South Park Issues

I am frustrated with the wonderful service I've gotten from Apple (yes, sarcasm is a beautiful way to start with a post). I purchased South Park Season 10 when it was first released as a season pass. I got the first seven episodes of the season. Everything was fine. Then the second half of the season started and it became "Season 10A." I purchased Season 10 under the impression I was getting Season 10 in its entirety—not just the first half. I posted my account history here:

I removed the order and invoice numbers for the sake of my sanity and to prevent someone else from using them to their advantage.
This is a clear misrepresentation of my purchase. And it isn't the first time.
Before the introduction of the Season Pass, I picked up Law & Order Season 16 under the impression that I was purchasing the entire season. It says I did on my account history as well. However, I was shorted 10 episodes out of the season and given a very curt response that I did not purchase what I thought I purchased. Apparently "Law & Order Season 16" isn't "Law & Order Season 16".
With that kind of logic, I'm wondering how much longer I will be purchasing from the ITS.

I also bought the Season Pass for South Park Season 10 in the Spring. When I bought it, it stated that there would be several episodes in the Spring and several at the end of the year. That information does not show up on my Season Pass email or my receipt, but I bought the Season Pass on that basis. I got my Spring episodes and kept waiting for an email for fall episodes, but did not get one. I recently found that several fall/winter episodes were posted at the ITunes store. I have asked ITunes Customer Support for an explanation, but haven't received one. If I get the same reply you did, I would view that as fraud on Apple's part. I sure hope I don't get the same answer that you did.

on 1/28 i got an email stating that my pre-order for south park stick of truth on the 360 had been back ordered and that i could choose to cancel if i didn't want to wait an extra week or two to recieve my game.
on 1/29 i got an email stating that there was an an error and the order was updated and my game would be shipped on release date.
on 2/3 i got an email stating that the game was on back order again and to cancel if i wished or to do nothing and recieve my game as soon as best buy got more in stock.
today, 2/4 i recieved another email stating that best buy hadn't recieved any copies of the game yet and my order was cancelled.
so uhhh, whats the deal here?

Mine now says backordered as well...yet all local stores say available for pick up today. Is there a problem with the online pre orders?

Problems with South Park Season 12

Is anyone else having trouble buying a season pass for South Park season 12? I can add it to my shopping card, but when I try to buy I get an error message saying "This product is not available in the US store".

I have the same issue. You will also note that you cannot delete it from your shopping cart. I had apple clear my cart, went back and re added it, hoping that fixed the problem, no luck. It's back, and I can't delete it.

Stream 7 - Game Crash - South Park the Stick of Truth

Anyone have any luck with South Park: The Stick of Truth. So far all games I've thrown at this little guy seem to run with varrying degrees of playability. However, this South Park game (which isn't particularly demanding and should run, at the very least) crashes almost as soon as I try to run it, spits out an error message just after the developers intro screen about it being non-responsive and then cuts back to the desktop. Tried both a legitimate copy purchased off of Steam and then I downloaded an illigitimate version via torrents for testing, same result with both versions. Any ideas?

Thanks for the reply, I understand the game is well above the actual specs and that could likely be the cause (instruction sets on a Code2Duo which are not avaialbe on the Atom CPU, etc...) However, almost every game I have thrown at this tablet has requirements that far exceed the capabilities of this machine(on paper), but it runs nonethless, sometimes not exactly playable, but it still runs. In this case, it just simply crashing everytime, and I was hoping that maybe there is a work around here. I have looked up the error and others seem to encounter the same issues on systems that are supported, but they also run into this crash wall, which says to me, that there could be other factors at play here, in any event, here is what event viewer spits out, if it's of any help.

Buy Stick of Truth and get South Park seasons 15/16 for $10 each question

Hello,
So i've had South Park Stick of Truth preordered for in store pickup for a few weeks now, and this deal just appeared in the ad this week. When I pickup, will I have an issue since it's not on the same reciept and how do I go about getting this offer without ruining my preorder(and thus losing my $10 reward)?

Thank you for pre-ordering South Park: The Stick of Truth from Best Buy. It's finally here!
As you mentioned, the game and season packs must be on the same order or receipt in order to be eligible for the discount. In your case I would not recommend cancelling your pre-order to purchase the season packs, as you would lose out on pre-order content and the cost savings would be offset by losing the Get $10 offer. Problem With Xbox 360 South Park Grand Wizard Edition In-Store Preorder

I ended up preordering two of these CE's in store, and when I went to go pick them up on release day, the store had one copy for another customer, but neither of mine came in. They said that their system says that none show as coming to the store. I am very excited for this game, and I was wondering if someone is able to help.

Under This Week's Offers for gaming, it says "Save $25 on South Park: Stick Of Truth"...

It's on THIS page here:

It says you'll save $25 for 360 or PS3 there. Yet when you click on the link there it takes you to a page showing both the PS3 and 360 versions of the game.....at $39.99, which I'm pretty sure is the current MSRP for the game.
So shouldn't the game be down to $14.99 BEFORE the 20% off for the Gamer's Club Unlocked discount?
Or is this an old ad remnant somebody forgot to take down?
Just curious since I bought it at I think $16 with the GCU discount when it was on sale a few months ago for $19.99 before the 20% off.

