1. Be sure you're in range of your Wi-Fi router (access point).
2. Tap Settings > Wi-Fi and turn Wi-Fi off and on. If your W-Fi setting is dimmed,follow these steps.
3. Confirm that your Wi-Fi router and cable or DSL modem are connected to power, turned on, and connected to the Internet. If not, refer to your network administrator or Internet service provider (ISP) for assistance.
4. Restart your iOS device.
5. Tap Settings > Wi-Fi and locate the Wi-Fi network to which you're connected.
6. Tap and Forget this Network.
7. Try to connect to your desired Wi-Fi network.
          Note: You may need to enter your Wi-Fi password again if your network requires one.
8. Turn your Wi-Fi router off and on. If your ISP also provides cable or phone service, check with them before attempting this step to avoid interruption of service.
9. Update your device to the latest version of software.
10. Update your Wi-Fi router to the latest firmware. For AirPort Base Stations, install updates using the AirPort Utility.
Wi-Fi disconnects or signal strength is less than expected
1. Move closer to the Wi-Fi router (access point).
2. Check for sources of potential interference.
3. Remove any case, stand, or other accessories from your iOS device and see if signal strength improves.
4. Reset network settings by tapping Settings > General > Reset > Reset Network Settings. Note: This will reset all network settings including
          - previously connected Wi-Fi networks and passwords
          - recently used Bluetooth accessories
          - VPN and APN settings

I have an Iphone 4s from my work. Until 2 days ago, my iphone would notify me when I got an email or text. Now it does not notify me at all and some times it does not ring at all either. I have not changed any settings at all.

My iphone just randomly stopped notifying me when I got an email, text or voicemail. Sometimes it will not even ring. I confirmed that the volume is turned on and I have not changed any settings at all. My software is up to date. First, is the Mute switch activated?
Mute switch is above the volume buttons on the left side of iPhone.
If you see red/orange color the the mute is ON.
Also check Settings > Sounds > for New mail, Text Tone, etc.. have sound entries?
If that's not the case try

I have taken it back to the Apple store genius bar, but they say they don't see anything wrong. Well unless you use it all day and experience the problems when they happen, you wont see anything wrong. But there are lots wrong with it. But this would be the same store as I purchased the phone. And they backed up my old Iphone 4, but were not able to get anything to load back onto my new phone. So, I lost pretty much everything. But over time, some of my contacts have started showing up, although i am still missing over 800 of them.

If you are in Tcode RSPC and opened your process chain you are able to click on the Logs icon. It will prompt you for a date selection.
If this still doesn't work you might have forgotton to activate and schedule your process chain. Before you activate check that your start variant is set to Direct scheduling by double clicking on the start variant.

Step 1
Select "system.log" from the file list. Enter "BOOT_TIME" (without the quotes) in the search box. Note the times of the log messages referring to boot times. Now clear the search box and scroll back in the log to the time of the most recent boot when you had the problem. Post the messages logged during the time when you had the problem – the text, please, not a screenshot. For example, if the problem is a slow startup taking three minutes, post the messages timestamped within three minutes after the boot time. If the problem is a crash or a shutdown hang, post the messages from before the boot time, when the system was about to crash or was failing to shut down.
Edit out excessive repeats and personal information, if any.
If the log doesn't go back far enough in time, scroll down in the Console file list to /private/var/log/system.log.0.bz2. Search the archived log, and if necessary the older ones below them, for the same information.

Still in Console, look under System Diagnostic Reports for crash or panic logs, and post the most recent one, if any. Please do not post shutdownStall or hang logs – they're very long and not helpful.

If you did not do a reset of your iPod please try that (you will not lose any data)
Reset iPod touch: Press and hold the On/Off button and the Home button at the same time for at least ten seconds, until the Apple logo appears.
If this does not work inspect the opening in your iPod where the cable connects. Look for any debris and clean it (a magnifying glass may be required).

You can try a direct connection and select No Proxy in the connection settings.
You can find the connection settings in "Tools > Options > Advanced : Network : Connection"
Also do a malware check with a few malware scan programs.<br />
You need to use all programs because each detects different malware.<br />

Bi Dashboards issue works properly some times and after not display pointers data and give un expected error and throw login window

I have toff situation where we deployed bi dashboards in our site and it works some time and some times not,
and some times it keep loading and throw a login window.
works when
we restart performance point service and if not work
we re create secure store service and generated new key and create new pps service application
before that we stopped secure store and pps service using c.a in application server
we are using ssas for datasource to connect from dashboard designer
we have seperate server for ssas dbs
seperate application server running: pps service and secure store service
two web front ends: one of running secure store
1 Domain controller + central admin service running
some times after 4 -5 hours bi dashboards works , we dashboards not display data and throw un expected errors,
also when we try to connect using a dashboard designer from a seperate client machine in same domain ,we have same issue , we unable to connect to ssas datasource server, and if connect some times unable to deploy dashboards.
we tried every thin icreased server time out values in ssas server

Time Machine does not back up all iTunes music files

Hello, I'm trying to view the music files, on my Time Machine backup disc, from a CD that I recently imported into iTunes. My iTunes library resides on my hard drive. The backup disc shows files for some of the other music that is in my iTunes library, but not from the new CD. I did several backups after importing the new music, but the song files still do not show up in Time Machine. Any ideas for why the files don't show up?
My ultimate aim is to copy those music files onto another computer, but my research on the support pages suggests that I should not do it this way. Instead, I will copy the music files onto another disc (not using Time Machine) and then import them onto the other computer. Please confirm that this is the best way to proceed.
But in the meantime, I'm wondering why Time Machine does not show my newly imported music.

New formulation of my question:
A file dated at 10:00 may not appear in the back-up dated 11:00.

Time Machine does not launch at all.

I am unable to launch TM at all. The following message apears. "The operation could not be completed. An unexpected error occurred (error code -43)".
After a clean install of 10.5 it did work and I did a single backup. The next time I tried to start TM it would not. This has continued into 10.5.2.
This is with or without the external HD (WD My Book) attached.
Any ideas?

First of all, check your external drive is formatted correctly - in Disk Utility - to Mac OS Extended (Journaled). Turn TM off in Preferences, select Change Disc and select your backup drive. In Options you can exclude other drives or files from being backed up. Switch TM back on. Remember TM needs the external drive you allocated to be attached for it to work.
If you don't require hourly backups, there is the free Apple TimeMachineScheduler you can download and set backups up to 12 hours apart.

Also try this...go to the project properties for the View project. Look at the JSF Libraries and remove the two JSF libraries and then re-add them....this sometimes helps.
