, the only two CPU-using processes were kernel_task and WindowsServer, but not enough to cover 50%.
Safari also wouldn't respond. Force-quitting worked, but starting it again would show the window but then result in a spinning beachball of death.
When I opened the terminal, the prompt said "I have no name!@macbook$ "
When I typed the command "id", it gave me a user ID (502) but no username!
After killing all apps and mucking about, the CPU suddenly went back to the normal 3-5% usage, and everything worked fine again.
Obviously, something went wrong with the process that does the user identification. As a former Linux user, I'd say the user data resides in /etc/passwd but that's not where it's at. Where does Lion get its usernames and passwords?OK thanks for the DSCL tip. I've found another thread with the same symptoms:

The logs of the opendirectoryd process show that it restarted itself (from /var/log/opendirectoryd.log):

The system logs show a couple of errors from coreservicesd:

And then thousands of these two lines follow:

Let's see if it happens again in the future. I'm logging this for reference and Google. -

Where does SMC get the power to reset?
Where does SMC get the power to reset?
The SMC is maintained when the battery is connected or the charger is. When removed the SMC's content is erased. However, if your computer has a PRAM battery, then the SMC may use that instead of the main battery. But not all notebooks have a PRAM battery but rely on the main battery only. All depends on the specific motherboard design. Typically, these lithium cells have a maximum life of around 5 years.
In any case you have not stated what you think the problem is with your SMC, so I cannot say whether your assumption about having a dead PRAM battery is correct. If you cannot maintain PRAM settings, then that would be more indicative or the battery being dead. -

Where does apex get user details from for login in
sorry for this stupid question. I have been looking up in google "where does apex get user details from for login in" and nothing answers my question. Basically I wanted to know when you log in your application how does apex know you have access to this application. How does it know you are a valid user because I am creating an application which basically checks if a user exist in one database and also checks if he/she exist in the second database.
Thanks you and sorry if this is very newbieIn the page 101 which is the login in page in the login in process. I have this in the source its not working in term of it is not letting me login in anymore even though I exist in the user table.

Where does the JeelyBeans look and feel come from?
Where does the JellyBeans Swing look & feel come from that is used in
Workshop UI?
-NickNick -- Thanks for the kind words.
While we don't have plans to make the look and feel available outside of the IDE,
you may want to check out some of the other look and feel resources within the
Java community such as
www.javootoo.com
or
http://directory.google.com/Top/Computers/Programming/Languages/Java/Class_Libraries/Graphics/User_Interface_Classes/Look_and_Feels/?tc=1
We did use JDK 1.4 for Workshop and were very pleased with its performance and
other aspects.

I think it would be excellent if BEA made the JellyBeans look and feel

There is a distinct interest in developing C# clients purely due to the
fact
that Swing doesnt perform and doesnt look good. JDK1.4 reportedly has
numerous performance improvents. What is missing is a good look and feel.
The Jelly Beans look and feel is quite good (I suspect that it is no
accident that its flat look is similar to Visual Studion .NET.).
I think that encouraging developers to remain with Java for GUI clients
can
only be good for Java and in turn J2EE as a whole. A pure java environment
would be much better than a deliberatly mixed environment. Java RMI is
much
simpler than SOAP, etc.
Aside from the ultruistic viewpoint, we would dearly like to use it in
our
Swing applications - perhaps we can stave off a turn to C# / .net clients.