South Park Collectors Edition Problem????

Is there some type of problem with this collectors edition? I got a email today when it doesnt come out until tomorrow that it is no available for pickup. I also called as the email said and the associate told me no other stores had it available for pickup tomorrow and they couldnt change it to have it sent to me via expedited shipping? This is my first time in a long time pre ordering with Bestbuy and this is not a good start. Any information would be appreciated.

Can't watch South Park with newer Flash Players?!

Hi!
I have a problem that has been troubling me for some time. I am not able to watch episodes of the cartoon South Park on its website www.southparkstudios.com with Flash Players versions 11 and above. I had to reinstall version 10 which works fine. Otherwise I only get a black screen instantly. I am running Windows 8 x64 with Firefox 26. Can anybody tell me what the reason for this is, and if I can fix it somehow? I have already switched from WIndows 7 to 8, the problem remained. I also uninstalled the Flash Player according to Adobe's guide and reinstalled it, nothing helped. I can not disable hardware acceleration, it just stays activated. The problem does not occur with Internet Explorer 11, but I prefer Firefox... Also, other websites I frequent like Youtube are not affected, as far as I can tell.
I would really appreciate any help in this matter!

94 points was added to my pending points...I thought 500 was going to be pending? Do I get both the 94 points and a 10 dollar certificate? I talked to someone yesterday, THEY DIDN'T KNOW WHAT THEY WERE TALKING ABOUT. I called the elite hotline today, the person said they were gonna check up on me, but never came back to the phone and the call ended.
I am getting tired of bestbuy's customer service. Can you tell me how this 10 dollar promo works? I saw a post about the titanfall console bundle, how a rep said they would receive the 10 dollars and the points for the console. If I get a 10 dollar certificate and the 94 points, thats awesome. I just want somoene to clarify. I want to use this certificate towards infamous second son.

For the Get $10 promotion points will post to a customer's account in about 20 days after the purchase. While it is common for these points to appear as pending on a My Best Buy account, they may not.
If for any reason an account holder does not see their eligible points post after the standard time, he or she can reach out to us here and we will be happy to check on that with them.

Buying South Park series 9 - "Your account details have changed" error..

I'm trying to buy South Park series 9 off the UK store, but when I go to buy the whole series, I get an error message saying "Your account details have changed", taking me to my payment detail page. My payment details are all correct in there, so I click on "Done". Get an error message saying "The iTunes Store could not process your request", and my security code (the 3 digits) gets reset to blank.
The weird thing is, when I go to buy a single track/episode, it all works fine! No errors, nothing! Why is it that when I want to buy the whole series it just doesn't work? =/
Getting immensely frustrated, and I'm not spending £6 or £7 more just to download the episodes individually..

The "Get $10" promotion that you are referring to is a separate promotion from the Victory Can Be Pre-Ordered promotion.
Members of the Gamer Club Unlocked community will still receive their $20 Reward Zone certificate when they pre-order and purchase the games from the list of Victory Can Be Pre-Ordered titles.
I would like to clarify that customers will not be allowed to combine the two promotions. Here is a link to an FAQ relating to our new "Get $10" promotion.

Parking issue in MIR7 for MM Invoice for GM

Hi :
I am facing an issue in Parking an Asset invoice in MIR7. I am calling standard derivation rules from Standard function module for deriving sponsored class and sponsored programs from Asset class and IO combination. Asset class field is being called from USERTEMP field of function module . For assets related PR,PO,GRN sponsored class are being derived correctly . When i park invoice in MIR7 i get an error at RMRP business transaction (evident from trace) of sponsored class and program not getting derived. Sponsored class and program keeps on deriving correctly for business transaction RMBE and RFBV but at RMRP i get an error while parking invoice. However if i try to post invoice directly or directly try to set it Save as completed i do not get any error. For material related PRs i am not getting this issue on parking but for asset related PRs issue is there only at the time of parking. I have checked settings in GCL2 for RMRP it there with posting indicator 3 and all checks on . Please guide me what is the cause of error.

I tried importing AR Invoice -Service type to UK localization demo database {Multisports Limited} using default template in 2007A PL:37 and having no problem.
You could try following for one transaction only:
1. At first create manully AR Invoice-Service type transaction with mandatory field filled in demo database.
2. Now try to fill same values along with the other required (default values) in excel template and import into demo database
3. Now, try to create manually if you want to validate your blue print settings and after import the same template filled with your actual database related values.
The fileds I filled (along with sample values) are as follows:
Documents excel sheet:
RecordKey: 1
CardCode: C7655
DocDate: 21082008
DocDueDate: 21082008
DocTotal : 2000
DocType: dDocument_Service
Document Lines excel sheet:
RecordKey: 1
AccountCode: 400000

Attendant Console Park issues

I have a customer using the console software, and is set up with 3 users. The issue we are experiencing is when they park a call if all users are not logged in then the call does not show up in the parked call box. If they do log in then everything works fine. Any thoughts?

Make sure you dont have Overlapping DialPlan...and you are using AC users with PILOT POINT AND HUNT GROUP...
And in fact call hits PP first...
(Not line groups)
