Whenever, I have pages open or any other app I press the home button twice, and then I swipe to the right and obtain the menu that allows me to alter brightness or sound. At this point I press play and nothing works. However, once I go back to my youtube page, and press the play button then it works. If anyone could help me that would be greatly appreciated. the shortest folder name should be the UDID
of course that assumes it ever made a backup...
if it made more than one there will be some -date-blah on the end...

Keeping menu tree form session connected to DB, while other forms are open

When our application starts, a menu tree module is opened, which contains a list of modules that users can open. When a user click on a module to open, the code will issue the command open_form (…,…., session). So every form is opened in its own session. The maximum idle time allowed in a session is 45 minutes. Therefore after setting idle for more than 45 minutes any module including menu tree module will lose connection to the database. So if a user open a module from the menu tree module and spend more than 45 minutes working on that module, when the user go back to the menu tree module, they get an error that menu tree module lost connection to the database. So the question is, how to keep the menu tree module session connected to the database, even if it exceed the maximum idle time as long as other modules sessions are still connected to the database.
1. set maximum idle time allowed in the database for 5 minutes
2. open form A
3. open form B from form A in it own session (OPEN_FORM (...,...,SESSION)
4. work on form B for more than 5 minutes
5. go back to form A,
6. fom A has been disconnected from the database
I have tried to use the timer, but the problem with timer is when a timers fire in forms that
do not currently have focus, and a context switch is performed. The form flickers when the context switch is made, and the current item text becomes selected when focus returns to the
current form, which will cause problem to the users.
Our client setup the database timeout for security reason, and therefore, it cannot be replaced by TIMEOUT PJC.
Keep in mind that we have 600 forms and the application is already in production.

Randomly freezes and becomes unresponsive, requiring forced power down. Randomly logs off. Removed Kodak AIO software via Clean My Mac2, but BonjourAgent still there and requesting access. Cleaned weekly with Clean My Mac2 and running Sophos AntiVirus. 2GB memory installed. Currently 169.99 GB available of 249.2 GB capacity.

Try the usual steps: restart, reset, restore.

If restoring using a backup doesn't help, try restoring the iPhone to factory settings and try for a while with just the Apple-included apps, to make sure it's not an issue with a third-party app. If it still has problems, it may have a hardware problem and will need to be sent to Apple.

My recommendation is to download Apple’s Safari version 5.1.7 for Windows to access iCloud.com. It consistently works for me!!!! To make things easier with Safari, I made iCloud.com its Homepage. I’m using it to access iCloud.com from all of my PCs.
On my Windows 7 systems it appears that some add-ons are causing problems when you try to access iCloud.com with the 32-bit version of IE9, but the 64-bit version seems to work fine, more than likely because there are few add-ons that are 64-bit and the 64-bit version of IE9 can't be the default browser in Windows 7.

What exactly did it do?
Crash while saving a file? That most probably ruins a file.
You can try and create a new Illustrator file, then place the old one in it. If that doesn't work, You might need to search for a backup.
Don't have a backup?
Start using the (free) plugin Autosaviour, use Time Machine (or whatever your system offers as a backup software)

So using them with any other Mac violates the terms of the license & should be avoided. There is a change to a preference which may help, post back with more details of your problems please.

The NYT website won't stop loading whenever it does an auto-update. While this loading continues, other websites are unresponsive until I force the loading to terminate. This started happening with FF 4.0.1.

When I do a manual refresh on certain sites like NY Times or CNN, or when sites like NYT periodically push an update through, the updates won't stop loading. It's as though the update never completes. The rotating circle icon on the affected tab just continues indefinitely. While this is happening, other websites that I try to open or update are either very slow or unresponsive.
My fix has been to force the update to terminate by using the red X button next to the website name. Then other websites respond normally but often the one that I have manually stopped becomes unresponsive.

Start Firefox in [[Safe Mode]] to check if one of the extensions is causing the problem (switch to the DEFAULT theme: Firefox (Tools) > Add-ons > Appearance/Themes).
* Don't make any changes on the Safe mode start window.

If it does work in Safe-mode then disable all extensions and then try to find which is causing it by enabling one at a time until the problem reappears.
